The prevalence of high blood pressure is on the rise among younger individuals， and recent findings have linked exercise to changes in the diversity and configuration of gut microbiota. However， specific modifications to one's diet， such as incorporating blueberries while engaging in physical activity， can also influence this association. To explore the effects of exercise and blueberry consumption on gut bacteria， we conducted an eight-week study involving healthy and hypertensive college students. Our microbiome analysis revealed slight shifts in gut bacteria composition in response to increased physical activity， with significant changes in the diversity of the g＿[Eubacterium]＿eligens＿group observed in hypertensive college students who regularly consumed blueberries. Although exercise and blueberry supplementation had a negligible impact on the gut microbiota diversity of healthy college students， it significantly boosted the production of butyric acid bacteria in hypertensive young adults. These results suggest that the changes in gut bacteria variety and abundance brought about by blueberries may be tied to alterations in the body composition of patients with hypertension. This study aims to reveal the impact of blueberry on the hypertensive students from a unique perspective， suggesting the impact of taking blueberry while taking exercises.

目的优化幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除治疗的用药方案。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月在医院体检中心或门诊发现感染HP且胃镜检查无溃疡及其他胃黏膜病变的患者312例,根据根除方案用药的不同分为质子泵抑制剂(PPI)四联组(124例)、伏诺拉生(VPZ)四联组(84例)、VPZ二联组(97例)。PPI四联组予艾司奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊[每次20 mg、每日2次(bid)]+阿莫西林胶囊(每次1 g、bid)+克拉霉素缓释胶囊(每次500 mg、bid)+胶体果胶铋胶囊[每次200 mg、每日3次(tid)];VPZ四联组予富马酸伏诺拉生片(每次20 mg、bid)+阿莫西林胶囊(每次1 g、bid)+克拉霉素缓释胶囊(每次500 mg、bid)+胶体果胶铋胶囊(每次200 mg、tid);VPZ二联组予富马酸伏诺拉生片(每次20 mg、bid)+阿莫西林胶囊(每次1 g、tid)。3组均为口服给药,疗程均为14 d。结果PPI四联组、VPZ四联组及VPZ二联组HP根除成功率分别为85.48%,90.48%,88.66%,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),且仅VPZ四联组根除效果满意(根除率>90%);不良事件发生率分别为15.32%,16.67%,7.72%,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在无溃疡及胃黏膜病变人群的HP根除治疗中,含VPZ四联疗法的根除成功率及不良事件发生率均稍高于传统的含PPI四联疗法;VZP(联合高剂量阿莫西林)二联疗法HP根除成功率虽略高于PPI四联疗法,但仍欠满意。未来还需更多临床研究优化,以获得更理想的根除效果。

Cropland redistribution to marginal land has been reported worldwide;however,the resulting impacts on environmental sustainability have not been investigated *** we investigated the environmental impacts of cropland redistribution in *** a result of urbanization-induced loss of high-quality croplands in south China(～8.5 t ha),croplands expanded to marginal lands in northeast(～4.5 t ha) and northwest China(～2.9 t ha) during 1990-2015 to pursue food ***,the reclamation in these low-yield and ecologically vulnerable zones considerably undermined local environmental sustainability,for example increasing wind erosion(+3.47%),irrigation water consumption(+34.42%),fertilizer use(+20.02%) and decreasing natural habitats(-3.11%).Forecasts show that further reclamation in marginal lands per current policies would exacerbate environmental costs by *** future cropland security risk will be remarkably intensified because of the conflict between food production and environmental *** research suggests that globally emerging reclamation of marginal lands should be restricted and crop yield boost should be encouraged for both food security and environmental benefits.

Land use and land cover change as the core of coupled human-environment systems has become a potential field of land change science （LCS） in the study of global environmental change. Based on remotely sensed data of land use change with a spatial resolution of 1 km × 1 km on national scale among every 5 years, this paper designed a new dynamic regionalization according to the comprehensive characteristics of land use change including regional differentiation, physical, economic, and macro-policy factors as well. Spatial pattern of land use change and its driving forces were investigated in China in the early 21 st century. To sum up, land use change pattern of this period was characterized by rapid changes in the whole country. Over the agricultural zones, e.g., Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, the southeast coastal areas and Sichuan Basin, a great proportion of fine arable land were engrossed owing to considerable expansion of the built-up and residential areas, resulting in decrease of paddy land area in southern China. The development of oasis agriculture in Northwest China and the reclamation in Northeast China led to a slight increase in arable land area in northern China. Due to the ＂Grain for Green＂ policy, forest area was significantly increased in the middle and western developing regions, where the vegetation coverage was substantially enlarged, likewise. This paper argued the main driving forces as the implementation of the strategy on land use and regional development, such as policies of ＂Western Development＂, ＂Revitalization of Northeast＂, coupled with rapidly economic development during this period.

The research on the land use/cover change is one of the frontiers and the hot spots in the global change research. Based on the Chinese resource and environment spatial-temporal database, and using the Landsat TM and ETM data of 1990 and 2000 respectively, we analyzed the spatial-temporal characteristics of land use/cover changes in the Dongting Lake area during the last decade. The result shows that during the last ten years there were three land-use types that had changed remarkably. The cultivated land decreased by 0.57% of the total cultivated land. The built-up land and water area expanded, with an increase of 8.97% and 0.43% respectively. The conversion between land use types mostly happened among these three land-use types, especially frequently between cultivated land and water area. The land-use change speed of land-use type is different. Three cities experienced the greatest degree of land-use change among all the administrative districts, which means that the land use in these cities changed much quickly. The following changed area was the west and south of the Dongting Lake area. The slowest changed area is the north and east area.

