Wearable wristband systems leverage deep learning to revolutionize hand gesture recognition in daily *** existing approaches that often focus on static gestures and require extensive labeled data,the proposed wearable wristband with selfsupervised contrastive learning excels at dynamic motion tracking and adapts rapidly across multiple *** features a four-channel sensing array composed of an ionic hydrogel with hierarchical microcone structures and ultrathin flexible electrodes,resulting in high-sensitivity capacitance *** wireless transmission from a Wi-Fi module,the proposed algorithm learns latent features from the unlabeled signals of random wrist ***,only few-shot labeled data are sufficient for fine-tuning the model,enabling rapid adaptation to various *** system achieves a high accuracy of 94.9%in different scenarios,including the prediction of eight-direction commands,and air-writing of all numbers and *** proposed method facilitates smooth transitions between multiple tasks without the need for modifying the structure or undergoing extensive task-specific *** utility has been further extended to enhance human–machine interaction over digital platforms,such as game controls,calculators,and three-language login systems,offering users a natural and intuitive way of communication.

Highly pathogenic-resistant bacteria infectionsseriously hinder the wound healing process and induce a catastrophic threat to human health. Incorporating multipleantibacterial strategies into nanostructured materials has beenverified to possess paramount promise for amelioratingtherapeutic efficiency against resistant bacteria. Herein, amultifunctional yolk–shell nanocomposite (Au@HCN) comprised of an aurum (Au) core and hollow carbon nanosphere(HCN) shell was prepared via one-step copolymerization andcarbonization. The electron plunder by Au@HCN on thebacterial membrane leads to bacterial membrane depolarization and enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS) metabolism,resulting in remarkable efficacy against drug-resistant bacteriaunder dark conditions. Moreover, the synergetic photothermaltherapy (PTT) displayed significant antibacterial properties(~98%) when exposed to near-infrared (NIR) irradiation invitro. Meanwhile, efficient eradication of drug-resistant bacteria in the infected wound in vivo was observed under NIRexposure, thereby promoting wound healing through theprominent antibacterial properties of Au@HCN. The yolk–shell Au@HCN possesses tremendous potential for combatingmultidrug resistance with high efficiency.

水少沙多、水沙关系不协调是黄河复杂难治的症结所在。为探索泥沙资源利用新模式,以黄河泥沙为主要原料制备高强蒸压砖样品并测试其性能,采用XRD、SEM等手段分析蒸压砖物相及微观形貌,研究蒸压工艺、原料与掺和料配比对蒸压砖性能的影响。结果表明:随着蒸压温度升高、蒸压时间增加,不同配比的蒸压砖抗压强度均逐渐提高;黄河泥沙、生石灰、矿渣掺量分别为54%、16%、20%,蒸压温度为180℃,蒸压时间为8 h时,制备的蒸压砖抗压强度高达38.76 MPa;掺合料对蒸压砖性能影响的大小排序为矿渣>生石灰>粉煤灰;C-S-H、硬硅钙石、托勃莫来石等水化产物是赋予蒸压砖强度的主要物质。所制备的高强蒸压砖适用于各类民用、公用建筑物的内外墙及房屋的基础建设。

西霞院水库流路演变及泥沙淤积分布特征

西霞院水库是小浪底水库的反调节水库,主要对小浪底水库下泄的不稳定水流进行反调节。系统梳理了2007—2022年西霞院水库调度运行方式、入库水沙、流路演变以及泥沙淤积分布特征,其成果可为西霞院水库优化减淤调度提供科技支撑。结果表明:1)西霞院水库入库年均水量为305.55亿m^(3)、年均沙量为1.34亿t,入库泥沙持续淤积造成库区流路发生显著变化,焦枝铁路老桥至坝前库段由运行初期的4条流路逐渐演变成1条流路。2)至2022年8月,西霞院水库泥沙淤积总量为7 253.6万m^(3),其中大坝—xxy07断面区间泥沙淤积量为6 964.5万m^(3);水库汛限水位131.00 m以下库容为0.184亿m^(3),淤积比为76.71%;库水位131.00~134.00 m反调节库容为0.567亿m^(3),已被侵占0.003亿m^(3)。3)西霞院水库泥沙中SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO含量占总组成的80.14%;泥沙颗粒角形因数小于等于1.30。4)西霞院水库距坝5.8 km以上现状滩面高程比淤积平衡后设计滩面高程高3 m以上,建议西霞院水库在小浪底水库排沙期水位降至132.00 m以下运行,避免上游滩面高程持续抬升侵占反调节库容。

Role-Based Network Embedding via Quantum Walk with Weighted Features Fusion

Role-based network embedding aims to embed role-similar nodes into a similar embedding space,which is widely used in graph mining tasks such as role classification and *** are sets of nodes in graph networks with similar structural patterns and ***,the rolesimilar nodes may be far away or even disconnected from each ***,the neighborhood node features and noise also affect the result of the role-based network embedding,which are also challenges of current network embedding *** this paper,we propose a Role-based network Embedding via Quantum walk with weighted Features fusion(REQF),which simultaneously considers the influence of global and local role information,node features,and ***,we capture the global role information of nodes via quantum walk based on its superposition property which emphasizes the local role information via biased quantum ***,we utilize the quantum walkweighted characteristic function to extract and fuse features of nodes and their neighborhood by different distributions which contain role information ***,we leverage the Variational Auto-Encoder(VAE)to reduce the effect of *** conduct extensive experiments on seven real-world datasets,and the results show that REQF is more effective at capturing role information in the network,which outperforms the best baseline by up to 14.6% in role classification,and 23% in role detection on average.

