The electron impact （EI） time-of-flight mass spectra （TOFMS） of the title compounds （ thioxo-Biginelli compounds） were studied to establish their fragmentation pathways. With a TOF instrument of high resolution, the exact mass for each fragment was determined. These data were used to infer the molecular formulas and the ionic elemental compositions for all the compounds through interpretation by software. By further applying chemical intuition, majority of the fragmentation ions were fully assigned. All the compounds give strong signals（ average 76% ） for their molecular ions in the El spectra. Two kinds of characteristic fragmentation pathways from the molecular ion were observed. One is related to the loss of the ester group, forming a resonance stabilized ion with a moderate abundance（ average 40% ）. The other concerns the loss of the aromatic-ring radical, forming another resonance stabilized ion at m/z 199 with a high abundance（ average 79% ）, from which further important fragmentations including the formation of an ion at m/z 171 （average 24% ） by the loss of C2H2 （via the McLafferty rearrangement）, and an ion at m/z 153（ average 10% ） by the elimination of a water molecule preceed. In addition, ion [ M - Et ]^＋ with a high abundance（average 62% ） is a characteristic for the Biginelli compounds with an ethoxycarbonyl group. Differences and similarities among the fragmentations observed from the EI-TOFMS of oxo-Biginelli compounds are discussed.

The neutron-induced total cross sections of natural lead have been measured in a wide energy range(0.3 eV-20 MeV)on the back-streaming white neutron beamline(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron *** energy was determined by the neutron total cross-section spectrometer using the time-of-flight technique.A fast multi-cell fission chamber was used as the neutron detector,and a 10-mm-thick high-purity natural lead sample was employed for the neutron transmission *** on-beam background was determined using Co,In,Ag,and Cd *** excitation function of ^(nat)Pb(n,tot)reaction below 20 MeV was calculated using the TALYS-1.96 nuclear-reaction modeling *** present results were compared with previous results,the evaluated data available in the five major evaluated nuclear data libraries(i.e.,ENDF/B-VIII.0,JEFF-3.3,JENDL-5,CENDL-3.2,and BROND-3.1),and the theoretical calculation *** agreement was found between the new results and those of previous experiments and with the theoretical curves in the corresponding *** measurement obtained the neutron total cross section of natural lead with good accuracy over a wide energy range and added experimental data in the resonance energy *** provides more reliable experimental data for nuclear engineering design and nuclear data evaluation of lead.

Interferon-γ （IFN-γ） triggers macrophage for inflammation response by activating the intracellular JAK-STAT1 signaling. Suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 （SOCS1） and protein tyrosine phosphatases can negatively modulate IFN-γ signaling. Here, we identify a novel negative feedback loop mediated by STAT3-SOCS3, which is tightly controlled by SENP1 via de-SUMOylation of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B （PTPIB）, in IFN-y signaling. SENP1-deficient macrophages show defects in IFN-γ signaling and M1 macrophage activation. PTP1B in SENP1-deficient macrophages is highly SUMOylated, which reduces PTP1B-induced de-phosphorylation of STAT3. Activated STAT3 then suppresses STAT1 activation via SOCS3 induction in SENP1-deficient macro- phages. Accordingly, SENP1-deficient macrophages show reduced ability to resist listerio rnonocytogenes infection. These results reveal a crucial role of SENP1-controlled STAT1 and STAT3 balance in rnacrophage polarization.

We present optical luminosity functions(LFs) of galaxies in the0.1 g,0.1 r,0.1 i bands, calculated using data in40 deg2 sky area of the LAMOST Complete Spectroscopic Survey of Pointing Area(LaCoSSPAr) in the Southern Galactic Cap. Redshifts for galaxies brighter than r = 18.1 were obtained mainly with LAMOST. In each band, LFs derived using both parametric and non-parametric maximum likelihood methods agree well with each other. In the0.1 r band, our fitting parameters of the Schechter function are φ*=(1.65 ± 0.36) × 10-2 h3 Mpc-3, M*=-20.69 ± 0.06 mag and α =-1.12 ± 0.08,which agree with previous studies. Separate LFs are also derived for emission line galaxies and absorption line galaxies. The LFs of absorption line galaxies show a dip at0.1 r 18.5 and can be fitted well by a double-Gaussian function, suggesting a bimodality in passive galaxies.

Methotrexate,etoposide,dexamethasone,and pegaspargase(MESA)with sandwiched radiotherapy is known to be effective for early-stage extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type(NKTCL).We explored the efficacy and safety of reduced-intensity,non-intravenous etoposide,dexamethasone,and pegaspargase(ESA)with sandwiched *** multicenter,randomized,phase III trial enrolled patients aged between 14 and 70 years with newly diagnosed early-stage nasal NKTCL from 27 centers in *** were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive ESA(pegaspargase 2,500 IU/m^(2)intramuscularly on day 1,etoposide 200 mg orally,and dexamethasone 40 mg orally on days 2–4)or MESA(methotrexate 1 g/m^(2)intravenously on day 1,etoposide 200 mg orally,and dexamethasone 40 mg orally on days 2–4,and pegaspargase 2,500 IU/m^(2)intramuscularly on day 5)regimen(four cycles),combined with sandwiched radiotherapy.

A large ground-based optical/infrared telescope is being planned for a world-class astronomical site in *** cloud-free night percentage is the primary meteorological consideration for evaluating candidate *** data from GMS and NOAA satellites and the MODIS instrument were utilized in this research,covering the period from 1996 to *** data analysis benefits from overlapping results from different independent teams as well as a uniform analysis of selected sites using GMS+NOAA *** significant ground-based monitoring is needed to validate these findings,we identify three different geographical regions with a high percentage of cloud-free conditions(~83%on average),which is slightly lower than at Mauna Kea and Cerro Armazones(~85%on average)and were chosen for the large international projects TMT and ELT *** study finds evidence that cloud distributions and the seasonal changes affected by the prevailing westerly winds and summer monsoons reduce the cloud cover in areas influenced by the *** is consistent with the expectations from climate change models and is suggestive that most of the identified sites will have reduced cloud cover in the future.

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

目的探究血管紧张素受体AT1相关受体蛋白(putative receptor protein related to AT1,APJ)同源二聚体对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)行为,即增殖、迁移和成管的作用。方法将HUVECs随机分为对照组(PBS)、APJ单体组[爱帕琳肽13(Apelin-13)+TM1]和APJ同源二聚体组(Apelin-13+PBS),分别用Western blot和基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)检测APJ和APJ同源二聚体在HUVECs中的表达;实时细胞分析仪(RTCA)检测Apelin-13引起50%最大效应的浓度(EC_(50));CCK-8法测定HUVECs的细胞活力;划痕实验检测HUVECs的迁移能力;人工基底膜(matrigel)检测HUVECs的成管。结果Western blot和MALDI-TOF MS实验结果显示,APJ和APJ同源二聚体均表达于HUVECs中。Apelin-13的EC_(50)为2.26×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1),且引起最大效应的浓度为1.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)。CCK-8实验、迁移实验和成管实验结果显示,各组细胞随着时间的延长逐渐向划痕裸区迁移,镜下也观察到各组细胞均出现成管,数据统计发现Apelin-13+PBS和Apelin-13+TM1组的HUVECs增殖、迁移和成管能力均较PBS组明显增加,且Apelin-13+PBS组的增殖、迁移和成管能力明显好于Apelin-13+TM1组(P<0.05)。结论APJ同源二聚体对HUVECs的增殖、迁移和成管均具有促进作用,且效果优于APJ单体。
