Objective Tactile allodynia is one of the common features of peripheral neuropathy in which myelinated Aβfibers were proven to have contributed to the behavior in animal models and patients in previous *** firing patterns have been observed in Aβfibers,though the specific firing pattern which might mediate tactile allodynia remains poorly understood.A kind of evoked-bursting(EB) was identified on Aβneurons on a neuropathic pain model, the present study is to explore the characteristics of EB,whether there are causal link between EB and allodynia,and also the ion mechanism underlying the *** Chronic compression of dorsal root ganglion(DRG) models (CCD model) were prepared for tactile allodynia *** vivo intracellular recording,extracellular recording and in vitro patch-clamp recording were used for the observation of activity of DRG neurons and wide dynamic range (WDR) *** In CCD models,dominant tactile allodynia could be *** DRG soma became hyperexcitable with various firing patterns,in which,EB(a periphery input spike followed by the somatic burst firing) was identified on Aβneurons with a significantly increased percentage of 43.3%compared to normal neurons (1..3%).Similar with spontaneous-bursting,a frequently observed firing pattern,the duration of EB increased with the membrane potential depolarization,and the existence of EB relied on the membrane potential oscillation.A distinct feature of EB is its dependence on periphery input especially from Aβafferent,which should be a prerequisite for the production of tactile ***-discharge of spinal cord WDR neurons in response to peripheral Aβstrength stimulation was a distinguishing feature of spinal neural correlate of tactile *** response was suppressed after abolishing EB at DRG level,thus,we propose that EB from injured DRG neurons might act as a tactile allodynia pain *** further investigated the ion current mechanism underlying *** c

In this review article,we first briefty introduce the transport theory and quantum molecular dynamics model applied in the study of the heavy ion collisions from low to intermediate *** developments of improved quantum molecular dynamics model(ImQMD)and ultra-relativistic quantum molecular dynamics model(UrQMD),are *** reaction mechanism and phenomena related to the fusion,multinucleon transrer,fragmentation,collective flow and particle production are reviewed and discussed within the framework of the two *** constraints on the isospin asymmetric muclear equation of state and in-medium nucleon nucleon cross sections by comparing the heavy ion collision data with transport models calculations in last decades are also discussed,and the uncertainties of these constraints are analyzed as ***,we discuss the future direction of the development of the transport models for improving the understanding of the reaction mechanism,the descriptions of various observables,the constraint on the nuclear equation of state,as well as for the constraint on in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross sections.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by{1.,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1.GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 1.0 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 1.0 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×1.^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1.per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 1. ab^(-1.for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,201.)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,201.),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

无金属卤化物钙钛矿(MFHaP)因其出色的光电性质、化学兼容性、轻量级特征和环保性能,受到了广泛关注.传统的MFHaPs材料主要是在A位采用DABCO^(2)+(1.4-二氮杂二环[2.2.2]辛烷)及其衍生物和B位采用铵根离子组成的,这种结构一般都有较低的硬度和高的离子迁移.为了克服这些难题,我们通过在A位引入了笼状有机阳离子六亚甲基四胺(hmta^(2+)),成功合成了具有较高机械硬度(1.5 GPa)的hmtaNH_(4)Br_(3)单晶.这主要得益于hmta-NH_(4)Br_(3)单晶中较短的氢键和更接近1.容忍因子.此外,hmta-NH_(4)Br_(3)单晶还表现出优异的结构稳定性和环境稳定性.采用低缺陷hmta-NH_(4)Br_(3)单晶构建的X射线探测器不仅大幅减少了离子迁移,还实现了1.0μC Gyair^(-1.cm^(-2)的高灵敏度,展现了其在高能辐射检测领域的巨大潜力.

Fertilization increases paddy soil organic carbon density

Field experiments provide an opportunity to study the effects of fertilization on soil organic carbon(SOC) *** sampled soils from a long-term(25 years) paddy experiment in subtropical *** experiment included eight treatments:(1. check,(2) PK,(3) NP,(4) NK,(5) NPK,(6) 7F:3M(N,P,K inorganic fertilizers+30% organic N),(7) 5F:5M(N,P,K inorganic fertilizers+50% organic N),(8) 3F:7M(N,P,K inorganic fertilizers+70% or-ganic N).Fertilization increased SOC content in the plow layers compared to the non-fertilized check *** SOC density in the top 1.0 cm of soil ranged from 73.1. to 91.36 Mg/*** SOC densities of all fertilizer treatments were greater than that of the *** treatments that combined inorganic fertilizers and organic amendments had greater SOC densities than those receiving only inorganic *** SOC density was closely correlated to the sum of the soil carbon converted from organic amendments and rice *** sequestration in paddy soils could be achieved by balanced and combined *** combining both inorganic fertilizers and organic amendments is an effective sustainable practice to sequestrate SOC.

Hydraulic pressure inducing renal tubular epithelial-myofibroblast transdifferentiation in vitro

Objective： The effects of hydraulic pressure on renal tubular epithelial-myofibroblast transdifferentiation （TEMT） were investigated. Methods： We applied hydraulic pressure （50 cmH2O） to normal rat kidney tubular epithelial cells （NRK52E） for different durations. Furthermore, different pressure magnitudes were applied to cells. The morphology, cytoskeleton, and expression ofmyofibroblastic marker protein and transforming growth factor-β1.（TGF-β1. of NRK52E cells were examined. Results Disorganized actin filaments and formation of curling clusters in actin were seen in the cytoplasm of pressurized cells. We verified that de novo expression α-smooth muscle actin induced by pressure, which indicated TEMT, was dependent on both the magnitude and duration of pressure. TGF-β1.expression was significantly upregulated under certain conditions, which implies that the induction of TEMT by hydraulic pressure is related with TGF-β1. Conclusion： We illustrate for the first time that hydraulic pressure can induce TEMT in a pressure magnitude- and duration-dependent manner, and that this TEMT is accompanied by TGF-β1.secretion.

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common cardiac disease with high prevalence in the general *** a mild manifestation at the onset stage,it causes serious consequences,including sudden death,when the disease progresses to the late *** available treatments of AF focus on symptom management or alleviation,due to a lack of fundamental knowledge and the fact that considerable variations of AF *** the popularisation of the next-generation sequencing technology,several causal genetic factors,including MYL4,have been discovered to contribute to AF,giving hope to developing its gene *** this study,we attempted to treat a previously established rat AF model,which carried Myl4E1.K/E1.K loss of function mutation,via overexpression of exogenous wild-type Myl4 by AAV9 *** results showed that delivery of Myl4 expressing AAV9 to postnatal rat models rescued the symptoms of AF,indicating the therapeutic potential that early gene therapy intervention can achieve long-term effects in treating cardiac arrhythmias caused by gene mutations.
