打辊工艺对翠碧一号上部烟叶打叶质量和出片率的影响

为提高翠碧一号上部烟叶打叶质量和出片率,明确打辊工艺对打后片烟结构、叶中含梗率和出片率的影响,采用均匀试验设计不同打辊转速组合,在打叶复烤生产线开展打叶实验,应用回归分析构建一至四级打辊转速与片烟结构、叶中含梗率和出片率的数学模型,利用模型对四级打辊转速参数进行了优化和验证。结果表明:大片率、中片率、大中片率和碎片率与打辊转速线性回归模型均在Pmin、590 r/min、680 r/min和690 r/min,较现行工艺大片率降低了9.59%、中片率提高了17.41%、出片率提高了1.33%,有效提升了翠碧一号上部烟叶的打叶质量。

Despite the use of many types of chemotherapies for pancreatic cancer, optimal efficacy has not been obtained so far. Pancreatic cancer shows a high incidence of TP53 mutations, inactivating its tumor suppressor activity. In this study, we identified sodium cantharidinate as a novel, potential anti-pancreatic cancer agent that activates p53 function. Sodium cantharidinate reduced the viability of pancreatic cancer cells, including the human primary pancreatic cancer cells, PANC-1, As PC-1, SW1990 and BXPC-3, in a dose-dependent manner. Sodium cantharidinate induced apoptosis and DNA damage of pancreatic cancer cells. Furthermore, proteome-wide sequencing analysis detected a marked perturbation in p53 signaling pathway on PANC-1 cells upon sodium cantharidinate. Consistent with the previous results, sodium cantharidinate treatment decreased Bcl-2 and mitochondrial cytochrome-c protein expression, as well as phosphorylation of MDM2;meanwhile, it increased the levels of cleaved-caspase-3,cleaved-caspase-9, cleaved-PARP, Bax, and phosphorylated p53, thus inducing the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells. The p53-activating effect of sodium cantharidinate was strongly abrogated by treatment with TP53-targeting sh RNA. Moreover, sodium cantharidinate inhibited neoplasm growth via the JAK2-STAT3 pathway, which was inhibited by sh RNA-TP53 and triggered by combination with gemcitabine. Combination therapy indicated that sodium cantharidinate and gemcitabine synergistically reduced ex vivo and in vivo growth of pancreatic neoplasm. Further docking studies revealed the different binding fates of sodium cantharidinate to activate wild-type p53 function. Thus, sodium cantharidinate could be a potential agent with promising anti-pancreatic cancer efficacy.

The welded joints of 3Cr pipeline steel were fabricated with commercial welding wire using the gas tungsten arc welding （GTAW） technique. Potentiodynamic polarization curves, linear polarization resistance （LPR）, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS）, scan- ning electron microscopy （SEM）, and energy-dispersive spectrometry （EDS） were used to investigate the corrosion resistance and the growth of a corrosion film on the weld zone （WZ）. The changes in electrochemical characteristics of the film were obtained through fitting of the EIS data. The results showed that the average corrosion rate of the WZ in CO2 environments first increased, then fluctuated, and finally de- creased gradually. The formation of the film on the WZ was divided into three stages： dynamic adsorption, incomplete-coverage layer forma- tion, and integral layer formation.

Effects of different vasopressors on hemodynamics in patients undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation

Background The hyperdynamic circulatory state in end-stage liver disease is similar to the hemodynamic state in endotoxic shock. Recent research indicated that proper use of norepinephrine （NE） in patients with endotoxic shock could improve the perfusion of visceral organs and raise the survival rate. In this study, dopamine （DA） or NE combined with DA was infused during the orthotopic liver transplantation （OLT） to observe and compare their effects on hemodynamics, oxygenation, and renal function during different stages of the operation.Methods Thirty American Society of Anesthesiology （ASA） Ⅲ-Ⅳ patients undergoing OLT were randomly divided into group DA and group NE with 15 patients in each group. Vasopressors were infused after induction of anesthesia. DA was infused in group DA; DA and NE in group NE. Data of hemodynamics, oxygenation and renal function were collected after induction, 1 hour in preanhepatic, anhepatic, neohepatic phase and at the end of operation.Results Heart rate （HR） and mean arterial pressure （MAP） of the two groups were stable. In anhepatic phase, central venous pressure （CVP）, mean pulmonary arterial pressure （MPAP）, pulmonary arterial wedge pressure （PAWP）, cardiac output （CO）, and cardiac index （CI） decreased, whereas systemic vascular resistance （SVR） and systemic vascular resistance index （SVRI） increased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. The hemodynamic variables of group NE were more stable than that of group DA. Pulmonary vascular resistance （PVR）, pulmonary vascular resistance index （PVRI）, power of hydrogen （pH）, and mixed venous oxygen saturation （ SvO2 ） had no significant changes. Oxygen delivery （ DO2 ） and oxygen consumption （ VO2 ） decreased during anhepatic phase （P〈0. 05 ）, but lactic acid （ LAC ） increased since anhepatic phase. The vitamin C（VC） in crops was successfully determined using ascorbate oxidase（AO） electrochemical biosensor based on the biocompatible poly（3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene）（PEDOT） matrices,which was easily prepared by one-step electrodeposition technique in ionic liquid *** fabricated biosensor displayed excellent bioelectrocatalytic performance to the oxidation of VC,wide linear range,low detection limit,fast response time,good operational and storage stability,the good results of the determination of VC in vegetable crops indicated that the fabricated biosensor will be a good candidate for the physiological and biochemical studies of crops in near future.

