Application and prospects of spatial information technology in CO_(2)sequestration monitoring

This paper systematically reviews the current applications of various spatial information technologies in CO_(2)sequestration monitoring,analyzes the challenges faced by spatial information technologies in CO_(2)sequestration monitoring,and prospects the development of spatial information technologies in CO_(2)sequestration ***,the spatial information technologies applied in CO_(2)sequestration monitoring mainly include five categories:eddy covariance method,remote sensing technology,geographic information system,Internet of Things technology,and global navigation satellite *** technologies are involved in three aspects:monitoring data acquisition,positioning and data transmission,and data management and decision *** faced by the spatial information technologies in CO_(2)sequestration monitoring include:selecting spatial information technologies that match different monitoring purposes,different platforms,and different monitoring sites;establishing effective data storage and computing capabilities to cope with the broad sources and large volumes of monitoring data;and promoting collaborative operations by interacting and validating spatial information technologies with mature monitoring *** the future,it is necessary to establish methods and standards for designing spatial information technology monitoring schemes,develop collaborative application methods for cross-scale monitoring technologies,integrate spatial information technologies with artificial intelligence and high-performance computing technologies,and accelerate the application of spatial information technologies in carbon sequestration projects in China.

目的分析经鼻高流量鼻导管湿化氧疗(high-flow nasal cannula,HFNC)联合氨溴索双途径给药对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者动脉血气指标、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、肺表面活性蛋白D(surfactant protein D,SP-D)水平的影响。方法选取收治的重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者92例,用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组给予氨溴索双途径给药(氨溴索肺泡灌洗和氨溴索雾化)治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用HFNC。2组均连续治疗7 d。比较2组临床相关指标和临床疗效,治疗前后动脉血气指标和血清hs-CRP、SP-D水平的变化,记录治疗期间2组不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组机械通气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,再插管率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率(89.13%)高于对照组(71.74%),P<0.05。观察组动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))均高于对照组(P<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血清hs-CRP和SP-D均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者接受HFNC联合氨溴索双途径给药治疗,可有效改善患者的动脉血气指标,减轻炎性反应,提高治疗效果,促进患者病情恢复。

Urban inundation due to anomalous storms is a serious problem for many cities worldwide. Therefore, it is important to accurately simulate urban hydrological processes and efficiently predict the potential risks of urban floods for the improvement of drainage designs and implementation of emergency ac-tions. However, the complexity of urban landforms and the diversity of hydraulic infrastructure pose particular challenges for the simulation and risk assessment of urban drainage processes. This study developed a methodology to comprehensively simulate inundation processes by dynamically coupling 1D and 2D hydrodynamic models. By allowing the simultaneous solution of the processes of rainfall and runoff, urban drainage, and flooding, this method can be used to estimate the potential inundation risks of any designed drainage system. Furthermore, a Geographical Information System (GIS) based platform was fully integrated with the model engine to effectively illustrate the context of the problem. The developed model was then demonstrated on the Beijing 2008 Olympic Village under the conditions of the 5-year and 50-year design storms. The sewer discharge, channel discharge, and flood propaga-tion (inundation initiation, extent, depths, and duration) were numerically validated and analyzed. The results identified the potential inundation risks. From the study, it is found that the coupled GIS and 1D and 2D hydrodynamic models have the potential to simulate urban inundation processes, and hence efficiently predict flood risks and support cost-effective drainage design and management. It also im-plies promising prospects about the wide availability of high quality digital data, GIS techniques, and well-developed monitoring infrastructure to develop online urban inundation forecasts.

Strain-tunable electronic and transport properties of MoS2 nanotubes

Using density functional theory calculations, we have investigated the mechanical properties and strain effects on the electronic structure and transport properties of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanotubes. At a similar diameter, an armchair nanotube has a higher Young’s modulus and Poisson ratio than its zigzag counterpart due to the different orientations of Mo-S bond topologies. An increase in axial tensile strain leads to a progressive decrease in the band gap for both armchair and zigzag nanotubes. For armchair nanotube, however, there is a semiconductor-to-metal transition at the tensile strain of about 8%. For both armchair and zigzag nanotubes, the effective mass of a hole is uniformly larger than its electron counterpart, and is more sensitive to strain. Based on deformation potential theory, we have calculated the carrier mobilities of MoS2 nanotubes. It is found that the hole mobility is higher than its electron counterpart for armchair (6, 6) nanotube while the electron mobility is higher than its hole counterpart for zigzag (10, 0) nanotube. Our results highlight the tunable electronic properties of MoS2 nanotubes, promising for interesting applications in nanodevices, such as opto-electronics, photoluminescence, electronic switch and nanoscale strain sensor.

提出了一种具有更广调频宽度的摇摆双调谐质量阻尼器(dual-tuned mass damper,RDTMD)。首先,建立了单自由度RDTMD减振系统在简谐激励作用下的动力方程,推导得出其位移动力放大系数表达式;然后,基于RDTMD的优化评价函数,编译参数优化程序,获得RDTMD的全局最优参数以及条件最优参数;接着,探讨了阻尼器各参数对系统动力放大系数和调频宽度的影响规律,并对影响其鲁棒性的关键参数做了分析;最后,与传统DTMD、MTMD、TMD的减振效果和鲁棒性做了对比分析。分析结果表明:采用RDTMD对结构进行控制可有效降低主结构的动力响应;RDTMD的调频宽度更广,提高了阻尼器对主结构高阶振型的控制能力;在对装置鲁棒性的影响更大的主结构固有频率方面,RDTMD的鲁棒性明显优于其他同类阻尼器,是一种理想的减振控制装置。

A support vector regression based on the mean impact value (MIV) model was constructed to identify the bioactive compounds inhibiting proliferation of He La cells in a combination of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.)and liquorice (Glycyrrhiza) *** quantitative chemical fingerprint from 50 batches of turmeric and liquorice extracts was established using high performance liquid chromatography hyphenated to an ultraviolet visible *** results were obtained using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry.A total of 46 peaks (peaks 1–15 from turmeric and 16–46 from liquorice) were selected as "common peaks" for *** inhibitory effect of the combined extracts on He La cells was measured by MTT (3- (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) *** was found that 15 compounds (peaks:8,12,30,24,46,11,14,9,3,1,44,18,7,45 and 43)possessing high absolute MIV exhibited a significant correlation with the cytotoxicity against He La cells; most of these have already been confirmed with potential cytotoxicity in previous *** important potential application of the present model can be extended to help discover active compounds from complex herbal medicine prior to traditional bioassay-guided *** is considered that this could be a useful tool for redeveloping herbal medicine based on the use of these active compounds.
