能源系统故障可能导致巨大的经济损失,因此,提升能源系统的运营弹性具有重要意义.为了提高区域综合能源系统在市场机制下的弹性,本文提出了一种基于博弈的能源竞标策略.首先,建立了区域综合能源系统模型,其中包括能源控制中心、能源枢纽、储能系统和用户聚合商.为了在市场环境下通过价格引导弹性增强,构建了基于Stackelberg博弈的能源竞标框架,通过调整能源零售价格和需求响应激励价格等策略,以减小能源缺口并降低价格波动.考虑到参与者间的隐私保护,设计了双层迭代定价算法.最后,通过仿真算例说明了所提策略在保证供需平衡的同时有效抑制价格波动,从而降低经济损失.

红外图像去噪在军事及民用领域应用广泛。现有基于深度学习的图像去噪方法主要为可见光图像设计,此类方法容易过度平滑图像细节,从而导致弱小目标丢失,为后续的检测任务带来困难。为了在去除噪声的同时保留好红外图像中的目标信息,本文提出了一种基于梯度可感知通道注意力模块的红外弱小目标检测前去噪网络。该网络首先采用编码器-解码器结构来去除图像中的加性噪声,然后通过梯度可感知通道注意力模块对图像高频区域进行自适应增强,有效保持红外弱小目标的响应强度。此外,本文提出了领域第一个包含3981张含噪声的红外图像数据集。实验结果表明,该网络能够在有效去除加性噪声的同时避免过度平滑,很好地保留了红外图像中的目标信息,最终实现了在含噪声环境下的高鲁棒性红外弱小目标检测。

A Novel Gene Delivery System targeting Urokinase Receptor

Recombinant proteins that combine different functions required for cell targeting and intra- cellular delivery of DNA present an attractive approach for the development of nonviral gene delivery vectors. Here, we described a novel protein termed ATF-lys10 which facilitated cell-specific gene transfer via receptor-mediated endocytosis. ATF-lys10 was composed of the amino-terminal fragment of urokinase and ten lysines at the carboxyl terminus. Bacterially expressed ATF-lys10 protein existed in soluble form, and had antigenicity of human urokinase. Purified ATF-lys10 specifically bound to uPAR-expressing cells and formed protein-DNA complexes with plasmid pGL3-control. After neutralization of excess negative charge with poly-L-lysine, these complexes served as a specific gene delivery vector for uPAR-expressing cells. Lyso- somotropic compounds, such as chloroquine, drastically increased the ATF-lys10 mediated gene delivery efficiency. Our results suggest that the recombinant protein ATF-lys10 with the properties of DNA binding and tumor cell targeting represents a promising method for gene transfer and expression in tumor cells.

The change of connexin 43 （Cx43） expression and the biological behaviors of Cx43 in rat heart cell line H9c2, expressing Wnt-3a （wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 3A） were evaluated in the present study. Plasmid pcDNA3.1/Wnt-3a was constructed and transferred into H9c2 cells. The cell model Wnt-3a+-H9c2 steadily expressing Wnt-3a was obtained. Compared with H9c2 and pcDNA3.1-H9c2 cells, the expression of Cx43 in Wnt-3a+-H9c2 cells was clearly increased, the proliferation of Wnt-3a+-H9c2 cells was significantly changed, and cell migration abilities were also improved （Pliferative activity in H9c2 cells. Cx43 might be one of the downstream target genes regulated by Wnt-3a.

