Using self-researched gas drainage borehole stability dynamic monitoring device, three-dimensional deformation characteristics of borehole under steady vertical load were researched experimentally and systematically. This research indicated that under the action of steady loading, the mechanical deformation path of the simulated gas drainage borehole is gradually complicated, and the decay of the borehole circumferential strain is an important characterization of the prediction and early warning of borehole instability and collapse. The horizontal position of borehole occurs compressive strain, and the vertical of which occurs tensile strain under the action of vertical stress. At the initial stage of loading, the vertical strain is more sensitive than that in the horizontal direction. After a certain period of time, the horizontal strain is gradually higher than the vertical one, and the intersection of the borehole horizontal diameter and the hole wall is the stress concentration point. With the increase of the depth of hole, the strain shows a gradual decay trend as a whole, and the vertical strain decays more observably, but there is no absolute position correlation between the amount of strain decay and the increase in borehole depth,and the area within 1.5 times the orifice size is the borehole stress concentration zone.

Current gold standard for the replacement of small-diameter blood vessel(IDlize the autologous vessels of patients due to the limitations of small-diameter vascular grafts(SDVG)on weak endothelialization,intimal hyperplasia and low ***,we create the SDVG with the tailored endothelialization by applying the engineered endothelial cell vesicles to camouflaging vascular grafts for the enhancement of vascular *** engineered endothelial cell vesicles were modified with azide groups(ECVs-N3)through metabolic glycoengineering to precisely link the vascular graft made of PCL-DBCO via click chemistry,and thus fabricating ECVG(ECVs-N3 modified SDVG),which assists inhibition of platelet adhesion and activation,promotion of ECs adhesion and enhancement of ***,In vivo single-cell transcriptome analysis revealed that the proportion of ECs in the cell composition of ECVG surpassed that of PCL,and the tailored endothelialization enabled to convert endothelial cells(ECs)into some specific ECs *** of the specific cluster,Endo_C5 cluster,was only detected in ***,our study integrates the engineered membrane vesicles of ECVs-N3 from native ECs for tailored endothelialization on SDVG by circumventing the limitations of living cells,and paves a new way to construct the alternative endothelialization in vessel remodeling following injury.

Current electro spun membranes used for pulp capping still lack the sustained-release capability and long-term anti-inflammatory effects that are favorable for dental pulp *** this work,a single-layered poly(lac tic acid)(PLA)electro spun membrane loaded with amorphous calcium phosphate(ACP)and aspirin(PLA/ACP/Aspirin membrane,i.e.,PA A membrane)is sandwiched between two poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)electro spun membranes as a novel sandwich-structured PLGA and PA A composite electro spun membrane(PLGA-PAA membrane)to resolve the need for sustained-release design and anti-inflammatory *** angle measurements indicate that the PLGA-PAA membrane is more hydrophilic than the PAA *** in vitro release study reveals that PLGA membranes coated on PAA membrane could slightly slow down ion release,while signiificantly prolonging aspirin *** also co-cultured membranes with dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)and human monocytic THP-1 cells to evaluate their osteogenic ability and anti-inflammatory effects,*** with the PAA membrane,the PLGA-PAA membrane promotes cell adhesion,proliferation,and osteogenic differentiation.A prolonged anti-inflammatory effect of up to 18 days is also observed in the PLGA-PAA *** results suggest a promising strategy for fabricating an electro spun membrane system with controlled release capabilities and long-term anti-inflammatory effects for use as pulp-capping material for regeneration of the dentin-pulp complex.