Land-use/land-cover changes （LUCCs） have links to both human and nature inter- actions. China＇s Land-Use/cover Datasets （CLUDs） were updated regularly at 5-year inter- vals from the late 1980s to 2010, with standard procedures based on Landsat TM／ETM＋ im- ages. A land-use dynamic regionalization method was proposed to analyze major land-use conversions. The spatiotemporal characteristics, differences, and causes of land-use changes at a national scale were then examined. The main findings are summarized as fol- lows. Land-use changes （LUCs） across China indicated a significant variation in spatial and temporal characteristics in the last 20 years （1990-2010）. The area of cropland change de- creased in the south and increased in the north, but the total area remained almost un- changed. The reclaimed cropland was shifted from the northeast to the northwest. The built-up lands expanded rapidly, were mainly distributed in the east, and gradually spread out to central and western China. Woodland decreased first, and then increased, but desert area was the opposite. Grassland continued decreasing. Different spatial patterns of LUC in China were found between the late 20th century and the early 21st century. The original 13 LUC zones were replaced by 15 units with changes of boundaries in some zones. The main spatial characteristics of these changes included （1） an accelerated expansion of built-up land in the Huang-Huai-Hai region, the southeastern coastal areas, the midstream area of the Yangtze River, and the Sichuan Basin; （2） shifted land reclamation in the north from northeast China and eastern Inner Mongolia to the oasis agricultural areas in northwest China; （3） continuous transformation from rain-fed farmlands in northeast China to paddy fields; and （4） effective- ness of the ＂Grain for Green＂ project in the southern agricultural-pastoral ecotones of Inner Mongolia, the Loess Plateau, and southwestern mountainous areas. 中国南方丘陵区地形破碎,地物分布复杂,丘陵区水田的光谱特征相对于平原区较混杂,传统的基于像元的遥感数据获取受异质性因素的影响,无法利用单一时(季)像及特定的图像自动识别规则提取精度较高的水田分布信息。针对这一问题,该文基于多时像HJ-1A/1B卫星图像,结合地面调查,以湖南省湘潭市为研究区,在易康(e Cognition)软件平台上分别以光谱特征为主要参考的多层最邻近分类法和以在特征知识库支持下的决策树分类法对丘陵区水田进行图像识别。结果表明:分层最邻近分类法比单一最邻近分类提取的精度高,但在相同分割尺度下,利用特征知识库支持下的决策树分类提取水田的精度达到最高,为90.25%,总Kappa系数为0.79,说明特征知识库支持下的决策树分类方法比最邻近分类法更加适合丘陵区水田的遥感识别。

武汉市建设用地扩张遥感监测及空间分异分析

为分析武汉市建设用地扩张时空特征,基于1990,2000,2005和2010年获取的Landsat影像数据,利用面向对象分类方法提取建设用地信息;采用城市扩张速度(expansion speed index,ESI)、扩张强度(expansion intensity index,EII)及综合扩张程度指数(expansion degree index,EDI)和标准差椭圆(standard deviational ellipse,SDE)空间分析方法分析该市1990―2010年建设用地扩张时序及空间分异特征。结果表明:武汉市建设用地呈扩张趋势,20 a间扩张了749.9 km^2,前期10 a、中期5 a和后期5 a间扩张面积分别占扩张总面积的19.06%,33.33%和47.61%;3个时段的ESI和EII均呈增大趋势,后期扩张程度尤为剧烈。SDE分析表明,20 a来武汉市建设用地空间分布呈离散趋势,前期局部扩张,中期趋于均衡扩张,这2个时段呈"东北→西南"空间分布格局;后期全局均衡扩张,空间分布不存在方向性。研究结果将有助于武汉市建设用地的理性扩张决策。

目的:探索胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma,GBM)恶性进展过程中细胞亚群的动态轨迹以及免疫细胞亚群之间的通讯网络,结合GBM患者的转录组数据和临床信息,挖掘GBM恶性进展过程中的关键风险标志物,以期为该疾病的治疗和预后提供科学依据。方法:基于单细胞测序数据分析方法,构建GBM恶性进展中的细胞亚群图谱,利用Monocle2技术构建GBM恶性进展中肿瘤细胞亚群的动态进展轨迹,基于基因富集分析,挖掘肿瘤细胞亚群随GBM恶性进展中显著变化的基因所富集的生物学过程,利用CellChat软件识别不同免疫细胞亚群间的复杂通讯网络,通过生存分析识别GBM恶性进展中影响患者预后的关键风险分子标记物。结果:单细胞测序数据分析识别出6种不同的细胞类型,包括淋巴细胞、周细胞、少突神经胶质细胞、巨噬细胞、胶质瘤细胞、小胶质细胞,单细胞数据集中了27151个细胞,其中包含3881个来源于低级别胶质瘤患者的细胞,10166个来源于新诊断GBM患者的细胞,13104个来源于复发性胶质瘤患者的细胞。胶质瘤细胞亚群逆时序分析提示,胶质瘤细胞亚群在恶性进展中存在着明显的细胞异质性;免疫细胞亚群的细胞相互作用分析揭示,GBM恶性进展中不同免疫细胞亚群之间的通讯网络共识别出22条具有生物学意义的配体-受体对,涉及12条通路;生存分析识别出8个与GBM患者预后密切相关的基因,其中SERPINE1、COL6A1、SPP1、LTF、C1S、AEBP1、SAA1L是GBM患者的高风险基因,ABCC8是GBM患者的低风险基因。结论:深入揭示了GBM恶性进展中胶质瘤细胞亚群的动态变化以及免疫细胞亚群之间的通讯模式,对于理解GBM的复杂生物学过程具有重要意义,为GBM的精准医疗和治疗决策提供了科学依据,也为GBM患者更准确的预后评估提供了新的线索。
