Objective Along with changes in the ecology system and under the influence of various environmental factors, the incidence of tumor has been increasing year after year. There is a trend in cancer therapy to move to combined therapies involving surgery, radiation chemotherapy and gene therapy. Cancer gene therapy in recent years has brought new opportunities for treatment of tumor. Its advantages include low rate of tolerance, insensitivity to cell cycles, high specificity and coverage for both primary and metastatic tumors1＇2. However, this is a new field of clinical research. Regarding the correlation among the STAT3, CyclinD1 and P21 genes and tumors, research has focused on their expression and regulation. This article provides a summary of related research.

Objective ; To study effects of Jiangtang Fanglong Wan （glucose-lowering and deafness-preventing capsule） on hearing in an animal model of diabetes. Methods Wistar rats were used to create a diabetes model by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin （STZ, 55 mg/kg）. Forty rats were randomly selected to receive Jiangtang Fanglong Wan （ 10 g/kg/ day） through intragastric garage （treatment group） or normal saline （control group）. Auditory brainstem responses （ABRs） were recorded at Months 1, 2 and 3. Results ABR latencies and wave intervals were similar between the two groups at Month 1 （P 〉 0.05）. ABR latencies and wave intervals were shorter in the treatment group than those of the control group at Months 2 and 3 （P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01, respectively）. Conclusion Our results suggest that Jiangtang Fanglong Wan may have a beneficial effect in preventing and treating hearing impairment associated with diabetes.

Aconite is a valuable drug and also a toxic material, which can be used only after detoxification processing. Although traditional processing methods can achieve detoxification effect as desired, there are some obvious drawbacks, including a significant loss of alkaloids and poor quality consistency. It is thus necessary to develop a new detoxification approach. In the present study, we designed a novel one-step detoxification approach by quickly drying fresh-cut aconite particles. In order to evaluate the technical advantages, the contents of mesaconitine, aconitine, hypaconitine, benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconine, benzoylhypaconine, neoline, fuziline, songorine, and talatisamine were determined using HPLC and UHPLC/Q-TOF-MS. Multivariate analysis methods, such as Clustering analysis and Principle component analysis, were applied to determine the quality differences between samples. Our results showed that traditional processes could reduce toxicity as desired, but also led to more than 85.2% alkaloids loss. However, our novel one-step method was capable of achieving virtually the same detoxification effect, with only an approximately 30% alkaloids loss. Cluster analysis and Principal component analysis analyses suggested that Shengfupian and the novel products were significantly different from various traditional products. Acute toxicity testing showed that the novel products achieved a good detoxification effect, with its maximum tolerated dose being equivalent to 20 times of adult dosage. And cardiac effect testing also showed that the activity of the novel products was stronger than that of traditional products. Moreover, particles specification greatly improved the quality consistency of the novel products, which was immensely superior to the traditional products. These results would help guide the rational optimization of aconite processing technologies, providing better drugs for clinical treatment.

针对绘画图像情感标注所需资源巨大的问题,设计一种针对抽象画图像的情感聚类方法。提出一种基于三支决策的颜色特征表示方法和纹理特征表示方法,结合改进的深度学习模型,从抽象画图像中提取颜色特征、纹理特征和高层语义特征;使用多核k均值算法,自适应地融合3种特征,实现图像的情感聚类分析。实验结果表明,在MART和Deviant-Art数据集上,与4种基准方法相比,提出方法在准确度、Fowlkes-Mallows指数和标准化互信息上分别平均提高了30、23和49个百分点。提出方法在抽象画图像的情感聚类分析应用中表现出色,这也为其它绘画作品的无监督情感分析研究提供了参考。

Zinc telluride/reduced graphene oxide （ZnTe/RGO） nanocomposites are synthesized by a one-pot, facile, solvothermal process using hydrazine hydrate as the reducing agent. Hydrazine hydrate not only promoted the formation ofZnTe nanoparticles but also reduced GO to RGO. The formation of ZnTe/RGO is demonstrated by different techniques. In addition, the experimental results suggest a possible formation mechanism of these nanocomposites. Finally, due to the transfer of the photo-generated electrons between ZnTe and RGO resulting in low electrons/holes recombination, the as-prepared nanocomposites of ZnTe/RGO exhibited strongly enhanced photocatalytic activity for the bleaching of methyl blue （MB） dye under visible light irradiation.

