High Nitrogen Austenitic Stainless Steels Manufactured by Nitrogen Gas Alloying and Adding Nitrided Ferroalloys

A simple and feasible method for the production of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steels involves nitrogen gas alloying and adding nitrided ferroalloys under normal atmospheric conditions. Alloying by nitrogen gas bubbling in Fe-Cr-Mn-Mo series alloys was carried out in MoSi2 resistance furnace and air induction furnace under normal atmospheric conditions. The results showed that nitrogen alloying could be accelerated by increasing nitrogen gas flow rate, prolonging residence time of bubbles, increasing gas/molten steel interfaces, and decreasing the sulphur and oxygen contents in molten steel. Nitrogen content of 0.69% in 18Crl8Mn was obtained using air induction furnace by bubbling of nitrogen gas from porous plug. In addition, the nickel-free, high nitrogen austenitic stainless steels with sound and compact macrostructure had been produced in the laboratory using vacuum induction furnace and electroslag remelting furnace under nitrogen atmosphere by the addition of nitrided alloy with the maximum nitrogen content of 0.81%. Pores were observed in the ingots obtained by melting and casting in vacuum induction furnace with the addition of nitrided ferroalloys and under nitrogen atmosphere. After electroslag remelting of the cast ingots, they were all sound and were free of pores. The yield of nitrogen increased with the decrease of melting rate in the ESR process. Due to electroslag remelting under nitrogen atmosphere and the consequential addition of aluminum as deoxidizer to the slag, the loss of manganese decreased obviously. There existed mainly irregular Al2O3 inclusions and MnS inclusions in ESR ingots, and the size of most of the inclusions was less than 5 um. After homogenization of the hot rolled plate at 1 150℃ × 1 h followed by water quenching, the microstructure consisted of homogeneous austenite.

Engineering surface framework TiO6 single sites for unprecedented deep oxidative desulfurization

Catalytic oxidative desulfurization（ODS） using titanium silicate catalysts has emerged as an efficient technique for the complete removal of organosulfur compounds from automotive fuels. However, the precise control of highly accessible and stable-framework Ti active sites remains highly challenging. Here we reveal for the first time by using density functional theory calculations that framework hexa-coordinated Ti（TiO6） species of mesoporous titanium silicates are the most active sites for ODS and lead to a lower-energy pathway of ODS. A novel method to achieve highly accessible and homogeneously distributed framework TiO6active single sites at the mesoporous surface has been developed. Such surface framework TiO6species exhibit an exceptional ODS performance. A removal of 920 ppm of benzothiophene is achieved at60°C in 60 min, which is 1.67 times that of the best catalyst reported so far. For bulky molecules such as4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene（DMDBT）, it takes only 3 min to remove 500 ppm of DMDBT at 60°C with our catalyst, which is five times faster than that with the current best catalyst. Such a catalyst can be easily upscaled and could be used for concrete industrial application in the ODS of bulky organosulfur compounds with minimized energy consumption and high reaction efficiency.

Yixin Ningshen Tablet Alleviates Comorbidity of Myocardial Infarction and Depression by Enhancing Myocardial Energy Metabolism and Increasing Availability of Monoamine Neurotransmitter

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yixin Ningshen Tablet(YXNS) on comorbidity of myocardial infarction(mi) and depression in rats and explore the underlying mechanism. Methods: The Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 7 rats in each group according to their weights,including control, model, fluoxetine(FLXT, 10 mg/kg), low-dose YXNS(LYXNS, 100 mg/kg), and high-dose YXNS(HYXNS, 300 mg/kg) groups. All rats were pretreated with corresponding drugs for 12 weeks. The rat model of mi and depression was constructed by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery and chronic mild stress stimulation. The echocardiography, sucrose preference test, open field test, and forced swim test were performed. Myocardial infarction(mi) area and myocardial apoptosis was also detected. Serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6, IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH), corticosterone(CORT), and norepinephrine(NE) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The proteins of adenosine 5’-monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK), p-AMPK,peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1α(PGC-1α), and nuclear respiratory factor 1(NRF1) in heart were detected by Western blot analysis. The expression levels of TNF-α, IL-6, indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO1), kynurenine 3-monooxygenase(KMO), and kynureninase(KYNU) in hippocampus were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results: Compared with the model group,the cardiac function of rats treated with YXNS significantly improved(Pmi size and cardiomyocytes apoptosis of rats(P<0.01 or P<0.05), promoted AMPK phosphorylation,and increased PGC-1α protein expression(P<0.01 or P<0.05). HYXNS significantly increased locomotor activity of rats, decreased the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β, and increased the serum levels of 5-HT, NE, ACTH,and CORT(all P<0.05). More

