The variations of the frontogenetic trend of a cold filament induced by the cross-filament wind and wave fields are studied by a non-hydrostatic large eddy simulation. Five cases with different strengths of wind and wave fields are studied.The results show that the intense wind and wave fields further break the symmetries of submesoscale flow fields and suppress the levels of filament frontogenesis. The changes of secondary circulation directions—that is, the conversion between the convergence and divergence of the surface cross-filament currents with the downwelling and upwelling jets in the filament center—are associated with the inertial oscillation. The filament frontogenesis and frontolysis caused by the changes of secondary circulation directions may periodically sharpen and smooth the gradient of submesoscale flow fields.The lifecycle of the cold filament may include multiple stages of filament frontogenesis and frontolysis.

Large eddy simulation （LES） is used to investigate contrasting dynamic characteristics of shear turbulence （ST） and Langmuir circulation （LC） in the surface mixed layer （SML）. ST is usually induced by wind forcing in SML. LC can be driven by wave-current interaction that includes the roles of wind, wave and vortex forcing. The LES results show that LC suppresses the horizontal velocity and greatly modifies the downwind velocity profile, but increases the vertical velocity. The strong downweUing jets of LC accelerate and increase the downward transport of energy as compared to ST. The vertical eddy viscosity Km of LC is much larger than that of ST. Strong mixing induced by LC has two locations. They are located in the 26s-36s （Stokes depth scale） and the lower layer of the SML, respectively. Its value and position change periodically with time. In contrast, maximum Km induced by ST is located in the middle depth of the SML. The turbulent kinetic energy （TKE） generated by LC is larger than that by ST. The differences in vertical distributions of TKE and Krn are evident. Therefore, the parameterization of LC cannot be solely based on TKE. For deep SML, the convection of large-scale eddies in LC plays a main role in downward transport of energy and LC can induce stronger velocity shear （S2） near the SML base. In addition, the large-scale eddies and Sz induced by LC is changing all the time, which needs to be fully considered in the parameterization of LC.

Bottle gourd is an important cucurbit crop worldwide. To provide more available molecular markers for this crop, a bioinformatic approach was employed to develop insertion–deletions(In Dels) markers in bottle gourd based on restriction site-associated DNA sequencing(RAD-Seq)data. A total of 892 Indels were predicted, with the length varying from 1 bp to 167 bp. Single-nucleotide In Dels were the predominant types of In Dels. To validate these In Dels, PCR primers were designed from 162 loci where In Dels longer than 2 bp were predicated. A total of 112 In Dels were found to be polymorphic among 9 bottle gourd accessions under investigation. The rate of prediction accuracy was thus at a high level of72.7%. DNA fingerprinting for 4 cultivars were performed using 8 selected Indels markers, demonstrating the usefulness of these markers.

目的探讨对消化道早癌患者采用内镜黏膜下剥离术(Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection,ESD)治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2015年1月—2023年9月天等县人民医院收治的250例消化道早癌患者为研究对象展开分组对比研究,依据为投掷硬币法分为两组,各125例。对照组采用内镜黏膜切除术(Endoscopic Mucosal Resection,EMR)治疗,研究组采用ESD治疗。比较两组患者并发症总发生率、术中失血量、创面愈合时间、平均住院时间、完整切除率、生活质量评分。结果研究组并发症总发生率(1.60%)低于对照组(8.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.602,P<0.05。研究组术中失血量、创面愈合时间、平均住院时间、完整切除率、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对消化道早癌患者合理展开ESD治疗,同EMR比较,可显著提高患者安全性,同时呈现出恢复快以及出血少的优势,可显著改善患者生活质量,降低复发风险。

Langmuir turbulence is a complex turbulent process in the ocean upper mixed layer.The Coriolis parameter has an important effect on Langmuir turbulence through the Coriolis-Stokes force and Ekman effect,however,this effect on Langmuir turbulence has not been systematically investigated.Here,the impact of the Coriolis parameter on Langmuir turbulence with a change of latitude(LAT)from 20°N to 80°N is studied using a non-hydrostatic large eddy simulation model under an ideal condition.The results show that the ratio of the upper mixed layer depth to Ekman depth scale(RME)RME=0.266(LAT=50°N)is a key value(latitude)for the modulation effect of the Coriolis parameter on the mean and turbulent statistics of Langmuir turbulence.It is found that the rate of change of the sea surface temperature,upper mixed layer depth,entrainment flux,crosswind velocity,downwind vertical momentum flux,and turbulent kinetic energy budget terms associated with Langmuir turbulence are more evident at RME≤0.266(LAT≤50°N)than at RME≥0.266(LAT≥50°N).However,the rate of change of the depth-averaged crosswind vertical momentum flux does not have a clear variation between RME≤0.266 and RME≥0.266.The complex changes of both Langmuir turbulence characteristics and influence of Langmuir turbulence on the upper mixed layer with latitude presented here may provide more information for further improving Langmuir turbulence parameterization.