Insulin Expression in Rats Exposed to Cadmium

To investigate the effects of cadmium exposure on insulin expression in rats. Methods Eighteen adult SD rats were administered cadmium subcutaneously （0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/kg bw）. The effects on endocrine of pancreas were assessed. The levels of cadmium and zinc in pancreas, blood and urine glucose, serum insulin and urine NAG （N-acyetyl-β-glucosaminidase） were determined. The gene expressions of metallothionein （MT） and insulin were also measured, and the oral glucose tolerance tests （OGTT） were carried out. Results The contents of cadmium in pancreas in cadmium-treated rats were higher than that in the control group, which was associated with slight increase of zinc in pancreas. Cadmium-exposed rats （1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg bw） demonstrated a marked glucose intolerance. But the levels of serum insulin did not change significantly after cadmium administration, and the UNAG had no change in Cd-treated group. The gene expression of insulin decreased in 1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg bw cadmium-exposed groups, compared with the control group. The expression of MT-I was higher in the groups exposed to 1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg bw cadmium while the expression of MT-II was higher in the group exposed to 2.0 mg/kg bw cadmium. Conclusions Cadmium may be accumulated in the pancreas, resulting in the change of the expression of insulin, MT-I and MT-Ⅱ genes. Cadmium can influence the biosynthesis of insulin, but does not induce the release of insulin. The dysfunction of pancreas occurs earlier than that of kidney after administration of cadmium.

Influence of Isoflavones on Cadmium-induced Adverse Effects in Vascular Endothelial Cells (ECV 304)

Objective To study the possible intervention of isoflavones in cytotoxicity induced by cadmium in vascular endothelial cells. Methods An ECV 304 cell line derived from human umbilical vein endothelial cells was adopted. Genistein / daidzein was added prior to or simultaneously with CdCl2, cell viability was determined by MTT assay, and metallothionein mRNA expression was monitored by RT-PCR method. Results Cell viability was higher in isoflavone and CdCl2 co-treated groups than that in CdCl2 treated group, with CdCl2 concentration at 10, 20, 40, and 80 μmol/L, respectively. However this increase was not observed in the group treated with CdCl2 at a concentration of 60 μmol/L. Isoflavones (10-10 mol/L to 10-5 mol/L) were added 24 h before cells were challenged with 80 μmol/L CdCl2 for 24 h or simultaneously with 80 μmol/L CdCl2. Genistein increased cell viability only at 10-5 mol/L, while daidzein caused a dose-dependent increase from 10-10 mol/L to 10-5 mol/L in co-treatment with CdCl2. In pre-treatment, genistein (10-7 to 10-5 mol/L) increased cell viability whereas only 10-5 mol/L of daidzein exerted protection. Apparent protection could be found when the cells were pre-treated with 10-5 mol/L isoflavones for over 12 h, whereas 24 h incubation was required in such a co-treatment, with the exception of daidzein that had a significant protection in only 3 h. Isoflavones (10-6 mol/L) incubated for 3 h to 24 h, increased MT IIA and MT IF mRNA expression, but the induction could not last for more than 24 h. Co-treatment with isoflavones could induce an additional induction of MT IIA mRNA expression in cells exposed to cadmium. However, the additional induction of MT IIA and MT IF mRNA was not seen when pre-treatment was carried out with isoflavones, with the exception of an increase in MT IIA mRNA expression in the daidzein pre-treated group. Metallothionein 1 Isoform Gene Expression Induced by Cadmium in Human Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes

Objective To study the gene expression of metallothionein 1 （MT-1） isoforms in human peripheral blood lymphocytes （HPBLs）. Methods The expression of mRNA representing the seven active MT-I genes was determined in HPBLs by quantitative RT-PCR before and after exposure to cadmium. Results Basal expressions of MT-IX, and MT-1A in HPBLs were similar to expression of housekeeping gene. In contrast, the basal gene expressions of MT- 1 H, IF, 1E, and 1G were a little transcripts in human HPBLs. No signal was detected for MT-1B. There was a sex difference （P〈0.05）. in basal gene expression of MT-1E. The levels of gene expression of MT-1A, 1E, IF, 1G, 1H, and 1X increased, but the level of MT-1B did not increase after exposure to cadmium. Conclusions Gene expressions of MT-1 G, MT-1 H, MT-1 F, and MT-1X in HPBLs can be used as a potential biomarker of cadmium exposure.
