Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American centers for Disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

Objective： To determine whether additional chinese medicine（CM） could prolong survival and improve the quality of life（QOL） in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） compared with Western medicine（WM） alone. Methods： This was a multicenter, prospective cohort study. A total of 474 hospitalized patients with stage Ⅲ–Ⅳ NSCLC were recruited and divided into 2 groups. Patients in the WM group received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and optimal supportive therapy according to the National Comprehensive cancer Network（NCCN） guidelines. In the integrative medicine（IM） group, individualized CM（chinese patent medicines and injections） and WM were administered. The primary end point was overall survival, and the secondary end points were time to disease progression, adverse events, and QOL. Follow-up clinical examinations and chest radiography were performed every 2 months. Results： The median survival was 16.60 months in the IM group and 13.13 months in the WM group（P〈0.01）. The incidences of loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting in the IM group were significantly lower than those in the WM group（P〈0.05）. The QOL based on Functional Assessment of cancer Therapy-lung in the IM group was markedly higher than that in the WM group at the fourth course（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Additional CM may prolong survival and improve the QOL patients with NSCLC. The adverse effects of radio-and chemotherapy may be attenuated as CM is used in combination with conventional treatments.

目的:系统评价中成药蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床有效性和安全性。方法:通过全面检索关于蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的随机对照试验(RCT)文献,利用统计软件RevMan5.3提取并分析数据。结果:共纳入13项研究,共包含1313例患者,其中观察组661例,对照组652例。蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎,临床有效率高于单用西药(RR=1.17,95%CI为1.13~1.22,P1),退热时间(MD=-1.29,95%CI为-1.35~-1.22,P1),听诊肺部啰音消退时间(MD=-1.77,95%CI为-1.85~-1.69,P1)及咳嗽症状消退时间(MD=-2.59,95%CI为-2.67~-2.52,P1)4个方面均优于单用西药。GRADE评价结果显示证据质量以低质量为主。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合西药优于单独应用西药,且不良反应较少,安全性较好。

Artemisinin,also called qinghaosu,is originally derived from the sweet wormwood plant(Artemisia annua),which is used in traditional chinese *** and its derivatives(artemisinins)have been widely used for many years as anti-malarial agents,with few adverse side ***,evidence has recently shown that artemisinins might have a therapeutic value for several other diseases beyond malaria,including cancers,inflammatory diseases,and autoimmune *** is a challenging age-associated neurological disorder characterized by deterioration of neuronal structures as well as functions,whereas neuroinflammation has been considered to be an underlying factor in the development of various neurodegenerative disorders,including Alzheimer’s *** discovered properties of artemisinins suggested that they might be used to treat neurodegenerative disorders by decreasing oxidation,inflammation,and amyloid beta protein(Aβ).In this review,we will introduce artemisinins and highlight the possible mechanisms of their neuroprotective activities,suggesting that artemisinins might have therapeutic potential in neurodegenerative disorders.

Supercontinuum single-photon detector using multilayer superconducting nanowires

High-efficiency superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors(SNSPDs), which have numerous applications in quantum information systems, function by using the optical cavity and the ultrasensitive photon response of their ultra-thin superconducting nanowires. However, the wideband response of superconducting nanowires is limited due to the resonance of the traditional optical cavity. Here, we report on a supercontinuum SNSPD that can efficiently detect single photons over an ultra-broad spectral range from visible to mid-infrared light. Our detection approach relies on using multiple cavities with well-separated absorbed resonances formed by fabricating multilayer superconducting nanowires on metallic mirrors with silica acting as spacer layers. Thus, we are able to extend the absorption spectral bandwidth while maintaining considerable efficiency, as opposed to a conventional single-layer SNSPD. Our calculations show that the proposed supercontinuum SNSPD exhibits an extended absorption bandwidth with increased nanowire layers. Its absorption efficiency is greater than 70%over the entire range from 400 to 2500 nm(or 400 to 3000 nm), when using two-layer(or three-layer) *** a proof of principle, the SNSPD with bilayer nanowires is fabricated based on the proposed detector architecture with simplified geometrical parameters. The detector achieves broadband detection efficiency over 60%from 950 to 1650 nm. This type of detector may replace multiple narrow band detectors in a system and find uses in the emerging and rapidly advancing field of atomic and molecular broadband spectroscopy.

目的:对都梁软胶囊治疗偏头痛风寒瘀阻证的临床综合价值进行评估,为国家医疗决策、药品临床推广、药事服务等提供参考。方法:依据《药品临床综合评价管理指南(2021年版试行)》,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,基于CSC v2.0软件,对都梁软胶囊上市前后的“安全性”,治疗偏头痛的临床实际用药效果即“有效性”,药品的成本-效果即“经济性”,药品的“创新性”,药品技术和临床用药的“适宜性”“可及性”及其“中医药特色”等“6+1”维度进行临床综合价值评估。结果:安全性:综合已知的不良反应[自发报告系统(SRS)数据、文献数据等],上市前毒理研究,上市后药物警戒工作开展情况等证据,综合评价都梁软胶囊安全性较好,证据比较充分,结果明确。有效性:Meta分析显示都梁软胶囊联合西药治疗偏头痛患者有效性优于单用西药,综合其证据质量及证据价值,评价该品有效性好,证据充足,结果确定。经济性:都梁软胶囊价格中等,为医保乙类产品,经济学研究表明其联合西药较单用西药经济性较好。综合证据价值及证据质量评价该品经济性较好。创新性:都梁软胶囊主要成分为白芷、川芎,有发明专利一项,获中国专利优秀奖一项。制药企业进行了都梁软胶囊有效成份提取工艺创新(CO_(2)超临界萃取技术)和制剂工艺创新(软胶囊制剂)。综合评价该品创新性较好,证据比较充分,结果明确。适宜性:都梁软胶囊问卷调查显示对患者和医护人员的适宜性好,“中成药信息服务评价”齐全,综合评价其适宜性好,证据充足,结果确定。可及性:都梁软胶囊药品价格水平中等、药品可负担性好、药品可获得性好,综合三方面证据,评价其可及性好,证据充足,结果确定。中医药特色:都梁软胶囊组方源自宋王璆《是斋百一选方》,载录于明代张介宾《景岳全书》“都梁丸”,上市后研究总例数超2000例。综合评价都梁软胶囊中医药特色证据充足,结果确定。结论:都梁软胶囊综合评价有效性、适宜性、可及性、中医药特色证据充足,结果确定。安全性、经济性、创新性证据比较充分,结果明确。临床价值综合评价认为都梁软胶囊临床价值好,证据充足,结果确定,中医药特色突出。可为临床决策和药事管理提供参考。
