This paper summarizes the work from the INQUA 1997 project "Response of soilformation to short-warm-episodes of Asian summer monsoon" and its seeded related internationaland domestic grants. It reviews the effects of the millennial monsoonal changes on the loess-paleosols of the Chinese Loess and Tibetan Plateaus. High-resolution proxy records ofpedogenesis and monsoons demonstrate that both Asian winter and summer monsoons wereunstable and synchronously and inversely coupled during the last glaciation. During that timerapid episodic cycles of cold surges and warm enhancements spanned only ca. 1-2 ka in high-frequency domain. Sub-Milankovitch cycles (6-8 ka) of progressive cooling or weakening in low-frequency domain generally resembled the pattern of the North Atlantic climatic change. However,during the last interglacial, Asian winter and summer monsoons seemed to vary independently, theformer being stable and the later unstable. Soil formation seems to occur in surprisingly fastresponse to the summer monsoon warm enhancements, resulting in weakly or moderatelydeveloped paleosol sequences. North Atlantic and polar cold air surges though the westerlies andother paths, and the north-south swing of the westerlies beside the Tibetan Plateau, may be thealternative mechanisms for the rapid monsoonal changes during the last glacial. But in the lastinterglacial, the summer monsoons worked largely independently.

Electron transfer reaction between vitamin A (1) and tris(p-bromophenyl)aminium hexachloroautimonate (2) in dichloromethane (DCM) has been investigated by means of UV-VIS absorption and ESR spectroscopy. The title radical cation formed in the reaction was characterized by a new absorption band around 600 nm and a singlet unresolved ESR spectrum with g factor of 2.0038-2.0039 and line width of 20 G. Further studies indicated that ESR pattern and parameters of the radical cation generated by 7-irradiation of 1 in CFCl3 matrix at 77 K are consistent with that resulted in the chemical oxidation in DCM at ambient temperature.

目的探讨乳腺具有皮脂腺结构的浸润性癌的临床病理特点、免疫表型、鉴别诊断、分子特点及预后。方法收集江苏省江阴市中医院病理科2023年诊断的1例具有皮脂腺结构的乳腺癌的临床病理资料,行免疫标记、荧光原位杂交(FISH)和二代测序(NGS)检测,并复习相关文献。结果患者女性,42岁,因“右乳肿块”就诊,镜下见两型细胞,一型为巢周分布的未分化细胞,胞质少;另一型为皮脂腺样细胞,具有丰富的空泡状胞质,高级别核,核仁显著,核分裂象异常活跃,达39个/10HPF。可见原位病变及小叶癌化。免疫组化ER及pr阴性,AR及CD15阳性,HER2无过表达,p53突变型,Ki-67增殖指数70%~80%,错配修复蛋白检测(MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2)无缺失表达。BRCA1/2未见胚系突变,BRCA1体细胞突变,TP53突变。结论乳腺具有皮脂腺结构的浸润性癌罕见,属于乳腺癌非特殊类型范畴,诊断需结合组织形态学、免疫表型综合考虑,分子检测显示TP53伴随BRCA1基因突变。

BACKGROUND Pyogenic liver abscesses are insidious in the early *** cases progress rapidly,and the patient’s condition can worsen and even become life-threatening if timely treatment is not *** and prolonged antibiotic treatment are often required if the abscess is large and liquefied and becomes separated within the *** SUMMARY We report a case of bacterial liver abscess with a poor outcome following pharmacological treatment,review the literature related to the use of platelet-rich plasma(prP)in the treatment of hepatic impairment and partial hepatectomy in animals,and discuss the prognostic features of surgical incision and drainage combined with prP in the treatment of bacterial liver *** is the first case describing the use of prP in the treatment of a bacterial liver abscess in humans,providing new ideas for the treatment of this *** This case highlights the importance of surgical treatment for bacterial liver abscesses that are well liquefied and poorly managed *** may produce antimicrobial effects and promote the regeneration and repair of liver tissue.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super proton proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the preliminary Conceptual Design Report(pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

目的了解武威地区蜱类分布状况,丰富蜱种数据,为蜱媒疾病的预防提供依据。方法于2021年、2022年的4-9月蜱活跃期在武威市山区采用布旗法和捡蜱法采集蜱;首先依据形态学特征进行鉴定和分类统计,其次根据线粒体16S rDNA和细胞色素C氧化酶亚基COX I基因进行PCR扩增和一代测序,获得序列在GenBank中比对,比对结果作为分子鉴定的依据。应用MEGA11.0软件采用邻近法构建系统进化树。结果共采集蜱7342只,隶属4属5种,分别为革蜱属的草原革蜱、璃眼蜱属的亚洲璃眼蜱、硬蜱属的犬硬蜱、血蜱属的长角血蜱和丹氏血蜱。系统进化树显示,采获的同一蜱种均位于同一进化分支上。结论武威地区不同生境中共鉴定出5种蜱,不同生境中蜱的种类和数量不同,草原革蜱为该地区的优势蜱种。

Background:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have played important roles in the regulation of gene expression in many cancers,but their roles in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) are still *** aim of this study was to determine the potential ESCC-specific key miRNAs from a large sample dataset in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).Methods:Integrative bioinformatics analysis was used to identify key ESCC-specific miRNAs related to the ESCC patients' tumor histological grade and lymphatic metastasis from ***,these key miRNA potential gene regulatory functions and relationships with ESCC patients' clinical characteristics and overall survival were ***,three key miRNAs were selected randomly and quantificational real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to validate in 51 newly diagnosed ESCC patients' tissues samples (collected from Nov.2017 to Feb.2019,in Wuwei,china) whether the bioinformatics analyses results were reliable and ***-tailed Student's t test,Pearson Chi-squared test and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were used in this ***:Thirty-five ESCC-specific miRNAs from TCGA database were investigated (fold-change > 2.0,P pression network construction,while 17 were related with ESCC patients' tumor histological grade,TNM stage,and lymphatic metastasis (P pression levels in 51 ESCC patients' tissue samples by using *** found that the fold-changes between qRT-PCR and TCGA were completely *** results also suggested that miR-135b-5p,miR-15b-5p,and miR-195-5p were significantly correlated with tumor differentiation degrees (P < 0.05),miR-195-5p was significantly correlated with tumor TNM stage (P