Photocatalytic non-oxidative coupling of methane(PNOCM)is a mild and cost-effective method for the production of multicarbon ***,the separation of photogenerated charges and activation of methane(CH4)are the main challenges for this ***,single crystal-like TiO_(2) nanotubes(VO-p-TNTs)with oxygen vacancies(VO)and preferential orientation were prepared and applied to *** results demonstrate that the significantly enhanced photocatalytic performance is mainly related to the strong synergistic effect between preferential orientation and *** preferential orientation of VO-p-TNT along the[001]direction reduces the formation of complex centers at grain boundaries as the form of interfacial states and potential barriers,which improves the separation and transport of photogenerated ***,VO provides abundant coordination unsaturated sites for CH4 chemisorption and also acts as electron traps to hinder the recombination of electrons and holes,establishing an effective electron transfer channel between the adsorbed CH4 molecule and photocatalyst,thus weakening the C–H *** addition,the introduction of VO broadens the light absorption *** a result,VO-p-TNT exhibits excellent PNOCM performance and provides new insights into catalyst design for CH4 conversion.

In this paper,we propose a novel approach to visualizing global geographical information:a panoramic sphere in an immersive *** whole geographical surface can be observed through the rotating of heads as the viewpoint of the panoramic sphere is inside the *** compared three approaches to visualizing the earth for rendering the geographical information in a virtual reality *** the tasks of terrestrial and marine geographical information,we compare the visualization effects on a)a globe,b)a flat map and c)a panoramic *** geographical information tasks include the area comparison and direction *** geographical information tasks contain the visualization of sea surface temperature and sea surface *** terrestrial geographical information tasks,the experimental results show that the panoramic sphere outperforms the globe and the flat map,with a higher average accuracy and a shorter *** marine geographical information task,the panoramic sphere visualization is also superior to the flat map and the globe in an immersive environment for the sea surface temperature data and the sea surface current *** all three visualization experiments,the panoramic sphere is most preferred by the participants,particularly for global,transcontinental and transoceanic needs.

＂Smart＂ targeted photosensitizer conjugated with small molecule target-based anticancer drug which has a sim- ple chemical structure and high stability, is a new promising targeted therapeutic strategy. We herein extended this strategy and reported a novel series of zinc（II） phthalocyanine-erlotinib analogue conjugates with different periph- eral substituted positions and lengths of the linker. Having erlotinib analogue as the targeting moiety, all conjugates exhibited high specificity and potent affinity to HepG2 cancer cells and kept high photodynamic activity （ICs0 = 3.7 -- 16.7 nmol/L）. Structure-activity relationships of these conjugates were assessed by investigating their photophys- ical/photochemical properties, targeting intracellular uptake and in vitro phototoxicity. The results suggested that a-substituted conjugates showed slightly higher photodynamic activity than ,8-substituted ones. In conclusion, we have developed a series of promising anticancer agents with high tumor selectivity and anticancer activity for targeted photodynamic therapy.

Device drivers are used to provide a layer of abstraction to hardware input/output（I/O） devices,so that upper software can access devices in a uniform,hardware-independent *** present study puts forward a component based dynamic device driver method,in which the operating system manages all the device and driver component object via device manager,the client program creates driver component object through device manager,the device manager communicates with driver component object,and the driver component object supplies application interface to client *** driver program is realized in component-wise way and only when driver is needed by application program,the driver program is loaded and driver component object is created;once driver component object application ended,the driver program will be deleted and unloaded from internal storage,so the CPU and internal storage resource are utilized reasonably and effectively.

Although VSLAM/VISLAM has achieved great success,it is still difficult to quantitatively evaluate the localization results of different kinds of SLAM systems from the aspect of augmented reality due to the lack of an appropriate *** AR applications in practice,a variety of challenging situations(e.g.,fast motion,strong rotation,serious motion blur,dynamic interference)may be easily encountered since a home user may not carefully move the AR device,and the real environment may be quite *** addition,the frequency of camera lost should be minimized and the recovery from the failure status should be fast and accurate for good AR *** SLAM datasets/benchmarks generally only provide the evaluation of pose accuracy and their camera motions are somehow simple and do not fit well the common cases in the mobile AR *** the above motivation,we build a new visual-inertial dataset as well as a series of evaluation criteria for *** also review the existing monocular VSLAM/VISLAM approaches with detailed analyses and ***,we select 8 representative monocular VSLAM/VISLAM approaches/systems and quantitatively evaluate them on our *** dataset,sample code and corresponding evaluation tools are available at the benchmark website http://***/eval-vislam/.
