In this paper, we introduce and study GC-flat complexes over a commutative Noetherian ring, where C is a semidualizing module. We prove that Ge-flat complexes are actually the complexes of Go-flat modules. This complements a result of Yang and liang. As an application, we get that every complex has a GF-C（C）-cover, where GFC（C） is the class of Ge-flat complexes. We also give a characterization of complexes of modules in HC（FC） that are defined by Sather-Wagstaff, Sharif and White.

Policy iteration based Q-learning for linear nonzero-sum quadratic differential games

In this paper, a policy iteration-based Q-learning algorithm is proposed to solve infinite horizon linear nonzero-sum quadratic differential games with completely unknown dynamics. The Q-learning algorithm, which employs off-policy reinforcement learning(RL), can learn the Nash equilibrium and the corresponding value functions online, using the data sets generated by behavior policies. First, we prove equivalence between the proposed off-policy Q-learning algorithm and an offline PI algorithm by selecting specific initially admissible polices that can be learned online. Then, the convergence of the off-policy Qlearning algorithm is proved under a mild rank condition that can be easily met by injecting appropriate probing noises into behavior policies. The generated data sets can be repeatedly used during the learning process, which is computationally effective. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed Q-learning algorithm.

目的:初步探讨吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)分子荧光成像技术在鼻内镜下肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法:以2022年12月—2023年4月间新疆军区总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科5例鼻腔鼻窦、眶壁、颅底相关肿瘤患者作为研究对象,其中良性肿瘤3例,恶性肿瘤2例。所有患者皆在ICG分子荧光成像技术指导下完成手术。术前12~24 h按0.5 mg/kg剂量经肘静脉静推ICG;术中通过荧光成像对肿瘤进行标记,术者严格按标记范围、深度清除肿物组织,恶性肿瘤根据病检结果做进一步扩大清理。结果:5例患者在荧光成像技术辅助下,均实现了精准的肿瘤定位;参照荧光标记界限进行切除,对患者均做到了肿瘤的彻底清理或切缘阴性。结论:针对鼻内镜下肿瘤相关手术,ICG分子荧光成像技术不仅能做到实时精准定位,而且能为术者判断肿瘤边界提供依据。因此认为该项技术在鼻内镜肿瘤手术中应具有一定的应用价值。

苏子降气汤是国家公布的第2批经典名方之一。通过采用溯源法和文献计量学方法,对苏子降气汤的剂量组成、主治病证、炮制方法、功效方义、现代疾病谱等方面进行考辨分析,以进一步推进该方剂的临床应用及制剂优化开发。考证结果表明苏子降气汤出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,由紫苏子、半夏、当归、甘草、前胡、厚朴、肉桂、生姜、大枣、紫苏叶组成,后世医家记载方剂主要有4种变化形式。在应用该方剂时,紫苏子应炒制、半夏姜制、厚朴姜制、甘草炙制,其余药物可参考《中国药典》2020年版炮制。古籍记载的苏子降气汤主治病证广泛,包括咳嗽、呃逆、痛风、腹痛、心痛、痘疹等,病机总属“气机失常,气不能降,上盛下虚”。其现代临床应用则相对单一,主要应用于呼吸系统相关疾病,另外涉及慢性心力衰竭、便秘、胃脘痛等病证。

