Group IV element Pb has been selected as the dopant to dope at the Sr site of Sr2IrO4. It is exciting to find that the single-phase crystal structure could be maintained with a high Pb doping level of up to x=0.3 in Sr2-xPbxIrO4. The mapping data obtained from energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy analyses give solid evidence that the Pb ions are uniformly distributed in the Sr2IrO4matrix. The incorporation of Pb leads to a moderate depression of the canted antiferromagnetic ordering state. The electrical conductivity could be greatly enhanced when the Pb doping content is higher than x=0.2.The present results give a fresh material base to explore new physics in doped Sr2IrO4systems.

Objective:To investigate the factors related to renal impairment in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD)from the perspective of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Totally 492 patients with DKD in 8 Chinese hospitals from October 2017 to July 2019 were included.According to Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO)staging guidelines,patients were divided into a chronic kidney disease(CKD)1-3 group and a CKD 4-5 group.Clinical data were collected,and logistic regression was used to analyze the factors related to different CKD stages in DKD patients.Results:Demographically,male was a factor related to increased CKD staging in patients with DKD(OR=3.100,P=0.002).In clinical characteristics,course of diabetes>60 months(OR=3.562,P=0.010),anemia(OR=4.176,P60 months,anemia,hyperuricemia,massive proteinuria,atherosclerosis,and blood deficiency syndrome might indicate more severe degree of renal function damage in patients with DKD.(Registration No.NCT03865914).

Perpendicular optical reversal of the linear dichroism transition has promising applications in polarization-sensitive optoelectronic devices. We perform a systematical study on the in-plane optical anisotropy of quasi-one-dimensional PdBr_(2) by using combined measurements of the angle-resolved polarized Raman spectroscopy(ARPRS) and anisotropic optical absorption spectrum. The analyses of ARPRS data validate the anisotropic Raman properties of the PdBr_(2) flake.And anisotropic optical absorption spectrum of PdBr_(2) nanoflake demonstrates distinct optical linear dichroism reversal. Photodetector constructed by PdBr_(2) nanowire exhibits high responsivity of 747 A·W^(-1) and specific detectivity of 5.8×10^(12) Jones. And the photodetector demonstrates prominent polarization-sensitive photoresponsivity under 405-nm light irradiation with large photocurrent anisotropy ratio of 1.56, which is superior to those of most of previously reported quasi-one-dimensional counterparts. Our study offers fundamental insights into the strong optical anisotropy exhibited by PdBr_(2), establishing it as a promising candidate for miniaturization and integration trends of polarization-related applications.

Muscle Biological Characteristics of Differentially Expressed Genes in Wujin and Landrace Pigs

The biological chemistry would be responsible for the meat quality. This study tried to investigate the transcript expression profile and explain the characteristics of differentially expressed genes between the Wujin and Landrace pigs. The results showed that 526 differentially expressed genes were found by comparing the transcript expression profile of muscle tissue between Wujin and Landrace pigs. Among them, 335 genes showed up-regulations and 191 genes showed down-regulations in Wujin pigs compared with the Landrace pigs. Gene ontology （GO） analysis indicated that the differentially expressed genes were clustered into three groups involving in protein synthesis, energy metabolism and immune response. Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes （KEGG） pathway analysis found that these differentially expressed genes participated in protein synthesis metabolism, energy metabolism and immune response pathway. The Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery （DAVID） analysis of protein function and protein domains function also confirmed that differentially expressed genes belonged to protein synthesis, energy metabolism and immune response. Genes related protein synthesis metabolism pathway in Landrace was higher than in Wujin pigs. However, differentially expressed genes related energy metabolism and immune response was up-regulated in Wujin pigs compared with Landrace pigs. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR on selected genes was used to confirm the results from the microarray. These suggested that the genes related to protein synthesis, energy metabolism and immune response would contribute to the growth performance, meat quality as well as anti-disease capacity.

目的分析多层螺旋CT联合血清miR-527、miR-25检测对早期原发性肝癌诊断的临床价值。方法选取本院2022年1月至2023年5月收治的原发性肝癌患者78例,同期良性肝病患者50例,对患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,qRT-PCR法检测血清miR-527、miR-25水平。ROC曲线分析血清miR-527、miR-25水平对原发性肝癌的诊断价值;四表格法分析多层螺旋CT联合血清miR-527、miR-25对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。结果原发性肝癌患者血清miR-527、miR-25水平显著高于良性肝病患者(P<0.05);ROC曲线结果表明,血清miR-527水平诊断原发性肝癌的AUC为0.753,敏感性为74.36%,特异性为70.00%;血清miR-25水平诊断发生原发性肝癌的AUC为0.722,敏感性为61.54%,特异性为72.00%。多层螺旋CT扫描诊断结果显示,原发性肝癌患者76例,其中弥漫型肝癌12例,结节型肝癌38例,巨块型肝癌26例;良性肝病患者52例。多层螺旋CT扫描诊断原发性肝癌的敏感性为78.21%(61/78),特异性为70.00%(35/50),准确度为75.00%(96/128);多层螺旋CT扫描对原发性肝癌的诊断结果与术后病理诊断结果具有一致性(Kappa值=0.479,P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT联合血清miR-527、miR-25水平诊断原发性肝癌的敏感性为96.15%(75/78)、特异性为68.00%(34/50),准确度为85.16%(109/128);三者联合对原发性肝癌的诊断结果与术后病理诊断结果具有较好一致性(Kappa值=0.673,P<0.05),且联合诊断的敏感性和准确度显著高于多层螺旋CT、miR-527、miR-25单独诊断(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT联合血清miR-527、miR-25检测对早期原发性肝癌诊断准确度较高,具有重要的临床价值。

