Alcohol-induced liver disease is one of the main .epidemic problems nowadays. Metadoxine is apyridoxine-pyrrolidone carboxylate with significant scavenging property. Metadoxine is able to accelerate the elimination of alcohol from the blood and tissues, help restore the functional structure of the liver and relieve neuro-psychological disorders associated with alcohol *** purpose of the study was to assay the pharmacokinetics of domestic metadoxine after repeated doses.

目的探究2D MRI序列对跗骨窦韧带的显示率;应用3D MRI序列显示跗骨窦韧带,为跗骨窦的扫描技术及疾病的影像诊断奠定基础。方法采用3.0T磁共振扫描设备,8通道踝关节相控阵线圈,对155例健康志愿者进行扫描。观察2D序列图像对跗骨窦韧带的显示情况,利用3D序列进行重建,观察跗骨窦区的显示情况。结果 2D序列中,CL、ITCL在冠状位的显示率最高,CL、ITCL前束在矢状位的显示率次之,ITCL后束在轴位的显示率次之。3D序列可重建出跗骨窦内韧带,这些韧带与矢状面、水平面均成一定角度,在临床工作中可依据此角度对踝关节进行扫描。结论利用MRI3D序列可完整重建出跗骨窦内韧带并对其进行测量,对诊断跗骨窦内病变提供了有效帮助。

Objective To estimate the dietary melamine exposure in Chinese infants and young children from the consumption of melamine adulterated Sanlu infant formula. Methods Four age groups of infants and young children （3, 6, 12, and 24 months） were chosen as the assessed subjects and the maximum amount of infant formula consumption was estimated based on the recommended usage level in the package insert of Sanlu infant formula and other brands. Melamine was analyzed in 111 Sanlu infant fbrmula samples collected from the markets in Beijing and Gansu province using the LC-MS-MS with a limit of quantification of 0.05 mg/kg. Four levels of melamine concentration were chosen to estimate the dietary intakes, including the mean, median, 90th percentile, and maximum. Results The infants of 3 months had the highest intake of melamine, and with the increase of the age （inonth）, the intake decreased. Based on the median melamine concentration （1 000 mg/kg） as an example, the melamine intakes fur the infants of 3, 6, 12, and 24 months were 23.4, 21.4, 15.0, and 8.6 mg/kg bw/d, respectively. Conclusion Dietary melamine intakes from tainted Sanln infant formula significantly exceeded the TDI level （0.2 mg/kg bw/d） recommended by the WHO Expert Meeting in 2008. However, the present assessment has some limitations including the poor representative samples, the varied melamine concentrations in the adulterated Sanlu infant formula, and other brand infant formula possibly consumed by these infants.

Background A new fluroquinolone antibacterial agent,antofloxacin hydrochloride,developed in China,is an 8-NH2 derivant of *** purpose of the study was to evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single and multiple oral doses of antofloxacin hydrochloride in Chinese healthy male *** An open-label,non-randomized,single and multiple dose clinical trial was *** single dose study,12 subjects took 200 mg antofloxacin *** multiple dose study,12 subjects took antofloxacin hydrochloride 400 mg once on day 1 and 200 mg once daily from day 2 to day *** was used to assay the serum and urinary concentrations of *** In single dose study,the maximum concentration of drug in serum （Cmax）,the time to reach Cmax （Tmax）,and the area under the serum concentration-time curve （AUC （O-∞）） of antofloxacin were （1.89±0.65） mg/L,（1.29±0.26） hours,39.1%.In multiple dose study,blood concentration of antofloxiacin achieved stable state on day 2 after *** minimum concentration drug in serum （Cmin）,AUCss,mean concentration of drug in serum （Cav）,and degree offluctuation （DF） were （0.73±0.18） mg/L, （47.59±7.85） mg·h^-1·L^-1, （1.98±0.33） mg/L, and 1.74±0.60, respectively. On day 7 after dosing, Tmax ,Cmax and AUC （0-∞） was （1.14±0.50） hours, （2.52±0.38） mg/L, and （48.77±8.44） mg·h^-1·L^-1, respectively. Accumulating elimination rate of antofloxaxin from urine within 120 hours after the last dosing was 60.06%.Conclusions The regimen of 400 mg loading dose given on the first treatment day and then 200 mg dose once daily results in satisfactory serum drug concentration.

As modern communication technology advances apace,the digital communication signals identification plays an important role in cognitive radio networks,the communication monitoring and management *** has become a promising solution to this problem due to its powerful modeling capability,which has become a consensus in academia and ***,because of the data-dependence and inexplicability of AI models and the openness of electromagnetic space,the physical layer digital communication signals identification model is threatened by adversarial *** examples pose a common threat to AI models,where well-designed and slight perturbations added to input data can cause wrong ***,the security of AI models for the digital communication signals identification is the premise of its efficient and credible *** this paper,we first launch adversarial attacks on the end-to-end AI model for automatic modulation classifi-cation,and then we explain and present three defense mechanisms based on the adversarial *** we present more detailed adversarial indicators to evaluate attack and defense ***,a demonstration verification system is developed to show that the adversarial attack is a real threat to the digital communication signals identification model,which should be paid more attention in future research.

Development of metal oxide semiconductors-based methane sensors with good response and low power consumption is one of the major challenges to realize the real-time monitoring of methane *** this work,a self-assembled mulberry-like ZnO/SnO_(2)hierarchical structure is constructed by a two-step hydrothermal *** resultant sensor works at room temperature with excellent response of~56.1%to 2000 ppm CH_(4)at 55%relative *** is found that the strain induced at the ZnO/SnO_(2)interface greatly enhances the piezoelectric polarization on the ZnO surface and that the band bending results in the accumulation of chemically adsorbed O_(2)^(-)ions close to the interface,leading to significant improvement in the sensing performance of the methane gas sensor at room temperature.

Ten novel isocoumarins,including four pairs of enantiomers,were isolated from Artemisia dubia ***(Asteraceae).Compounds 1,2 and 3a/3b possessed a unique 6/6/6-tricyclic system comprising an unusual 1-(2-methylcyclohexyl)propan-1-one moiety fused with isocoumarin core *** 4a/4b were characterized as an unexpected 2,5-dimethylcyclohexan-1-one scaffold,and compounds 5a/5b and 6a/6b were rare 1,*** structures and absolute configurations were elucidated through spectroscopic data,X-ray crystallography,ECD and NMR calculations with DP4+*** biosynthetic pathways were proposed from the naturally occurring *** pharmacological analysis suggested that the targets of compound 1 were significantly enriched in the cell cycle and Pl3K-Akt signaling *** molecular docking revealed that compound 1 had high binding affinity with CDK2(total score:6.8717).Furthermore,compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory activity on three human hepatoma cell lines,with inhibitory ratios of 85.1% and 84.5%(HepG2),88.2% and 87.3%(Huh7),and 69.2% and 69.1%(SK-Hep-1)at 200μmol·L^(-1),respectively.