The reaction abilities of structural units in Fe-C binary melts over a temperature range above the liquidus lines have been evaluated by a thermodynamic model for calculating the mass action concentrations Ni of structural units in Fe-C binary melts based on the atom-molecule coexistence theory （AMCT）, i.e., the AMCT-N/model, through comparing with the predicted activities aR.i of both C and Fe by 14 collected models from the literature at four temperatures of 1833, 1873, 1923, and 1973 K. Furthermore, the Raoultian activity coefficient γC0 of in infinitely dilute Fe-C binary melts and the standard molar Gibbs free energy change △solG%m,Cdis（1）→[C]W[C]=1.0 of dissolved liquid C for forming w[C] as 1.0 in Fe-C binary melts referred to 1 mass% of C as reference state have also been determined to be valid. The determined activity coefficient In γC of C and activity coefficient In TEe of Fe including temperature effect for Fe-C binary melts can be described by a quadratic polynomial function and a cubic polynomial function, respectively.

Raoultian activity coefficients γ0c of C in infinitely dilute Fe-C binary melts at temperatures of 1833, 1873, 1923, and 1973 K have been determined from the converted mass action concentrations Nc of C in Fe-C binary melts by the developed AMCT-Ni model based on the atom-molecule coexistence theory （AMCT）. The obtained expression of γ0c by the developed AMCT-Ni model has been evaluated to be accurate based on the reported ones from the literature. Meanwhile, three activity coefficients γc,f%,c, andfH,c of C coupled with activity aR,C or a%,c or aH,c have been obtained by the developed AMCT-Ni model and assessed through comparing with the predicted ones by other models from the literature. The first-order activity interaction coefficients ec, ec, and hcc related to γc f%,c, and fH,c are also determined and assessed in comparison with the reported ones from the literature. Furthermore, the integral molar mixing thermodynamic functions such as AmixHm,Fe-C, △mix-Sm,Fe-C, and △mixGm,Fe-C of Fe-C binary melts over a temperature range from 1833 to 1973 K have been determined and evaluated to be valid based on the determined ones from the literature.

Emerging nanozymes with natural enzyme-mimicking catalytic activities have inspired extensive research interests due to their high stability,low cost,and simple preparation,especially in the field of catalytic tumor ***,bio-breakable nanozymes based on glucose-oxidase(GOx)-loaded biomimetic Au–Ag hollow nanotriangles(Au–Ag–GOx HTNs)are designed,and they trigger an near-infrared(NIR)-II-driven plasmon-enhanced cascade catalytic reaction through regulating tumor microenvironment(TME)for highly efficient tumor ***,GOx can effectively trigger the generation of gluconic acid(H+)and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),thus depleting nutrients in the tumor cells as well as modifying TME to provide conditions for subsequent peroxidase(POD)-like ***,NIR-II induced surface plasmon resonance can induce hot electrons to enhance the catalytic activity of Au–Ag–GOx HTNs,eventually boosting the generation of hydroxyl radicals(•OH).Interestingly,the generated H2O2 and H+can simultaneously induce the degradation of Ag nanoprisms to break the intact triangle nanostructure,thus promoting the excretion of Au–Ag–GOx HTNs to avoid the potential risks of drug ***,the NIR-II driven plasmon-enhanced catalytic mechanism of this bio-breakable nanozyme provides a promising approach for the development of nanozymes in tumor therapy.
