The catalytic cracking of 1-hexene,1-heptene,1-octene,1-nonene,1-decene,and five olefins mixed with benzene,over USY catalysts was conducted in a small fixed fluidized bed reactor to study the conversion of benzene under catalytic cracking *** mainly alkylated with C_(2)-C_(5)light olefins,generating monosubstituted alkylbenzenes,and the concentration of light olefins dramatically affected the alkylbenzene *** to the limitation of thermodynamic equilibrium,the yield of benzene alkylation to alkylbenzene in catalytic cracking was in a relative low *** equilibrium constant of benzene alkylation decreases with the increasing reaction temperature which resulted in reduction of alkyl benzene yield.

Three A10 absolute gravimeters(AGs) were first acquired in China by the Hubei Earthquake Agency under the Belt and Road Seismic Monitoring Network Project. Although AG measuring and testing technique is not new, the purchase and simultaneous testing of 3 A10 absolute gravimeters is unprecedented in China. This study conducted the first acceptance testing of the AGs at 3 locations(the Jiufengshan Gravity Observation Station, the Global Navigation Satellite System Observation Station in Wuhan, and the Jiugongshan Observation Station in Xianning). The results were compared using a method based on expert validation, and the acceptance testing scheme was formulated by referring to the Technical Regulations for Tectonic Environment Monitoring Networks in China and Specifications for Gravimetry Control. Based on the repeatability, precision, and consistency of the measured g values, the results from each instrument were evaluated using the air pressure precision test. Comparing the instrument reference values, the final test results can identify the indicator parameters for 3 A10 AGs, the effects of the surrounding environment, and the related parameters on measurement precision. The precision of A10-059, A10-058, and A10-057 exceeded 0.78 μGal, 0.79 μGal, and 0.42 μGal, *** testing scheme can be used as a reference for conducting acceptance testing of AGs in the future and obtaining absolute gravimetric measurements.

The detection of clumps(cores)in molecular clouds is an important issue in sub-millimetre ***,the completeness of the identification and the accuracy of the returned parameters of the automated clump identification algorithms are still not *** this work,we test the performance and bias of the GaussClumps,ClumpFind,FellWalker,Reinhold,and Dendrograms algorithms in identifying simulated *** designing the simulated clumps with various sizes,peak brightness,and crowdedness,we investigate the characteristics of the algorithms and their *** the aspect of detection completeness,FellWalker,Dendrograms,and GaussClumps are the first,second,and third best algorithms,*** numbers of correct identifications of the six algorithms gradually increase as the size and signal-to-noise ratio(SNRs)of the simulated clumps increase and they decrease as the crowdedness *** the aspect of the accuracy of retrieved parameters,FellWalker and Dendrograms exhibit better performance than the other *** average deviations in clump parameters for all algorithms gradually increase as the size and SNR of clumps *** of the algorithms except FellWalker exhibit significant deviation in extracting the total flux of *** together,FellWalker,GaussClumps,and Dendrograms exhibit the best performance in detection completeness and extracting *** deviation in virial parameter for the six algorithms is relatively *** applying the six algorithms to the clump identification for the Rosette molecular cloud,ClumpFind1994,ClumpFind2006,GaussClumps,FellWalker,and Reinhold exhibit performance that is consistent with the results from the simulated test.

For revealing the effects of increasing of zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnO NPs)on denitrification and denitrifying bacteria communities in estuarine sediments,the surface sediments of two typical estuaries(the Yangtze River Estuary and the Yellow River Estuary)were added with medium concentration(170mgL−1)and high concentration(1700mgL−1)of ZnO NPs for anaerobic cul-ture in *** concentration of NO_(3)^(−)and NO_(2)^(−),the reductase activity and denitrification rate were measured by physico-chemical analysis,nirS gene abundance and denitrifying bacteria communities by molecular biological *** results showed that ZnO NPs inhibited NO_(3)^(−), NO_(2)^(−)reduction process and NO_(3)^(−), NO_(2)^(−)reductase activity,and a stronger inhibition effect resulting from the higher ZnO NPs *** NPs decreased nirS gene abundance and community diversity of denitrifying *** addition,the inhibition degree of ZnO NPs on the denitrification process of sediments in different estuaries was *** results were of great significance for evaluating the potential ecological toxicity and risks of nanomaterials in estuaries.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule active pharmaceutical ingredient(API)and its fractions on human breast cancer cells proliferation by high-throughput screening *** The crude fractions were obtained from the extraction and elution of the API of Guizhi Fuling Capsule,and 929 standard fractions were obtained by the optimal separation *** B(SRB)method was used to evaluate the effects of the Guizhi Fuling capsule API and929 kinds of fractions on the proliferation of human breast cancer cells MCF-7 and *** The Guizhi Fuling capsule API had a strong ability to inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells at high concentration and the ability to inhibit MDA-MB-231 cells' proliferate at low concentration following 72 h treatment;some samples of 929 fractions(5μg·mL^(-1))was found to have a breast cancer cell growth inhibition rate above 50%,without toxicity on HUVECs *** The API of Guizhi Fuling capsule had significant cytotoxicity effects on these two human breast cancer cells,with significant concentration-and time-dependent manner.

The recent discovery of superconductivity in infinite-layer nickelates generates tremendous research endeavors, but the ground state of their parent compounds is still under debate. Here, we report experimental evidence for the dominant role of Kondo scattering in the underdoped Nd1-xSrxNiO2thin films. A resistivity minimum associated with logarithmic temperature dependence in both longitudinal and Hall resistivities are observed in the underdoped Nd1-xSrxNiO2samples before the superconducting transition. At lower temperatures down to 0.04 K, the resistivities become saturated, following the prediction of the Kondo model. A linear scaling behavior σx yAHE～ σx xbetween anomalous Hall conductivity σx yAHEand conductivity σx x is revealed, verifying the dominant Kondo scattering at low temperature. The effect of weak(anti-)localization is found to be secondary. Our experiments can help in clarifying the basic physics in the underdoped Nd1-xSrxNiO2infinite-layer thin films.

The original fault data of oil immersed transformer often contains a large number of unnecessary attributes,which greatly increases the elapsed time of the algorithm and reduces the classification accuracy,leading to the rise of the diagnosis error ***,in order to obtain high quality oil immersed transformer fault attribute data sets,an improved imperialist competitive algorithm was proposed to optimize the rough set to discretize the original fault data set and the attribute *** feasibility of the proposed algorithm was verified by experiments and compared with other intelligent *** show that the algorithm was stable at the 27th iteration with a reduction rate of 56.25%and a reduction accuracy of 98%.By using BP neural network to classify the reduction results,the accuracy was 86.25%,and the overall effect was better than those of the original data and other ***,the proposed method is effective for fault attribute reduction of oil immersed transformer.