目的探讨右心声学造影定量分析技术评价肺源性心脏病(简称“肺心病”)患者右心室收缩功能对预后的预测效能。方法前瞻性选取2020年4月至2022年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的113例肺心病患者,根据治疗后6个月内是否发生主要不良心血管事件(MACE)分为预后不良组30例和预后良好组83例。比较两组患者的临床资料及右心室收缩功能指标[右心室收缩末期容积(RVESV)、右室舒张末容积(RVEDV)、右室每搏量(RVSV)、右室射血分数(RVEF)]、右心声学造影定量参数[时间常数(K)、三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、峰值强度减半时间(HT)、平均通过时间(MTT)],采用Pearson相关系数分析各定量参数与右心室收缩功能指标的相关性,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价各参数单独及联合应用对预后的预测效能。结果预后不良组患者的RVESV、RVEDV分别为(58.35±8.42)mL、(84.56±13.97)mL,明显高于预后良好组的(43.77±6.17)mL、(64.50±10.48)mL,RVSV、RVEF分别为(20.61±3.80)mL、(40.48±5.22)%,明显低于预后良好组的(25.87±5.29)mL、(48.10±6.35)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后不良组患者的K、Vs分别为(0.23±0.07)、(3.19±1.06)cm/s,明显低于预后良好组患者的(0.41±0.13)、(4.86±1.61)cm/s,HT、MTT分别为(42.77±10.21)s、(72.15±18.93)s,明显长于预后良好组患者的(25.52±7.33)s、(48.07±10.67)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关系数分析结果显示,K、Vs与RVESV、RVEDV呈负相关(r=-0.625、-0.618,-0.651、-0.642),与RVSV、RVEF呈正相关(r=0.639、0.707,0.650、0.619),HT、MTT与RVESV、RVEDV呈正相关(r=0.636、0.665,0.704、0.629),与RVSV、RVEF呈负相关(r=-0.628、-0.641,-0.652、-0.701)(P<0.05);ROC分析结果显示,K、Vs、HT、MTT预测肺心病患者预后的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.843、0.750、0.767、0.838,敏感度分别为80.00%、83.33%、73.33%、80.00%,特异度分别为77.11%、60.24%、75.90%、81.93%,联合预测预后的AUC为0.945,敏感度为90.00%,特异度为86.75%;K、Vs低值的肺心病患者预后不良风险分别是高值患者的6.512倍、4.741倍,HT、MTT高值的肺心病患者预后不良风险分别是低值患者的4.648倍、7.590倍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右心声学造影定量参数K、Vs、HT、MTT与肺心病患者右心室收缩功能及预后有关,可作为临床评估预后情况的有效检查方式之一。

试验旨在探究德宏奶水牛乳腺组织miR-21-5p基因及其靶基因的表达规律。选取饲养条件相同、同一胎次、年龄相近、处于泌乳中期的健康德宏奶水牛,分为高乳脂率组(H组)、中乳脂率组(M组)和低乳脂率组(L组)。每组选取3头奶水牛,屠宰后采集乳腺组织,提取总RNA。采用生物信息学方法预测miR-21-5p的靶基因。利用荧光定量PCR技术检测miR-21-5p及其靶基因的表达水平,并与课题组前期测定的乳脂率进行相关性分析。结果显示,miR-21-5p的靶基因可能为AGPAT6和GPAM。L组德宏奶水牛乳腺组织中miR-21-5p的表达水平高于M组和H组(P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示,miR-21-5p与靶基因AGPAT6的表达水平呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与靶基因GPAM的表达水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05),德宏奶水牛乳腺组织miR-21-5p表达量与乳脂率呈显著负相关(P<0.05),靶基因AGPAT6和GPAM与乳脂率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。蛋白互作网络结果显示,AGPAT6和GPAM互作关系最强。研究表明,miR-21-5p可能通过负调控靶基因AGPAT6和GPAM的表达影响乳脂合成,进而影响乳脂率。

Prevalence and risk factors of diabetes mellitus among elderly patients in the Lugu community

BACKGROUND Age is a significant risk factor of diabetes mellitus(DM).With the develop of population aging,the incidence of DM remains increasing.Understanding the epidemiology of DM among elderly individuals in a certain area contributes to the DM interventions for the local elderly individuals with high risk of DM.AIM To explore the prevalence of DM among elderly individuals in the Lugu community and analyze the related risk factors to provide a valid scientific basis for the health management of elderly individuals.METHODS A total of 4816 elderly people who came to the community for physical examination were retrospectively analyzed.The prevalence of DM among the elderly was calculated.The individuals were divided into a DM group and a non-DM group according to the diagnosis of DM to compare the differences in diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting blood glucose,body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)and incidence of hypertension(HT),coronary heart disease(CHD),and chronic kidney disease(CKD).RESULTS DM was diagnosed in 32.70%of the 4816 elderly people.The BMI of the DM group(25.16±3.35)was greater than that of the non-DM group(24.61±3.78).The WHR was 0.90±0.04 in the non-DM group and 0.90±0.03 in the DM group,with no significant difference.The left SBP and SBP in the DM group were 137.9 mmHg±11.92 mmHg and 69.95 mmHg±7.75 mmHg,respectively,while they were 126.6 mmHg±12.44 mmHg and 71.15 mmHg±12.55 mmHg,respectively,in the non-DM group.These findings indicate higher SBP and lower DBP in DM patients than in those without DM.In the DM group,1274 patients were diagnosed with HT,accounting for 80.89%.Among the 3241 non-DM patients,1743(53.78%)were hypertensive and 1498(46.22%)were nonhypertensive.The DM group had more cases of HT than did the non-DM group.There were more patients with CHD or CKD in the DM group than in the non-DM group.There were more patients who drank alcohol more frequently(≥3 times)in the DM group than in the non-DM group.CONCLUSION Older adults in the Lugu c
