OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism by which Tongqiao Yizhi granule（通窍益智颗粒, TQYZKL） intervenes pyroptosis to treat vascular dementia（VaD） in a rat model. METHODS: The rat model of VaD was established by two-vessel occlusion（2VO）. The rats were randomly divided into Sham group, Model group, Nimodipine group, TQYZKL（6.2 g·kg-1·d-1）, TQYZKL(12.4 g·kg-1·d-1), TQYZKL(24.8 g·kg-1·d-1). The Morris water maze（MWM） test was carried out to test the learning and memory function; Hematoxylin-eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy（TEM） to observe the pathological damage in the hippocampus; Tunel fluorescence staining to detect neuronal pyroptosis in the hippocampus. The expression levels of pyroptosis-related proteins, namely Golgi peripheral membrane protein p65（P65）, nucleotide oligomerization domain-like receptors 3（NLRP3）, caspase-1 and Gasdermin D（GSDMD）, were detected using Western blotting and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Moreover, the serum levels of interleukin-1β（IL-1β） and interleukin-18（IL-18） were determined through the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS: The study revealed that TQYZKL effectively improved the ability of VaD ratsto learn and memorize, relieved the pathological damage in the hippocampus, restored neuronal morphology, and reduced the expression of pyroptosis-related proteins P65, NLRP3, caspase-1, GSDMD-N, IL-18 and IL-1β（P ling pathway, thus exerting a therapeutic effect on VaD in the rats.

基于灰色关联熵的冻融作用下混凝土力学性能与孔隙结构模型研究

为研究混凝土在冻融循环过程中孔隙结构对力学性能的影响,对不同冻融循环次数的混凝土进行力学性能、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、低场核磁共振(NMR)等试验,并利用灰色关联熵方法建立冻融循环过程中抗压强度与孔隙结构之间的数学模型。结果表明:随着冻融循环次数的增加,混凝土力学性能下降明显,孔隙度增加且T_(2)谱总面积逐渐增加;冻融循环过程中对力学性能影响最大的两个因素分别为少害孔孔隙占比以及自由流体饱和度(FFS),对应的灰熵关联度分别为0.989 3和0.995 2。以抗压强度为参考,以自由流体饱和度和少害孔孔隙占比为比较序列建立GM(1,3)模型,模型预测值与试验平均值相对误差仅为0.29%,表明预测模型可以为混凝土冻融循环过程中力学性能提供公式依据。研究成果有助于加深对冻融循环过程中混凝土结构损伤演化规律的认识。

为明确垃圾渗滤液对冻融黏土热物理性质的影响规律,开展了不同温度、不同污染物质种类及浓度影响下粉质黏土的热物理性质测定,并分析了其影响机理。结果表明:对单一土壤而言,正温条件下有机污染物(COD_(cr))与镉(Cd)单一污染土壤导热系数与污染物浓度成正比,氨氮单一污染土壤的导热系数与其浓度成反比;负温条件下COD_(cr)与Cd单一污染土壤导热系数与污染物浓度成反比,氨氮在负温下析出的溶质固体会使土壤的导热系数随其浓度的增大而增大。对复合污染土壤而言,其导热系数均与COD_(cr)或氨氮的浓度成反比。在COD_(cr)浓度相同的条件下,正温时复合污染土壤的导热系数随Cd浓度的增加而减小,负温时由于有机污染物与Cd结合形成结晶盐导致其导热系数与浓度成正比。而氨氮与Cd复合污染土壤的导热系数在氨氮浓度相同的条件下在正温时与Cd浓度呈正比,负温时则与Cd浓度呈反比。此外,不论是单一污染土壤还是复合污染土壤,其容积热容量均小于未污染土,同时随污染物质浓度的增加而略有增加,并与温度成正比。在复合污染土壤中COD_(cr)和氨氮浓度的变化是影响土壤容积热容量的主导因素。该研究结果为定量研究、评价和预测垃圾渗滤液中主要污染物在冻土中的扩散、迁移等提供了科学依据。

Deep CLSTM for Predictive Beamforming in Integrated Sensing and Communication-Enabled Vehicular Networks

Predictive beamforming design is an essential task in realizing high-mobility integrated sensing and communication(ISAC),which highly depends on the accuracy of the channel prediction(CP),i.e.,predicting the angular parameters of ***,the performance of CP highly depends on the estimated historical channel stated information(CSI)with estimation errors,resulting in the performance degradation for most traditional CP *** further improve the prediction accuracy,in this paper,we focus on the ISAC in vehicle networks and propose a convolutional long-short term memory(CLSTM)recurrent neural network(CLRNet)to predict the angle of vehicles for the design of predictive *** the developed CLRNet,both the convolutional neural network(CNN)module and the LSTM module are adopted to exploit the spatial features and the temporal dependency from the estimated historical angles of vehicles to facilitate the angle ***,numerical results demonstrate that the developed CLRNet-based method is robust to the estimation error and can significantly outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks,achieving an excellent sum-rate performance for ISAC systems.

Excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)at severe burn injury sites may promote metabolic reprogramming of macrophages to induce a deteriorative and uncontrolled inflammation cycle,leading to delayed wound healing and ***,a novel bioactive,anti-fouling,flexible polyzwitterionic hydrogel encapsulated with epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)-copper(Cu)capsules(termed as EGCG-Cu@CBgel)is engineered for burn wound management,which is dedicated to synergistically exerting ROS-scavenging,immune metabolic regulation and pro-angiogenic ***-Cu@CBgel can scavenge ROS to normalize intracellular redox homeostasis,effectively relieving oxidative damages and blocking proinflammatory signal ***,EGCG-Cu can inhibit the activity of hexokinase and phosphofructokinase,alleviate accumulation of pyruvate and convert it to acetyl coenzyme A(CoA),whereby inhibits glycolysis and normalizes tricarboxylic acid(TCA)***,metabolic reprogramming of macrophages by EGCG-Cu downregulates M1-type polarization and the expression of proinflammatory cytokines both in vitro and in ***,copper ions(Cu^(2+))released from the hydrogel facilitate ***-Cu@CBgel significantly accelerates the healing of severe burn wound via promoting wound closure,weakening tissue-damaging inflammatory responses and enhancing the remodeling of pathological ***,this study demonstrates the great potential of bioactive hydrogel dressing in treating burn wounds without unnecessary secondary damage to newly formed skin,and highlights the importance of immunometabolism modulation in tissue repair and regeneration.

基于网络药理学探讨半夏白术天麻汤与羌活胜湿汤同病异治的生物学基础

目的运用网络药理学分析半夏白术天麻汤与羌活胜湿汤的成分、靶点及机制差异,初步阐明“同病异治”在偏头痛中的内涵。方法通过TCMSP检索半夏白术天麻汤和羌活胜湿汤的有效成分,并在SwissTargetPrediction中预测潜在靶点,通过TTD、GeneCards和OMIM数据库获取偏头痛的疾病基因,运用Cytoscape3.9.1软件进行数据分析,利用STRING数据库构建蛋白相互作用网络,用DAVID数据库进行通路富集分析。最后选取成分-靶点网络中度值较大的关键靶点和关键成分,使用AutoDock Vina软件进行分子对接。结果半夏白术天麻汤及羌活胜湿汤共同靶点320个,半夏白术天麻汤特有靶点319个,羌活胜湿汤特有靶点66个。二者可能通过IL6、AKT1、TNF、VEGFA等共同关键靶点及HIF-1、IL-17等信号通路作用于偏头痛。其中,半夏白术天麻汤通过GABRB3、CHRM2、GABRB2等蛋白所富集的5-羟色胺能突触、神经活性配体-受体相互作用通路、MAPK信号通路发挥特有作用。羌活胜湿汤通过IL10、CAMK2B所在的PI3K-Akt等信号通路调节细胞存活等途径治疗偏头痛。分子对接结果显示,关键成分与关键靶点结合结构稳定。结论半夏白术天麻汤主治内生风痰之头痛,羌活胜湿汤主治外感风湿之头痛。网络药理学分析发现二者既具有共同的靶点与作用通路,也有各自特有的靶点与作用通路,通过对差异靶点和通路的分析,可初步阐明同病异治不同证型头痛的生物学基础。

Numerical study on the influence of geometrical parameters on natural convection cooling effect of the crushed-rock revetment

The crushed-rock revetment, considered as a highly porous medium, is often applied to embankment slope to protect the underlying permafrost and ensure the thermal stability of roadway in permafrost regions. In this paper, in order to increase and optimize the cooling capacity of crushed-rock revetment in cold regions roadway engineering, based on the thermal convection theories, the practical geometry and the temperature characteristics of in-situ crushed-rock revetment, convective pattern and cooling effect of crushed-rock revetment are numerically studied, with a thickness of 1.0 m under different geometrical parameters, e.g. sloped angle and aspect ratio. The results indicate that, with a thickness of 1.0 m and a temperature difference of 10.0 ℃ between top and bottom boundaries, due to the existence of natural convection, the effective thermal conductivity of crushed-rock revetment can be increased and the thermal "semi-conductor" characteristics are endowed. However, the convective pattern changes with the variation of the sloped angle, namely, with the increase of the sloped angle, the convection cell number decreases; furthermore, when the flow changes from various cells to a single cell at a sloped angle, the Nu number is the smallest and the cooling effect is the worst, therefore, the corresponding sloped angle is considered as the worst cooling sloped angle. Besides, with the increase of the aspect ratio, the worst cooling sloped angle increases and tends to 32°, also approaching to the in-situ crushed-rock revetment angle 33.7°. Therefore, when the crushed-rock revetment em-bankment is too high, that is to say, the aspect ratio of the sloped crushed-rock revetment is too large, some measures should be taken to enhance its cooling effect, which have been researched and discussed in this paper. It is hoped that some scientific references can be supplied to the design and maintenance of the crushed-rock revetment embankment in cold regions.

沙漠化是人类面临的一个重大环境及社会问题,实施林业种植能够抵御沙漠扩张,实现沙漠生态修复与治理。种植的林业作物通常采用耐旱灌木类防风固沙作物,但现有种植机械存在功能单一、不适用于沙漠地区扦插种植等问题。基于慧鱼技术,设计了一种用于防风固沙作物扦插、灌溉和施肥一体化的沙漠生态修复装置,该装置由履带式推土机牵引,能够同步完成开沟成穴、施肥灌水、苗木扦插、覆土镇压与覆膜保墒一体化作业。设计了夹持式扦插机与仿形轨道组合的回转轮型扦插机构,可以自主完成苗木的提取与扦插农艺;设计了定量可控的施肥灌溉机构,通过排肥器与延时电磁水阀进行施肥施水作业;设计了覆土镇压机构,可同步完成苗木扦插后的覆土、压实。该装置能够大幅减少人工作业的劳动强度、降低沙漠种植成本、提高种植作业效率、保障苗木的成活率,对于防风固沙、修复生态环境有着很好应用推广前景。
