Rational design of highly active catalysts for breaking hydrogen-oxygen bonds is of great significance in energy chemical reactions involving ***,an efficient strategy for the artificial atom(RuPd)established by d-orbital coupling and adjusted by oxygen vacancy(VO)is verified for water *** an experimental verification,the turnover frequency of RuPd-TiO_(2)-VO(RuPdTVO)catalyst in ammonia borane hydrolysis reaches up to 2750 min^(−1)(26,190 min−1 based on metal dispersion)in the absence of alkali,exceeding the highest active catalysts(Rh-based catalysts).The d-orbital coupling effect between Ru and Pd simulates the outer electronic structure of *** transfer from VO to(RuPd)constructs an electron-rich state of active sites that further enhances the ability of the artificial atom to dissociate *** work provides an effective electronic regulation strategy from VO and artificial atom constructed by d-orbital coupling effect for efficient water dissociation.

This article introduces the concept of load aggregation,which involves a comprehensive analysis of loads to acquire their external characteristics for the purpose of modeling and analyzing power *** online identification method is a computer-involved approach for data collection,processing,and system identification,commonly used for adaptive control and *** paper proposes a method for dynamically aggregating large-scale adjustable loads to support high proportions of new energy integration,aiming to study the aggregation characteristics of regional large-scale adjustable loads using online identification techniques and feature extraction *** experiment selected 300 central air conditioners as the research subject and analyzed their regulation characteristics,economic efficiency,and *** experimental results show that as the adjustment time of the air conditioner increases from 5 minutes to 35 minutes,the stable adjustment quantity during the adjustment period decreases from 28.46 to 3.57,indicating that air conditioning loads can be controlled over a long period and have better adjustment effects in the short ***,the experimental results of this paper demonstrate that analyzing the aggregation characteristics of regional large-scale adjustable loads using online identification techniques and feature extraction algorithms is effective.

In this paper, the authors consider an approximation to the isentropic planar Magneto-hydrodynamics(MHD for short) equations by a kind of relaxed Euler-type system. The approximation is based on the generalization of the Maxwell law for nonNewtonian fluids together with the Maxwell correction for the Ampe`re law, hence the approximate system becomes a first-order quasilinear symmetrizable hyperbolic systems with partial dissipation. They establish the global-in-time smooth solutions to the approximate Euler-type equations in a small neighbourhood of constant equilibrium states and obtain the global-in-time convergence towards the isentropic planar MHD equations. In addition, they also establish the global-in-time error estimates of the limit based on stream function techniques and energy estimates for error variables.

This paper investigates the impact of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)gypsum's crystal modifier on the characteristics and microcosmic mechanism ofα-high strength *** results demonstrate that all three crystal modifiers can convert FGD gypsum toα-high-strength *** acid(CA)has the most significant influence onα-high-strength gypsum,and the preparedα-high-strength gypsum is short columnar,with an aspect ratio in the range of 1-3,and has a faster setting time,a larger specific surface area,and a smaller standard consistency,higher compressive strength,greater surface hardness,and smaller crystal particle *** initial setting time of theα-high-strength gypsum manufactured with CA crystal modifier was decreased by 36%compared to the blank sample,the final setting time was lowered by 37.5%,and the water consumption of the standard consistency was reduced by 8%.The maximum strength is 32 MPa after 2 h,the absolute dry compressive strength is up to 38 MPa,and the surface hardness is improved by 24.43%.

Energy status is linked to the production of reactive oxygen species（ROS） in macrophages, which is elevated in obesity. However, it is unclear how ROS production is upregulated in macrophages in response to energy overload for mediating the development of obesity. Here,we show that the Rab-GTPase activating protein（Rab GAP） TBC1D1, a substrate of the energy sensor AMP-activated protein kinase（AMPK）,is a critical regulator of macrophage ROS production and consequent adipose inflammation for obesity development. TBC1D1 deletion decreases, whereas an energy overload-mimetic non-phosphorylatable TBC1D1S231AAmutation increases, ROS production and M1-like polarization in macrophages. Mechanistically, TBC1D1 and its downstream target Rab8a form an energy-responsive complex with NOX2 for ROS generation. Transplantation of TBC1D1S231Abone marrow aggravates diet-induced obesity whereas treatment with an ultra-stable Tt SOD for removal of ROS selectively in macrophages alleviates both TBC1D1S231Amutation-and diet-induced obesity. Our findings therefore have implications for drug discovery to combat obesity.

A growing number of studies have demonstrated that repeated exposure to sevoflurane during development results in persistent social abnormalities and cognitive ***,an active fragment of the activity-dependent neuroprotective protein(ADNP),has been implicated in social and cognitive ***,the potential of davunetide to attenuate social deficits following sevoflurane exposure and the underlying developmental mechanisms remain poorly *** this study,ribosome and proteome profiles were analyzed to investigate the molecular basis of sevoflurane-induced social deficits in neonatal *** neuropathological basis was also explored using Golgi staining,morphological analysis,western blotting,electrophysiological analysis,and behavioral *** indicated that ADNP was significantly down-regulated following developmental exposure to *** adulthood,anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)neurons exposed to sevoflurane exhibited a decrease in dendrite number,total dendrite length,and spine ***,the expression levels of Homer,PSD95,synaptophysin,and vglut2 were significantly reduced in the sevoflurane ***-clamp recordings indicated reductions in both the frequency and amplitude of miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents(mEPSCs).Notably,davunetide significantly ameliorated the synaptic defects,social behavior deficits,and cognitive impairments induced by *** analysis revealed that loss of ADNP led to dysregulation of Ca^(2+)activity via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling,resulting in decreased expression of synaptic *** of Wnt signaling was restored in the davunetide-treated ***,ADNP was identified as a promising therapeutic target for the prevention and treatment of neurodevelopmental toxicity caused by general *** study provides important insights into the mechanisms underlying social and cognitive disturbances caused by sevoflurane exposure in neonatal
