In this article, the energy balance method is used to retrieve thermospheric mass density from CHAMP satellite precise orbit determination(POD) data during 2007–2009. The retrieved thermospheric mass densities are compared with those from accelerometer data and an empirical model. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Thermospheric mass density can be retrieved from POD data by the energy balance and semi-major axis decay methods, whose results are consistent.(2) The accuracy of the retrieved densities depends on the integration time period, and the optimal period for CHAMP density retrieval from POD data is about 20 minutes.(3) The energy balance method can be used to calibrate accelerometer data.(4) The accuracy of retrieving thermospheric density from POD data varies with satellite altitude and local time.

Antimalarial chemotherapies endowed with effectiveness against drug-resistant parasites and good safety are urgently required in *** previous research revealed that clinical phaseⅡantitumor drug Quisinostat was a promising antimalarial prototype by inhibiting the activity of Plasmodium falciparum(***)histone deacetylase(PfHDAC).Herein,30 novel spirocyclic linker derivatives were designed and synthesized based on Quisinostat as lead compound,and then their antimalarial activities and cytotoxicity were systematically *** them,compounds 8 and 27 could effectively eliminate wild-type and multi-drug resistant *** parasites,and display weakened cytotoxicity and good metabolic *** blot assay demonstrated that they could inhibit PfHDAC activity like *** addition,both 8 and 27 showed certain antimalarial efficacy in rodent malaria model,and the animal toxicity of 8 was significantly improved compared with ***,8 and 27 were structurally novel PfHDAC inhibitors and provided prospective prototype for further antimalarial drug research.

Conjunctival melanoma(CM) is a rare and fatal malignant eye tumor. In this study, we deciphered a novel anti-CM mechanism of a natural tetracyclic compound named as cucurbitacin B(CuB). We found that CuB remarkably inhibited the proliferation of CM cells including CM-AS16,CRMM1, CRMM2 and CM2005.1, without toxicity to normal cells. CuB can also induce CM cells G2/M cell cycle arrest. RNA-seq screening identified KIF20A, a key downstream effector of FOXM1 pathway, was abolished by CuB treatment. Further target identification by activity-based protein profiling chemoproteomic approach revealed that GRP78 is a potential target of CuB. Several lines of evidence demonstrated that CuB interacted with GRP78 and bound with a Kdvalue of0.11 μmol/L. Furthermore, ATPase activity evaluation showed that CuB suppressed GRP78 both in human recombinant GRP78 protein and cellular lysates. Knockdown of the GRP78 gene significantly induced the downregulation of FOXM1 and related pathway proteins including KIF20A, underlying an interesting therapeutic perspective. Finally, CuB significantly inhibited tumor progression in NCG mice without causing obvious side effects in vivo. Taken together, our current work proved that GRP78-FOXM1-KIF20A as a promising pathway for CM therapy, and the traditional medicine CuB as a candidate drug to hinder this pathway.

There are two main types of root systems in flowering plants,namely taproot systems of dicots and fibrous root systems found in *** this fundamental split,our current knowledge of cellular and molecular mechanism driving root development is mainly based on studies of the dicot model ***,the world major crops are monocots and little is known about the transcriptional programs underlying cell-type specification in this ***,we report the transcriptomes of more than 20000 single cells derived from root tips of two agronomically important rice *** combined computational and experimental analyses we were able to robustly identify most of the major cell types and define novel cell-type-specific marker genes for both ***,we found divergent cell types associated with specific regulatory programs,including phytohormone biosynthesis,signaling,and response,which were well conserved between the two rice *** addition,we detected substantial differences between the cell-type transcript profiles of Arabidopsis and *** species-specific features emphasize the importance of analyzing tissues across diverse model species,including *** together,our study provides insight into the transcriptomic landscape of major cell types of rice root tip at single-cell resolution and opens new avenues to study cell-type specification,function,and evolution in plants.

In order to explore the influence of interest rate liberalization on profitability,an empirical analysis is carried out with the panel data of commercial banks in China from 2009 to ***,the heterogeneity of the impact is studied among different *** results show that,first,interest rate liberalization and commercial banks'profitability have an inverted U-shaped relationship,whereby interest rate liberalization would increase the profitability of banks in the early stage but would reduce the profitability after reaching a peak inflection point at the later ***,the impact varies among different banks,being more significant in urban commercial banks and large state-owned banks.

