BACKGr.UND Acute decomp.nsation(AD)of cir.hosis is associated with high shor.-ter. mor.ality,mainly due to the develop.ent of acute-on-chr.nic liver.failur.(ACLF).Thus,ther. is a need for.biomar.er. for.ear.y and accur.te identification of AD p.tients with high r.sk of develop.ent of ACLF and *** tr.gger.ng r.cep.or.exp.essed on myeloid cells-1(sTr.M-1)is r.leased fr.m activated innate immune cells and cor.elated with var.ous inflammator. *** To exp.or. the p.ognostic value of sTr.M-1 in p.tients with AD of *** A multicenter.p.osp.ctive cohor. of 442 p.tients with cir.hosis hosp.talized for.AD was divided into a study cohor.(n=309)and validation cohor.(n=133).Demogr.p.ic and clinical data wer. collected,and ser.m sTr.M-1 was measur.d at *** enr.lled p.tients wer. followed-up.for.at least 1 *** In p.tients with AD and cir.hosis,ser.m sTr.M-1 was an indep.ndent p.ognosis p.edictor.for.1-year.sur.ival and cor.elated with liver.coagulation,cer.br.l and kidney failur..A new p.ognostic model of AD(p.AD)incor.0}r.ting sTr.M-1,blood ur.a nitr.gen(BUN),total bilir.bin(TBil),inter.ational nor.alized r.tio(INr.and hep.tic encep.alop.thy gr.des was established and p.r.or.ed better.than the model for.end-stage liver.disease(MELD),MELD-sodium(MELD-Na),chr.nic liver.failur.-consor.ium(CliF-C)ACLF and CliF-C AD ***,sTr.M-1 was incr.ased in ACLF and p.edicted the develop.ent of ACLF dur.ng fir.t 28-d *** ACLF r.sk scor. incor.0}r.ting ser.m sTr.M-1,BUN,INr.TBil and asp.r.ate aminotr.nsfer.se levels was established and significantly sup.r.or.to MELD,MELD-Na,CliF-C ACLF,CliF-C AD and p.AD in p.edicting r.sk of ACLF *** Ser.m sTr.M-1 is a p.omising p.ognostic biomar.er.for.ACLF develop.ent and mor.ality in p.tients with AD of cir.hosis.

Theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex is widely acknowledged to be attr.buted to the inter.ction between the cosmic r.ys(Cr.)acceler.ted by the shock of sup.r.ova r.mnant(SNr.W51C and the dense molecular.clouds in the adjacent star.for.ing r.gion,***,the maximum acceler.tion cap.bility of W51C for.Cr. r.mains *** on obser.ations conducted with the Lar.e High Altitude Air.Shower.Obser.ator.(LHAASO),we r.p.r. a significant detection ofγr.ys emanating fr.m the W51 comp.ex,with ener.ies fr.m 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measur.ments,for.the fir.t time,extend theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex beyond 100 TeV and r.veal a significant sp.ctr.m bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump.featur.d data fr.m Fer.i-LAT,the br.adbandγ-r.y sp.ctr.m of the W51 r.gion can be well-char.cter.zed by a simp.e p.-collision *** obser.ed sp.ctr.l bending featur. suggests an exp.nential cutoff at~400 TeV or.a p.wer.law br.ak at~200 TeV in the Cr.p.oton sp.ctr.m,most likely p.oviding the fir.t evidence of SNr. ser.ing as Cr.acceler.tor. ap.r.aching the p.V ***,two young star.cluster. within W51B could also be theor.tically viable to p.oduce the most ener.eticγr.ys obser.ed by *** findings str.ngly sup.or. the p.esence of extr.me Cr.acceler.tor. within the W51 comp.ex and p.ovide new insights into the or.gin of Galactic Cr..

目的探讨基于超声人工智能(AI)系统AI-SONIC^(TM)Thyr.id 5.***.3.0的图像分析在甲状腺结节恶性风险评估中的应用价值。方法选取2019年4月至2021年1月海军军医大学(第二军医大学)第二附属医院收治的453例甲状腺结节患者,共573枚甲状腺结节。以术后病理结果为金标准,通过χ^(2)检验和r.C曲线评估术前AI系统检查对不同性别分组、不同年龄分组及不同结节大小分组的甲状腺结节良恶性的鉴别诊断效能,并通过De Long检验比较术前AI系统检查与不同年资超声医师术前应用常规超声检查鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的效能。结果在术前检查的573枚甲状腺结节中,术后病理证实为恶性411枚(76.5%)、良性162枚(23.5%)。低年资超声医师应用常规超声检查鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为85.2%(350/411)、55.6%(90/162)、76.8%(440/573),AUC为0.721(95%CI 0.672~0.771);高年资超声医师鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为93.9%(386/411)、74.1%(120/162)、88.3%(506/573),AUC为0.865(95%CI 0.825~0.904);AI系统鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为92.5%(380/411)、69.1%(112/162)、85.9%(492/573),AUC为0.809(95%CI 0.764~0.854)。De Long检验结果显示,AI系统鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的AUC高于低年资超声医师(p.0.032),与高年资超声医师之间差异无统计学意义(p.0.05)。按不同性别、不同年龄分组,AI系统鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的准确度差异无统计学意义(p.0.05);按不同结节大小分组,结节最大直径为10~r.id 5.***.3.0可识别甲状腺结节的良性和恶性声像特征,其诊断效能接近高年资超声医师,有望成为术前预测甲状腺结节恶性风险的实用工具。

The p.otoactive layer.was investigated by Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d（FTIr. sp.ctr.scop., ultr.violet-visable（UV-Vis） sp.ctr.meter. scanning electr.n micr.scop.（SEM） and cyclic voltammo- gr.m char.cter.zation. Device efficiency based on differ.nt molar.feed r.tios of 3MT and BT dur.ng electr.chemical p.lymer.zation, and the effect of in-situ cop.lymer.state（dop.d by electr.lyte and de-dop.d） wer. measur.d and comp.r.d. Under.the solar.illumination of 100 mW/cm2（AM 1.5）, an op.imized device efficiency of 0.938% was obtained when the molar.r.tio of 3MT to BT was 500：1, p.lymer.zation time was 500 s and the system was in dop.d cop.lymer.state, r.sp.ctively.
