Supercapacitor diode is a novel ion device that performs both supercapacitor energy storage and ion diode rectification functions.However,previously reported devices are limited by their large size and complex processes.In this work,we demonstrate a screen-printed micro supercapacitor diode(MCAPode)that based on the insertion of a finger mode with spinel ZnCo_(2)O_(4) as cathode and activated carbon as anode for the first time,and featuring an excellent area specific capacitance(1.21 mF cm^(-2)at 10 mV s^(-1))and high rectification characteristics(rectification ratioⅠof 11.99 at 40 mV s^(-1)).Taking advantage of the ionic gel electrolyte,which provides excellent stability during repeated flexing and at high temperatures.In addition,MCAPode exhibits excellent electrochemical performance and rectification capability in"AND"and"OR"logic gates.These findings provide practical solutions for future expansion of micro supercapacitor diode applications.

通过梳理国内外人工智能技术在地球物理勘探(物探)领域中的发展历程、主要研究进展以及发展方向,总结了智能物探的优势和面临的难题,并提出了解决方案。研究结果表明:(1)物探技术在人工智能发展的第2次浪潮中开始与人工智能技术相结合,得益于物探领域数据量的指数级增长、硬件算力的高速发展以及不断出现的新深度学习框架,智能物探技术从早期的机器学习发展为目前的深度学习,在地震资料处理、解释等方面的应用中取得了大量研究成果。(2)目前智能物探技术被广泛应用于标签集的构建、去噪、断裂检测、层位与层序解释、地震相分类和异常体检测、岩性识别与油气藏开发、地震反演成像等方面,大幅提高了工作效率,降低了工作成本,克服了人工交互操作和人工经验的主观性和不可靠性,助力打破传统物探技术瓶颈。(3)智能物探技术的发展面临着缺少公开的标签数据集、缺少解决地球物理领域问题的智能化框架及尚未形成适用于地球物理领域共享的智能化开发平台等难题,可以从解决数据基础、构建智能平台、开展网络架构基础性研究及与应用场景结合等方面着手解决;此外,智能物探技术的发展方向还包含智能地震成像方法研究,储层成像方法研究,油气大数据挖掘、智能风险评估与智能决策以及超算软件装备研发等方面。

Geothermal data analysis at the high-temperature hydrothermal area in Western Sichuan

The western Sichuan hydrothermal area is located at the northeastern margin of the eastern syntaxis of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which is also the eastern end of the Mediterranean-Himalayan geothermal activity zone. There are 248 warm or hot springs in this area, and 11 have temperatures beyond the local boiling temperature. Most of these hot springs are distributed along the Jinshajiang, Dege-Xiangcheng, Ganzi-litang, and Xianshuihe faults, forming a NW-SE hydrothermal belt. A geothermal analysis of this high-temperature hydrothermal area is an important basis for understanding the deep geodynamic process of the eastern syntaxis of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In addition, this study offers an a priori view to utilize geothermal resources, which is important in both scientific research and application. We use gravity, magnetic, seismic, and helium isotope data to analyze the crust-mantle heat flow ratio and deep geothermal structure. The results show that the background terrestrial heat flow descends from southwest to northeast. The crustal heat ratio is not more than 60%. The high temperature hydrothermal active is related to crustal dynamics processes. Along the Batang-litang-Kangding line, the Moho depth increases eastward, which is consistent with the changing Qc/Qm(crustal/mantle heat flow) ratio trend. The geoid in the hydrothermal zone is 4–6 km higher than the surroundings, forming a local "platform". The NW-SE striking local tensile stress zone and uplift structure in the upper and middle crust corresponds with the surface hydrothermal active zone. There is an average Curie Point Depth(CPD) of 19.5–22.5 km in Batang, litang, and Kangding. The local shear-wave(S-wave) velocity is relatively low in the middle and lower crust. The S-wave shows a low velocity trap(Vs<3.2 km s.1) at 15–30 km, which is considered a high-temperature partial melting magma, the crustal source of the hydrothermal active zone. The fracturing technology for shale gas reservoir is the key to the development of shale gas industrialization.It makes much sense to study the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of shale,due to its close relationship with the fracability of shale gas reservoir.This paper took marine shale in the Changning area,southern Sichuan Basin of China as the research object.Based on field profile and hand specimen observation,we analyzed the development of natural fractures and collected samples from Wufeng Formation and Longmaxi Formation.Combining with the indoor experiment,we investigated the macroscopic and microscopic structural features and the remarkable heterogeneity of shale samples.Then we illustrated the mechanics and deformation characteristics of shale,through uniaxial compression test and direct shear test.The shale has two types of fracture modes,which depend on the angular relation between loading direction and the bedding plane.Besides,the Wufeng shale has a higher value of brittleness index than the Longmaxi shale,which was calculated using two methods,mechanical parameters and mineral composition.Given the above results,we proposed a fracability evaluation model for shale gas reservoir using the analytic hierarchy process.Four influence factors,brittleness index,fracture toughness,natural fractures and cohesive force,are considered.Finally,under the control of normalized value and weight coefficient of each influence factor,the calculations results indicate that the fracability index of the Wufeng Formation is higher than that of the Longmaxi Formation in Changning area,southern Sichuan Basin.

