Genetic mutations in TP53 contribute to human malignancies through various means.To date,there have been a variety of therapeutic strategies targeting p53,including gene therapy to restore normal p53 function,mutant p53 rescue,inhibiting the MDM2-p53 interaction,p53-based vaccines,and a number of other approaches.This review focuses on the functions of TP53 and discusses the aberrant roles of mutant p53 in various types of cancer.Recombinant human p53 adenovirus,trademarked as Gendicine,which is the first anti-tumor gene therapy drug,has made tremendous progress in cancer gene therapy.We herein discuss the biological mechanisms by which Gendicine exerts its effects and describe the clinical re-sponses reported in clinical trials.Notably,the clinical studies suggest that the combination of Gendicine with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy may produce more pronounced efficacy in slowing tumor growth and progression than gene therapy/chemotherapy alone.Finally,we summarize the methods of administration of recombinant human p53 adenovirus for different cancer types to provide a reference for future clinical trials.

In this paper,we mainly investigate entire solutions of the following two non-linear differential-difference equations f^(n)(z)+ωf^(n-1)(z)f′(z)+f^((k))(z+c)=p_(1)e^(α1 z)+p_(2)e^(α2 z),n≥5 and f^(n)(z)+ωf^(n-1)(z)f′(z)+q(z)f^((k))(z+c)e^(Q(z))=p_(1)e^(α1 z)+p_(2)e^(α2 z),n≥4,where k≥0 is an integer,c,ω,p_(1),p_(2),α_(1),α_(2)are non-zero constants,q(z)is a non-vanishing polynomial and Q(z)is a non-constant polynomial.Under some additional hypotheses,we analyze the existence and expressions of transcendental entire solutions of the above equations.

Multi-Traffic Targets Tracking Based on an Improved Structural Sparse Representation with Spatial-Temporal Constraint

Vehicles or pedestrians tracking is an important task in intelligent transportation system. In this paper, we propose an online multi-object tracking for intelligent traffic platform that employs improved sparse representation and structural constraint. We first build the spatial-temporal constraint via the geometric relations and appearance of tracked objects, then we construct a robust appearance model by incorporating the discriminative sparse representation with weight constraint and local sparse appearance with occlusion analysis. Finally, we complete data association by using maximum a posteriori in a Bayesian framework in the pursuit for the optimal detection estimation. Experimental results in two challenging vehicle tracking benchmark datasets show that the proposed method has a good tracking performance.

团队逐渐成为组织中的基本工作单元,团队创造力的提升成为企业建立竞争优势、实现可持续发展的关键。但已有团队创造力的影响因素研究对团队心理因素的关注不足,缺乏从团队到个体再到团队的跨层次影响路径的考察,实证研究方法难以揭示团队创造力形成的因果环机制。为解决上述问题,本文以团队工作激情为切入点,作为团队心理因素的代表性构念,首先,探索中国组织情境下团队工作激情的成分结构,编制测量量表。其次,从团队和个体两个层面明确团队工作激情对团队创造力的影响路径。最后,以IMOI模型为理论框架,构建团队工作激情影响团队创造力的多层次因果环模型,并借助动态计算模型进行模拟仿真。本文从研究思路和方法上突破了单向因果关系的假设逻辑,更加生态地反映团队工作激情与团队创造力在团队和个体层面上转化的机制和条件,完善了团队创造力形成机制的研究框架,为培养激情团队、提升团队创造力提供理论依据与指导。

Exploring the linear and Nonlinear Causality Between Internet Big Data and Stock Markets

In the era of big data,stock markets are closely connected with Internet big data from diverse sources.This paper makes the first attempt to compare the linkage between stock markets and various Internet big data collected from search engines,public media and social media.To achieve this purpose,a big data-based causality testing framework is proposed with three steps,i.e.,data crawling,data mining and causality testing.Taking the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as targets for stock markets,web search data,news,and microblogs as samples of Internet big data,some interesting findings can be obtained.1)There is a strong bi-directional,linear and nonlinear Granger causality between stock markets and investors'web search behaviors due to some similar trends and uncertain factors.2)News sentiments from public media have Granger causality with stock markets in a bi-directional linear way,while microblog sentiments from social media have Granger causality with stock markets in a unidirectional linear way,running from stock markets to microblog sentiments.3)News sentiments can explain the changes in stock markets better than microblog sentiments due to their authority.The results of this paper might provide some valuable information for both stock market investors and modelers.