Background:Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy to cure diseases by fumigating meridians or affected parts via burning of moxa *** smoke(MS)is one of the key factors in *** this study,we adopted digital gene expression profiling,a next-generation gene sequencing technology,to investigate the effect of MS,inhalable particulate matter(PM10),on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 ***:The effects of MS PM10 on A549 cells,over different treatment durations were investigated in different groups:the 4-h group(4-h MS group and 4-h control group)and the 20-h group(20-h MS group and 20-h control group).Samples collected from the four groups were stored at80C for subsequent digital gene expression *** differentially expressed genes(DEGs),identified after PM10 treatment,were screened,and their expression patterns analyzed by cluster analysis,Gene Ontology term enrichment,and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway ***:Compared with two control groups,1109 DEGs were identified after 4 h of MS intervention and 3565 DEGs were found after 20 h of MS intervention,*** with that after 4-h intervention,2149 DEGs were identified after 20-h *** analysis demonstrated that PM10 can significantly inhibit cell cycle process with the prolongation of intervention *** pathway enrichment analysis showed that MS PM10 can inhibit A549 cell cycle process at all *** MS PM10 exposure time prolongs,the inhibitory effect on cell cycle process becomes more ***:MS PM10 has many biological activities,and may cause differential expression of genes involved in various biological ***,further research on MS is warranted for better understanding of the mechanistic details.

Clinical Analysis of Erzhi Mingmu Decoction in the Treatment of Non-exudative Age-related Macular Degeneration

In order to enhance positioning accuracy and reliability, improve data utilization, improve the success rate of epoch result, a stratified weighting algorithm based on posterior residual error was designed for multi-GNSS. The algorithm can greatly improve reliability, accuracy and the success rate of epoch result without affecting positioning accuracy. Firstly, the GNSS date to be processed was solved based on weight allocated by priori information, then the system weight is allocated by posterior residual error of above results of each system, and this is the first layer weight allocation. Then the weight of satellite type is allocated by posterior residual error of each type satellite, and this is the second layer weight allocation. Then satellites’ weight is allocated by residual residuals of each single satellite and this is the third layer weight allocation. Finally, stochastic model matrix is determined by multiplying above results, and the least square is used to process GNSS data based on the stochastic model. The algorithm is validated by 11 IGS stations date, and the result shows that it can increase hypothesis-test pass rate to more than 99% of dual-system BDS/GPS and BDS/GLO, triple-system BDS/GPS/GLONASS without affecting positioning accuracy, and it could get a similar effect for single-system BDS without the first layer weight allocation.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Erzhi Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of non-exudative age-related macular degeneration. METHODS: A total of 100 patients with non-exudative age-related macular degeneration admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with oral vitamin C and vitamin E while study group was treated with Erzhi Mingmu Decoction based on the same treatment of the control group. Both groups were continuously treated for 1 month, the visual improvement, fundus changes, and changes of serum VEGF and CRP levels were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS: The number of patients with visual improvement was higher in the study group than that in the control group(P linical promotion and application.

《跻春台》是清末四川地区刊刻出版的白话小说集,共四十个故事。作者为四川中江人,全书用四川方言俗语写成。其描写对象多为中下层市民或农民,实录的写作手法使小说中出现较多关于蜀地礼仪民俗的描写,其中涉及最多的当属婚礼与丧礼。清末蜀地婚礼与传统士昏礼中的“六礼”既有一脉相承的一面,又有自己独有的特点,如礼节简略、不亲迎、无聘金等。而丧礼除遵循《仪礼·士丧礼》的部分礼仪外,又有着蜀地丧礼独特的习俗,如普遍作道场、富户散普孝及奢靡风气、帮助穷户殡葬的“孝义会”等。作为中华优秀传统文化的有机组成部分,蜀地民俗礼仪有着与中华传统民俗文化一脉相承的一面。另一方面,受地域、经济、气候、风俗等影响,清末蜀地民俗礼仪又呈现出独有的特点,使蜀地民俗礼仪文化呈现出传统与保守、多元统一、内涵丰富且富有个性的特征。
