OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between multimarker detection of MAGE-1,MAGE-3 and AFP mRNAs in the peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and micrometastasis using a realtime quantitative-PCR(real-time Q-PCR)assay. METHODS Peripheral blood samples were obtained from control subjects and 86 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Real-time Q-PCR was used to detect MAGE-1,MAGE-3, and AFP mRNAs in the blood cells. RESULTS In 86 tumor specimens,the positivity for MAGE-1, MAGE-3,and AFP genes was respectively 34.9%(30/86),60.5% (52/86)and 69.8%(60/86).All specimens expressed at least one ***-1,MAGE-3,and AFP transcripts were detected respectively in 12(14.0%),18(20.1%)and 29(33.7%)of the 86 blood specimens from hepatocellular carcinoma patients,while 45 specimens(52.3%)were positive for at least one *** addition,MAGE-1,MAGE-3 and AFP gene transcripts were not detected in any peripheral blood specimens from 25 chronic liver disease patients and 28 normal healthy *** positive rate correlated with the TNM clinical stages,extrahepatic metastasis and portal vein carcinothrombosis(P<0.05).No correlation was found between tumor size,tumor number, differentiation,serum a-fetoprotein(AFP)and the positive rate. CONCLUSION Our results indicate that a multimarker real- time Q-PCR assay with cancer-specific markers such as MAGE-1 and MAGE-3 in combination with a hepatocyte-specific AFP marker may be a promising diagnostic tool for monitoring hepatocellular carcinoma patients with better sensitivity and specificity.

利用辣木籽凝乳酶加工非发酵型干酪,以商用小牛皱胃酶为对照,分别通过感官、营养成分、质构特性、色差、游离氨基酸和游离脂肪酸等指标进行比较分析。结果表明,两者所加工干酪在感官、色差ΔE值和水分含量上无显著差异(P>0.05),但辣木籽凝乳酶加工干酪蛋白质含量更高、脂肪含量更低(P<0.05);辣木籽凝乳酶加工干酪质构较软且回复力更好(P<0.05);辣木籽凝乳酶加工干酪在游离氨基酸和游离脂肪酸总含量上要低于小牛皱胃酶加工干酪(P<0.05),其中牛磺酸是辣木籽凝乳酶加工干酪中的特有成分,且主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和偏最小二乘法判别分析(partial least squares discriminant analysis,PLS-DA)显示4种氨基酸(谷氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸)和5种脂肪酸(油酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸、银杏酸、肉豆蔻酸)是区分2种干酪的标志性风味物质。该研究为辣木籽凝乳酶在干酪加工中的应用提供了重要参考。

Poor li plating reversibility and high thermal runaway risks are key challenges for fast charging lithiumion batteries with graphite ***,a dielectric and fire-resistant separator based on hybrid nanofibers of barium sulfate（BS） and bacterial cellulose（BC） is developed to synchronously enhance the battery's fast charging and thermal-safety *** regulation mechanism of the dielectric BS/BC separator in enhancing the li+ion transport and li plating reversibility is revealed.（1） The Max-Wagner polarization electric field of the dielectric BS/BC separator can accelerate the desolvation of solvated li+ions,enhancing their transport kinetics.（2） Moreover,due to the charge balancing effect,the dielectric BS/BC separator homogenizes the electric field/li+ion flux at the graphite anode-separator interface,facilitating uniform li plating and suppressing li dendrite ***,the fast-charge graphite anode with the BS/BC separator shows higher Coulombic efficiency（99.0% vs.96.9%） and longer cycling lifespan（100 cycles vs.59 cycles） than that with the polypropylene（PP） separator in the constantlithiation cycling test at 2 mA *** high-loading liFePO4(15.5 mg cm-2)//graphite(7.5 mg cm-2) full cell with the BS/BC separator exhibits excellent fast charging performance,retaining 70% of its capacity after 500 cycles at a high rate of 2C,which is significantly better than that of the cell with the PP separator（retaining only 27% of its capacity after 500 cycles）.More importantly,the thermally stable BS/BC separator effectively elevates the critical temperature and reduces the heat release rate during thermal runaway,thereby significantly enhancing the battery's safety.