The discovery of aggregation induced enmission(AIE)effect provides opportunities for the rapid development of fuorescence imaging-guided photodynamic therapy(PDT).In this work,a boron dipyrromethene(BODIPY)-based photosensitizer(ET-BDP-O)with AIE characteristics was developed,in which the two linear arms of BODIPY group were linked with triphenylamine to form an electron Donor-Acceptor-Donor(D-A-D)architecture while side chain was equipped with triethylene glycol group.ET-BDP-O was able to directly self-assemble into nanoparticles(NPs)without supplement of any other matrices or stabilizers due to its amphiphilic property.The as-prepared ET-BDP-O NPs had an excellent colloid stability with the size of 125 nm.Benefiting from the AIE property,ET-BDP-O NPs could generate strong fluorescence and reactive oxygen species under light-emitting diode light rradiation(60mW/cm^(2)).After inter-nalized in cancer cells,ET-BDP-O NPs were able to emit bright red fuorescence signal for bioimaging.In addition,the cell viability assay demonstrated that the ET-BDP-O NPs exhibited excellent photocytotoxicity against cancer cells,while negligible cytotoicity under dark envi-ronment.Thus,ET-BDP-O NPs might be regarded as a promising photosensitizer for fluores-cence imaging-guided PDT in future.

CiS40-11基因为中间锦鸡儿SnR基因家族的成员,为研究其在非生物胁迫中的功能,对CiS40-11基因ORF序列进行克隆,并进行组织特异性和非生物胁迫下表达模式的分析。结果表明,CiS40-11基因ORF长633 bp,编码了一个由210个氨基酸组成的亲水性蛋白,其大小为23.06 kD,等电点为5.70。组织特异性分析表明CiS40-11在叶中的表达水平最高;非生物胁迫表达模式分析结果显示CiS40-11在冷和干旱胁迫的诱导下,表达水平会持续性的降低。本研究为进一步揭示CiS40-11在植物非生物胁迫调控过程中的功能及作用机理提供了初步基础。

对比分析ICD-11(202301版)第11章循环系统疾病与我国现行使用的ICD-10(2008版)第9章循环系统疾病的异同。在疾病覆盖范围方面ICD-11将急性风湿热、部分脑血管病、食管静脉曲张等不由心脏病专家诊疗的疾病转移到了其他章。在编码容量方面ICD-11的类目、亚目和有效码数量均大幅增加。此外ICD-11对高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化、肺动脉高压等疾病的分类进行了更新,并根据医学发展改变了很多疾病的分类轴心,部分疾病使用后组配来体现其在ICD-10中的原分类轴心;ICD-11第11章涉及的后组配维度较多,如病因、侧性、严重程度等,其中病因为强制性后组配,部分疾病可能涉及多个维度后组配。ICD-11在循环系统该章的疾病表达更细致、更加符合临床需求。相较于ICD-10,ICD-11对循环系统疾病进行了较大调整,相关工作者应及时关注其变化,为我国顺利从ICD-10过渡到ICD-11奠定基础。

Spatial Distribution of Domestic Tourism Market in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Its Development Strategies

This paper, based on the statistical data from the Sample Survey of Domestic Tourism in Inner Mongolia(2014), analyzed the distribution of the domestic tourism market across Inner Mongolia and its 4 tourism sections through indexes including market concentration ratio, geographic concentration ratio, variance, etc.. The results showed that:(1) the market within the autonomous region remained to be the largest one in those 4 sections;(2) Beijing was the largest domestic tourism market outside Inner Mongolia;(3) different sections were divided on the target market of domestic tourism:(1) Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region proved to be the primary market of Inner Mongolia at large;(2) Beijing and 3 provinces in Northwest China came as the primary markets of Hulun Buir-Hinggan section;(3) Beijing-Tanjin-Hebei Region and liaoning Province were the primary markets of Xilingol-Chifeng-Tongliao section;(4) BeijingShanxi-Hebei Region turned out to be the primary market of Huhhot-Baotou-Erdos-UlanqabBayannur section;(5) Beijing and Gansu were the primary markets of Wuhai-Alxa section;(4) the market concentration ratio of domestic tourism in different sections varied from each other, and the east section was the highest one, followed by middle section, Inner Mongolia as a whole, west section, and northeast section. As a result, authors of this paper made recommendations on how to develop the domestic tourism in Inner Mongolia.

Influence of the upper mixed layer depth on Langmuir turbulence characteristics

The upper mixed layer depth(h)has a significant seasonal variation in the real ocean and the low-order statistics of Langmuir turbulence are dramatically influenced by the upper mixed layer depth.To explore the influence of the upper mixed layer depth on Langmuir turbulence under the condition of the wind and wave equilibrium,the changes of Langmuir turbulence characteristics with the idealized variation of the upper mixed layer depth from very shallow(h=5 m)to deep enough(h=40 m)are studied using a non-hydrostatic large eddy simulation model.The simulation results show that there is a direct entrainment depth induced by Langmuir turbulence(h_(LT))within the thermocline.The normalized depthaveraged vertical velocity variance is smaller and larger than the downwind velocity variance for the ratio of the upper mixed layer to a direct entrainment depth induced by Langmuir turbulence h/h_(LT)1,respectively,indicating that turbulence characteristics have the essential change(i.e.,depth-averaged vertical velocity variance(DAVV)DADV for Langmuir turbulence)between h/h_(LT)1.The rate of change of the normalized depth-averaged low-order statistics for h/h_(LT)1.The reason is that the downward pressure perturbation induced by Langmuir cells is strongly inhibited by the upward reactive force of the strong stratified thermocline for h/h_(LT)1.Hence,the upper mixed layer depth has significant influences on Langmuir turbulence characteristics.