Increasing the quantity and improving the quality of cropland can alleviate the human-land contradiction and promote the sustainable development of agriculture especially in mountainous areas.With the support of the central government’s policies,Yan’an,Northern Shaanxi,China implemented a major land consolidation engineering project in the loess hilly-gully region from 2013 to 2018,achieving 33,333.3 ha of new cropland.However,the poor quality of some newly-constructed cropland at the initial stage hindered its efficient utilization.In order to overcome this problem,red clay and Malan loess were compounded in different volume ratios to explore the method to improve the cropland quality.The Root Zone Water Quality Model was used to simulate the effects of different soil treatments on soil water,nitrogen and maize growth.Experimental data were collected from 2018 to 2019 to calibrate and validate the model.The root mean square error(RMSE)of soil water content,nitrate nitrogen concentration,above-ground biomass,leaf area index were in the range of 11.72-14.06 mm,4.06-11.73 mg kg^(-1),835.21-1151.28 kg ha^(-1)and 0.24-0.47,respectively,while the agreement index(d)between measured and simulated values ranged from 0.70 to 0.96.It was showed that,compared with land constructed with Malan loess only(T1),the soil structure and hydraulic characteristics of land with a volume ratio of red clay and Malan loess of 2:1(T3)was better.Simulation indicated that,compared with T1,the soil water content and available water content of T3 increased by 14.4%and 19.0%,respectively,while N leaching decreased by 16.9%.The aboveground biomass and maize yield of T3 were 7.9%and 6.7%higher than that of T1,respectively.Furthermore,the water productivity and nitrogen use efficiency of T3 increased by 21.0%and 16.6%compared with that of T1.These results indicated that compounding red clay and Malan loess in an appropriate ratio was an effective method to improve soil quality.This study provides a technical idea and specific technical parameters

Chitin hydrogel has been recognized as a promising material for various biomedical applications because of its biocompatibility and biodegradability.However,the fabrication of strong chitin hydrogel remains a big challenge because of the insolubility of chitin in many solvents and the reduced chain length of chitin regenerated from solutions.We herein introduce the fabrication of chitin hydrogel with biomimetic structure through the chemical transformation of chitosan,which is a water-soluble deacetylated derivative of chitin.The reacetylation of the amino group in chitosan endows the obtained chitin hydrogel with outstanding resistance to swelling,degradation,extreme temperature and pH conditions,and organic solvents.The chitin hydrogel has excellent mechanical properties while retaining a high water content(more than 95 wt.%).It also shows excellent antifouling performance that it resists the adhesion of proteins,bacteria,blood,and cells.Moreover,as the initial chitosan solution can be feasibly frozen and templated by ice crystals,the chitin hydrogel structure can be either nacre-like or wood-like depending on the freezing method of the precursory chitosan solution.Owing to these anisotropic structures,such chitin hydrogel can exhibit anisotropic mechanics and mass transfer capabilities.The current work provides a rational strategy to fabricate chitin hydrogels and paves the way for its practical applications as a superior biomedical material.

Selective oxidation of alkanes to produce highvalue chemicals is an essential strategy and means to realize efficient utilization of resources.In this work,a strategy of lanthanum manganese mixed metal oxides(LMMO) regulated via a facile ionic liquid (IL)-assisted hydrothermal method was proposed to construct the multifunctional catalysts,which exhibited excellent catalytic performance in the selective aerobic oxidation of cyclohexane.An 8.9%cyclohexane conversion with 90%KA oi(cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone) selectivity was achieved over the optimal LMMO catalyst under mild conditions.The effects of anion type,carbon chain length and concentration of ILs on the structure and properties of catalysts were investigated through various characterizations,indicating the structure-directing and template effect of ILs on the multifunctional catalysts.The formation of self-assembled spherical nanoparticles followed the‘‘dissolution-nucleation-proliferation’’mechanism with the introduction of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate,ascribing the synergistic effect between the microenvironment of ILs and the hydrothermal environment.Importantly,the high reactive oxygen concentration redox capacity,and suitable basic sites of LMMO catalysts mediated by ILs enhance the activation of C-H bonds and molecular oxygen,simultaneously influencing the adsorption and desorption of the substrate.A comprehensive understanding of the high KA oil selectivity and radical reaction mechanism was elucidated based on in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS) and radical trapping experiments.The recycling and regeneration experiments further illuminated that the removal of adsorbed cyclohexanone acting on the LMMO catalyst was the key to achieve high KA oil selectivity.