DADOS:A Cloud-based Data-driven Design Optimization System

This paper presents a cloud-based data-driven design optimization system,named DADOS,to help engineers and researchers improve a design or product easily and *** has nearly 30 key algorithms,including the design of experiments,surrogate models,model validation and selection,prediction,optimization,and sensitivity ***,it also includes an exclusive ensemble surrogate modeling technique,the extended hybrid adaptive function,which can make use of the advantages of each surrogate and eliminate the effort of selecting the appropriate individual *** improve ease of use,DADOS provides a user-friendly graphical user interface and employed flow-based programming so that users can conduct design optimization just by dragging,dropping,and connecting algorithm blocks into a workflow instead of writing massive *** addition,DADOS allows users to visualize the results to gain more insights into the design problems,allows multi-person collaborating on a project at the same time,and supports multi-disciplinary *** paper also details the architecture and the user interface of *** examples were employed to demonstrate how to use DADOS to conduct data-driven design *** DADOS is a cloud-based system,anyone can access DADOS at *** using their web browser without the need for installation or powerful hardware.

Framework,model and algorithm for the global control of urban automated driving traffic

Automated driving has recently attracted significant *** considerable research has been conducted on the technologies and societal acceptance of autonomous vehicles,investigations into the control and scheduling of urban automated driving traffic are still *** automated driving gains traction,urban traffic control logic is poised for substantial ***,both manual and automated driving predominantly operate under a local decision-making traffic mode,where driving decisions are based on the vehicle’s status and immediate *** mode,however,does not fully exploit the potential benefits of automated driving,particularly in optimizing road network resources and traffic *** response to the increasing adoption of automated driving,it is essential for traffic bureaus to initiate proactive dialogs regarding urban traffic control from a global *** paper introduces a novel global control mode for urban automated driving *** core concept involves the central scheduling of all autonomous vehicles within the road network through vehicle-infrastructure cooperation,thereby optimizing traffic *** paper elucidates the mechanism and process of the global control *** the operational complexity of expansive road networks,the paper suggests segmenting these networks into multiple manageable *** mode is conceptualized as an autonomous vehicle global scheduling problem,for which a mathematical model is formulated and a modified A-star algorithm is *** experimental findings reveal that(i)the algorithm consistently delivers high-quality solutions promptly and(ii)the global scheduling mode significantly reduces traffic congestion and equitably distributes *** conclusion,this paper presents a viable and efficacious new control mode that could substantially enhance urban automated traffic efficiency.

Failure Characteristics of Rock-like Mortar Specimens with Arc-shaped Flaws under Freezing-thaw Cycles and Uniaxial Compression

To investigate the freeze-thaw(F-T)damages and failure characteristics of rock mass with arc-shaped joints in cold regions,three types of cement mortar specimens with different central angles and prefabricated arc-shaped flaws are subjected to uniaxial compressive tests under different F-T *** observations show that the uniaxial compressive strength of specimens are significantly influenced by F-T cycles and their failure modes are mainly affected by the central angleαof the prefabricated *** the specimens with a central angle of 60°,the specimens with a central angle of 120°and 180°have greater curvature of flaws,so tensile cracks occur in the arc-top area of their prefabricated *** to experimental images observed by environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM),as the number of F-T cycles increases,the deterioration effect of the specimen becomes more obvious,which is specifically reflected in the increase of the mass loss,peak stress loss,and damage variables as a power function,and the peak strain decreases as a quadratic *** to numerical results using two-dimensional particle flow code(PFC2D),it is found that F-T cycles cause more damage to the specimen in the early stages than in the later *** area of the concentrated compressive stress zone in the middle is decreased due to the increased number of F-T cycles,while the area of the surrounding tensile-shear stress zone is *** models appear different failure modes due to the release of concentrated stress in different tensile-shear zones.

β-Cyclodextrin polymer based fluorescence enhancement method for sensitive adenosine triphosphate detection

Adenosine triphosphate plays a crucial role in regulation of many biological pathways and has been used as an indicator for many *** this pape r,based on the fact that β-cyclodextrin polymer(polyβ-CD)could significantly enhance pyrene fluorescence through supramolecular assembly(host-gest interaction),a sensitive and facile method for adenosine triphosphate detection has been developed.A 3’-pyrene-labelled ATP-binding aptamer was employed as the fluorescence probe,which could be digested by exonuclease I to obtain mononucleotides,with pyrene attached *** pyrene attached on mononucleotides could easily enter the hydrophobic cavity of polyβ-CD,accompanied with prominent fluo rescence *** ATP was introduced,ATP and its aptamer could combine together and the obtained hairpin complex could not be cleaved by exonuclease Ⅰ,The pyrene labelled on the probe could not enter the cavity of polyβ-CD belong to the complex’steric hindrance,accompanied with the weak pyrene’*** we could quantify the concentration of adenosine triphosphate facilely by measuring the fluorescence intensity of the *** detection limit of this method for adenosine triphosphate was 11 μmol/L(S/N=3),The developed method showed sufficient selectivity and could successfully assay adenosine triphosphate in biological *** developed method provides a potential platform for biological micromoles assay.

The present work couples isogeometric analysis(IGA)and boundary element methods(BEM)for three dimensional steady heat conduction problems with variable *** Computer-Aided Design(CAD)geometries are built by subdivision surfaces,and meantime the basis functions of subdivision surfaces are employed to discretize the boundary integral equations for heat conduction ***,the radial integration method is adopted to transform the additional domain integrals caused by variable coefficients to the boundary *** numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the correctness and advantages of the proposed algorithm in the integration of CAD and numerical analysis.