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the protective effects of serum containing Dangua Fang( 丹瓜方) on vascular endothelium damaged by oxidative stress. METHODS: Five experiments were completed in this paper. In the first experiment, we found the most suitable serum containing Dangua Fang by comparing groups with different serum containing Dangua Fang. In the second experiments we analyzed Dangua Fang influencing endothelial cell viability and apoptosis and cell cycle. The third experiment on Dangua Fang intervention of mitochondrial respiratory chain. The fourth experiment on Dangua Fang intervention of mitochondrial membrane potential. And finally, on the fifth experiment we researched the mechanism of Dangua Fang improving mitochondrial function by comparing the Na~+-k~+-ATPase and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma coactivator-1alpha(PGC-1α) in the Dangua group with the diazoxide group and Co Q+Vit C group. RESULTS: We compared the control group in the first experiments and the OD values in DZ1 group was the most significant in all intervening groups. The recipe of DZ1(5% serum containing Dangua Fang) was used in the following experiments. Compared with the control group, cell viability, cell cycle(G2 + S), cytochrome c oxidase(COX), R3 red/green, R2 red/green, R1 red/green decreased and apoptosis, succinate dehydrogenase(SDH), green(R2 + R3), Na+-k+-ATPase, PGC-1α increased in the model group. Compared with the model group, cell viability, G2+S, COX, R3 red/green, R2 red/green, R1 red/green raised and apoptosis, green(R2 + R3), Na-K-ATPase decreased in the Dangua group;G2 + S, R3 red/green, R2 red/green, R1 red/green raised and green(R2 + R3) decreased in the Co Q + Vit C group. Na-K-ATPase increased in the combined group(P lial cells damaged by promotion of mitochondrial biogenesis, reduction of Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity and regulation of mitochondrial respiratory chain function restoring mitochondrial membrane potential.

肝脏血流受其复杂的血管解剖结构、较慢的血流速度和人体呼吸运动等因素的影响,运用超声、CT和二维相位对比MRI(two dimensional phase contrast MRI,2D PC MRI)进行评估较为困难。四维血流MRI(four dimensional flow MRI,4D Flow MRI)不仅能够对肝脏复杂的血流分布进行可视化研究,还能对其血流动力学异常进行量化分析,是评估肝脏血流动力学的重要影像学工具。本文主要介绍4D Flow MRI的技术原理及其目前在肝脏疾病中的应用研究,以期为临床了解相关疾病的病情进展及疗效评估提供更全面的影像学依据,为未来的研究方向提供参考。

The present study reports the structural characteristics of three polysaccharide fractions (SPS-F1， SPS-F2 and SPS-F3) isolated and purified from squash. SPS-F1(Mw=12.30 kDa) and SPS-F2 (Mw=19.40 kDa) were likely to contain HG and RG-I domain of pectic polysaccharide， respectively. SPS-F2 (Mw=270.4 kDa) was mainly composed of rhamnose， galactose and arabinose. The treatment with SPS decreased body weight gain， glucose and TG levels in T2DM rats. Twenty-five differential metabolites were identified based on urinary metabolomics analysis， which are crucial to the anti-diabetic effect of SPS. The regulation of Nicotinamide N-oxide， Histamine， cis-Aconitate， Citrate， L-Malic acid， 3-(3-Hydroxyphenyl) propanoic acid and N-Acetyl-L-aspartic acid was mainly associated with energy metabolism， gut microbiota and inflammation. Study of surface plasmon resonance revealed the binding kinetics with galectin-3 (Gal-3) and fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2). The KDvalue of SPS-F2 and SPS-F3 to Gal-3 are 4.97 × 10-3mol/L and 1.48 × 10-3mol/L， indicating a weak binding affinity. All three fractions showed moderate binding to FGF2 and the affinity was SPS-F3 > SPS-F2 > SPS-F1. Thus， the metabolomics and SPR approach were proved to be a promising tool in exploring the anti-diabetes effects of SPS and provided a deep understanding of the mechanisms.

In this study, a modified logarithmic spiral method is proposed to determine the passive earth pressure and failure surface of cohesionless sloping backfill, with presence of wallesoil interface friction. The proposed method is based on a limit equilibrium analysis wherein the assumed profile of the backfill failure surface is a composite of logarithmic spiral and its tangent. If the wallesoil interface is smooth, a straight line does not need to be assumed for the failure surface. The geometry of the failure surface is determined using the Mohr circle analysis of the soil. The resultant passive earth thrust is computed considering equilibrium of moments. The passive earth pressure coefficients are calculated with varied values of soil internal friction angle and cohesion, wall friction angle and inclination angle, and sloping backfill angle. This method is verified with the finite element method(FEM) by comparing the horizontal passive earth pressure and failure surface. The results agree well with other solutions, particularly with those obtained by the FEM. The implementation of the present method is efficient. The logarithmic spiral theory is rigorous and self-explanatory for the geotechnical engineer.