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

HIV-specific T cell immunity across the entire HIV genome in Chinese men who have sex with men

Background Man who has sex with man （MSM） is one of the high risk groups for spreading HIV/AIDS. It was reported that the most prevalent human irnmunodeficiency virus type 1 （HIV-1） strain among MSM is subtype B; however, T cell immunity remains unknown across the HIV-1 B genome in this population. Methods Using Elispot assay with synthetic peptides spanning the sequence of HIV-1 consensus B, HIV-l-specific cytotoxic T-cell lymphocyte responses were quantified among 3 treated and 19 untreated HIV-1 infected MSM from Beijing, China. Cross-sectional association between viral loads and cellular immune responses were analyzed. Results Peptide pools corresponding to each HIV-1 protein were used for Env, Gag, Pol, Nef, Tat/Rev, Vpr/Vpu and Vif. The results showed that the magnitude of T cell responses in the 3 treated HIV^＋ MSM group [median, 770 spot forming cells （SFCs） per 106 peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs）] might be significantly lower than that in the 19 untreated HIV^＋ MSM group （median, 6175 SFCs per 106 PBMCs）. Nef, Gag and Pol are the most frequently targeted HIV-1 antigens; and 16 subjects （73%） were identified with vigorous T cell immunity against each of these three proteins. The overall magnitude of T cell immunity closely related to its breadth （r=-0.72, P〈0.05） and was inversely but weakly associated with viral loads （r=-0.15）. Further analysis showed that both Gag （r=-0.24） and Pol specific T cells （r=-0.12） contributed to this inverse association whereas Nef specific T cells showed no association with viral loads. Conclusions The magnitude of HIV-1 specific T cells is inversely but weakly associated with viral loads among MSM; HIV-specific T cell responses against conservative sequences （Gag and Pol） are the main contributors to this association among Chinese HIV^＋ MSM. These findings have important implications for vaccine design.

Background Primary vesicoureteral reflux(VUR)is a common congenital anomaly of the kidney and urinary tract(CAKUT)in *** present study identified the possible genetic contributions to primary VUR in *** Patients with primary VUR were enrolled and analysed based on a national multi-center registration network(Chinese Children Genetic Kidney Disease Database,CCGKDD)that covered 23 different provinces/regions in China from 2014 to *** causes were sought using whole-exome sequencing(WES)or targeted-exome *** A total of 379 unrelated patients(male:female 219:160)with primary VUR were ***-four(16.9%)children had extrarenal manifestations,and 165(43.5%)patients showed the coexistence of other CAKUT ***-eight patient(23.2%)exhibited impaired renal function at their last visit,and 18 of them(20.5%)developed ESRD at the median age of 7.0(IQR 0.9–11.4)years.A monogenic cause was identified in 28 patients(7.39%).These genes included PAX2(n=4),TNXB(n=3),GATA3(n=3),SliT2(n=3),ROBO2(n=2),TBX18(n=2),and the other 11 genes(one gene for each patient).There was a significant difference in the rate of gene mutations between patients with or without extrarenal complications(14.1%vs.6%,P=0.035).The frequency of genetic abnormality was not statistically significant based on the coexistence of another CAKUT(9.6%vs.5.6%,P=0.139,Chi-square test)and the grade of reflux(9.4%vs.6.7%,P=0.429).Kaplan–Meier survival curve showed that the presence of genetic mutations did affect renal survival(Log-rank test,P=0.01).PAX2 mutation carriers(HR 5.1,95%CI 1.3–20.0;P=0.02)and TNXB mutation carriers(HR 20.3,95%CI 2.4–168.7;P=0.01)were associated with increased risk of progression to *** PAX2,TNXB,GATA3 and SliT2 were the main underlying monogenic causes and accounted for up to 46.4%of monogenic *** complications and renal function were significantly related to the findings of genetic factors in children with p

利用Belem模型计算拱架效应对于充填体垂直应力的转化率,分析充填体3种应力状态下的目标强度(支撑围岩、侧向暴露自立、支撑设备),对比拱架效应引入前后充填体垂直应力降低比率。结果表明:谦比希铜矿窄长形充填体自重应力为0.4 MPa,拱架效应转化后,充填体所受垂直应力仅为0.055 MPa,转化率达到86.25%,最大主应力为充填体宽度方向上的水平应力0.289 MPa;支撑围岩与设备要求强度1 MPa,自立要求强度0.2 MPa。窄长型充填体的目标强度设计应考虑拱架效应对于垂直应力的转化,从而降低相关技术经济指标。