Geological Controls on High Production of Tight Sandstone Gas in linxing Block, Eastern Ordos Basin, China

Tight sandstone gas in the linxing Block, eastern Ordos Basin, has been successfully exploited. The high performance is mainly a result of the special geological conditions. The key geological controls for high production have been discussed on the basis of seismic data, field observation, sample features, mercury porosimetry, mechanical properties, and basin modeling. Firstly, the coal measures have good gas generation potential, not only because of the existence of coalbeds and organic-rich shales, but also because coal laminae and microbial mats in the shales significantly increase their total organic carbon(TOC) contents. Secondly, except for the uplifted zone of the Zijinshan complex and the eastern fault zone, rare large faults develop in the Carboniferous–Permian sequence, ensuing the sealing capacity of cap rock. Small fractures generally concentrated in the sandstones rather than the mudstones. Thirdly, gas accumulation in the linxing Block was controlled by the tectonic, burial and thermal histories. Gas accumulation in the linxing Block started in the Late Triassic, followed by three short pauses of thermal maturation caused by relatively small uplifts;the maximum hydrocarbon generation period is the Early Cetaceous as a combined result of regional and magmatic thermal metamorphisms. Field profiles show abundant fractures in sandstone beds but rare fractures in mudstone beds. Mechanical properties, determined by lithostratigraphy, confine the fractures in the sandstones, increasing the permeability of sandstone reservoirs and retaining the sealing capacity of the mudstone cap rocks. The modern ground stress conditions favor the opening of predominant natural fractures in the NNW-SSE and N-S directions. These conclusions are useful for exploring the potential tight sandstone gas field.

Do households sell assets in order to smooth consumption?The empirical evidence is mixed.Using household-and village-level data in the context of China's poverty alleviation policy,we analyze the relationship between climate shocks and household coping behaviors from the perspective of whether coping strategies to deal with weather shocks are sensitive to the contiguity of destitute areas.Our results indicate that,unlike households living in noncontiguous destitute areas,households struck by weather shocks in contiguous destitute areas tended not to reduce or liquidate assets.To overcome weather shocks,households in contiguous destitute areas instead reduced household consumption,such as food consumption and increased nonfarm working hours.Our findings point to the possibility that the implicit assumption of consumption smoothing coupled with a failure to incorporate explicitly the factor of contiguous regions has led to seemingly divergent findings in the literature regarding consumption smoothing.

This paper proposes a deep-learning-based Robin-Robin domain decomposition method(DeepDDM)for Helmholtz equations.We first present the plane wave activation-based neural network(PWNN),which is more efficient for solving Helmholtz equations with constant coefficients and wavenumber k than finite difference methods(FDM).On this basis,we use PWNN to discretize the subproblems divided by domain decomposition methods(DDM),which is the main idea of DeepDDM.This paper will investigate the number of iterations of using DeepDDM for continuous and discontinuous Helmholtz equations.The results demonstrate that:DeepDDM exhibits behaviors consistent with conventional robust FDM-based domain decomposition method(FDM-DDM)under the same Robin parameters,i.e.,the number of iterations by DeepDDM is almost the same as that of FDM-DDM.By choosing suitable Robin parameters on different subdomains,the convergence rate is almost constant with the rise of wavenumber in both continuous and discontinuous cases.The performance of DeepDDM on Helmholtz equations may provide new insights for improving the PDE solver by deep learning.