Although the plastic loading can enhance creep deformation and yield strength,the anisotropic Stress Relaxation Aging(SRA)behavior and mechanism under plastic loading remain unclear,which presents a significant challenge in accurately shaping aluminum alloy *** this study,the SRA behavior of 2195-T4 Al-Cu-li alloys were thoroughly studied under initial loading stresses within the elastic(210/250 MPa)and plastic(380/420 MPa)ranges at 180℃by stress relaxation and tensile tests as well as microstructure *** findings reveal that compared with those under elastic loadings,in-plane anisotropy(IPA)values of the stress relaxation amount,yield strength and fracture elongation under plastic loadings are reduced by 60%–80%,70%–90% and 72%–89%,***,IPA values of precipitate size in grains and PrecipitationFree Zones(PFZ)width at grain boundaries under plastic loading decrease by 31.4%and 94.4%*** results indicate plastic loading significantly weakens the anisotropic SRA behavior,owing to numerous uniformly distributed fine T1phases and small IPA values of both T1precipitates size and PFZ width in various loading *** with those of elastic loadingaged alloys,yield strength of plastic loading-aged alloys shows high strength-ductility because of the combined effect of closely dispersed fine T1precipitates,narrowed PFZ and numerous sheared and rotated T1phases at different locations during tensile *** uniformly distributed larger Kernel Average Misorientation(KAM)and Schmidt factor values of the plastic loading-aged alloy,as well as the cross-slip generated,also help to enhance the strength and ductility of the alloy.

li-ion battery is an essential component and energy storage unit for the evolution of electric vehicles and energy storage technology in the ***,in order to cope with the temperature sensitivity of li-ion battery and maintain li-ion battery safe operation,it is of great necessary to adopt an appropriate battery thermal management system(BTMS).In this paper,the current main BTM strategies and research hotspots were discussed from two aspects:small-scale battery module and large-scale electrochemical energy storage power station(EESPS).The practical application situation,advantages and disadvantages,and the future development trend of each heat dissipation method(air,liquid,PCM,heat pipe,hybrid cooling)were described in *** them,the air cooling and liquid cooling were reviewed in-depth based on the engineering *** PCM,heat pipe and hybrid cooling were reviewed extensively based on the latest *** research provides a comprehensive understanding for the BTMS in all scales.

Cerium and cobalt loaded Co-Ce/TiO_(2)catalyst prepared by impregnation method was investigated for photothermal catalytic toluene *** on catalyst characterizations(XPS,EPR and H2-TPR),redox cycle between Co and TiO_(2)(Co^(2+)+Ti^(4+)↔Co^(3+)+Ti^(3+))results in the formation of Co^(3+),Ti^(3+)and oxygen vacancies,which play important roles in toluene catalytic oxidation *** introduction of Ce brings in the dual redox cycles(Co^(2+)+Ti^(4+)↔Co^(3+)+Ti^(3+),Co^(2+)+Ce4+↔Co^(3+)+Ce3+),further promoting the elevation of reaction sites *** full spectrum irradiation with light intensity of 580mW/cm^(2),Co-Ce/TiO_(2)catalyst achieved 96%of toluene conversion and 73%of CO_(2)yield,obviously higher than Co/P25 and Co/TiO_(2).Co-Ce/TiO_(2)efficiently maintains 10-hour stability test under water vapor conditions and exhibits better photothermal catalytic performance than counterparts under different wavelengths *** catalytic reaction displays improved activities compared with thermal catalysis,which is attributed to the promotional effect of light including photocatalysis and light activation of reactive oxygen species.

Using the AdS/CFT correspondence,this paper investigates the holographic images of a charged black hole within the context of Lorentz symmetry breaking massive *** photon rings,luminosity-deformed rings,or light points from various observational perspectives are *** also study the influences of both the chemical potential and temperature on the Einstein *** the previous work,which primarily examines the effect of chemical potential on ring radius at high temperatures and find no change in the radius with varying chemical potential,we also investigate the effect of chemical potential on the ring radius at low temperature besides at high *** findings indicate that at low temperatures,the photon ring radius decreases with increasing of chemical potential,while at high temperatures,the results are consistent with previous ***,we explore the impact of the model parameterλon the Einstein ring radius and find the the ring radius increases as the model parameterλ*** interestingly,for the large chemical potential,u=1,the temperature dependence of the photon ring radius is reversed forλ=2 andλ=***,for a small chemical potential u=0.1,the temperature dependence of the Einstein ring stays the same asλ=2 andλ=4.

The big-tapered profiled ring disk is a key component of engines for rockets and missiles.A new forming technology,as called spinning-rolling process,has been proposed previously for the high performance,high efficiency and low-cost manufacturing of the *** design is the key part of plastic forming process *** spinning-rolling process,the shape and size of the blank play a crucial role in process stability,deformation behavior and dimensional *** this work proposes a blank design method to determine the geometry structure and sizes of the *** mathematical model for calculating the blank size has been deduced based on volume conservation and neutral layer length invariance *** FE simulation and corresponding trial production of an actual big-tapered profiled ring disk show that the proposed blank design method is *** order to obtain a preferred blank,the influence rules of blank size determined by different deformation degrees(rolling ratio k)on the spinning-rolling process are revealed by comprehensive FE *** considering the process stability,circularity of the deformed ring disk and forming forces,a reasonable range of deformation degree(rolling ratio k)is recommended for the blank design of the new spinning-rolling process.