In this paper, the preparation technique of lavender essential oil microcapsules and the construction method of aromatic textiles were expounded, and the research status of bed curtains and lavender microcapsules at home and abroad was analyzed and studied from the perspective of application in textiles. The application of lavender essential oil to bed curtains through the microcapsule technique was put forward to allow lavender essential oil to play its role of helping sleep in bed curtains. This paper expounded the material selection and preparation technique of lavender microcapsule agents, and put forward the preparation method of microcapsules with mixed solutions of pure Chinese medicine extracts and natural essences as core material and high-viscosity epoxy resin as wall materials. The post-processing techniques and the spray ironing method for clothing were studied and developed, and these techniques and methods were applied to bed curtains, and good results were obtained.

A related-key impossible differential attack on 24-round LBlock is constructed by using new 16-round related-key impossible differentials and adding 4rounds at the top and 4 rounds at the bottom of these 16-round related-key impossible differential paths. The data and time complexities are about 2;chosen plaintexts and2;24-round encryptions respectively.

A novel strategy for efficient immobilization of electroactive Thionine(Th)on the gold(Au)electrode surface based on calcium carbonate-gold nanoparticles(CaCO3-AuNPs)inorganic hybrid composite was proposed and conducted by the strong electrostatic interaction between positively charged Th and negatively charged CaCO3-AuNPs composite.The hybrid composite was obtained by the adsorption of AuNPs onto the surface of CaCO3 microspheres through electrostatic interaction.Due to the microporous architecture,large surface area,and good biocompatibility of CaCO3-AuNPs composite,the amount and stability of the immobilized Th were highly strengthened.The application of the resulting Th modified electrode in the hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)sensor was also investigated.It exhibited rapid response to H2O2 within 3 s.The linear calibration ranged from 8.00×107to 1.06×10 -3mol/L with a detection limit of 2.00×10 -7mol/L.

自工业革命以来,二氧化碳(CO_(2))排放量迅速增加.将二氧化碳通过催化反应转化为高附加值产物,被认为是重要的减污降碳策略.然而,由于CO_(2)还原反应产物的多样性以及催化剂制备过程中可能残留的有机物质,导致难以准确评估催化剂的真实活性.尽管13CO_(2)同位素溯源技术已被广泛用于确定还原产物的碳源,但其严谨性不足可能导致溯源结果失真,影响了CO_(2)还原领域的发展.为了解决CO_(2)还原反应中催化剂活性评估的难题,汪圣尧等深入研究了同位素示踪原理,提出标准化同位素追溯新方法(Nat.Commun.,2023,14,2534).尽管气-质谱联用技术被视为普适方法,但现有方法难以充分分离复杂混合气体样品,因此需要谨慎对待溯源结果.13C-NMR光谱法常用于液体产物示踪,但由于自然界中存在13C同位素,这在一定程度上影响了同位素示踪技术的精确性.而1H-NMR因能识别与13C同位素相关的氢原子的特征分裂模式,而成为一种可行的替代方案.研究指出,同位素追踪在CO_(2)减排中的应用复杂,需要选择合适的气相色谱条件实现产物的有效分离,以确保溯源结果的可靠性.该研究还建立了同位素溯源检测的标准方法,并提供了同位素标记物的质谱指纹图谱.对于理解同位素溯源过程和推动CO_(2)还原研究具有重要意义.综上,对于CO_(2)还原反应潜在产物的溯源研究已成为衡量催化剂真实性能的关键指标之一.文章提出的标准化同位素溯源方法可作为该领域研究的可靠标准,并为实现真实可靠的CO_(2)还原反应提供有力保障.
