Objective This literature review aims to summarize the methods of isolation, expansion, preservation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells （hUCMSCs）, for comprehensive practical use in preclinical research and clinical trials. differentiation and understanding and Data sources All the literature reviewed was published over the last 10 years and is listed in PubMed and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）. Studies were retrieved using the key word ＂human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells＂. Results Explants culture and enzymatic digestion are two methods to isolate hUCMSCs from WJ and there are modifications to improve these methods. Culture conditions may affect the expansion and differentiating orientations of hUCMSCs. In addition, hUCMSCs can maintain their multi-potential effects after being properly frozen and thawed. Conclusion Considering their multi-potential, convenient and non-invasive accessibility, low immunogenicity and the reported therapeutic effects in several different preclinical animal models, hUCMSCs have immense scope in regeneration medicine as a substitute for MSCs derived from bone marrow or umbilical cord blood.

Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STLN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) li and p+^(7) li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the *** reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in *** the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)li,^(12)C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted *** optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential *** calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing ***,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3) He andαare in good agreement with the *** agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction *** on the STLN model,a PLUNF code for the p+^(6) li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles.

非晶态硒(α-Se)属于无机弱电导材料,被认为是X射线医学成像和无损检测方面最有前途的探测材料之一,其载流子特性对应用至关重要。本文在恒温条件下制备了非晶态硒本征薄膜,利用SEM、XRD测试了薄膜的微观形貌和晶体结构,利用渡越时间(TOF)方法研究了温度、取样电阻及光脉冲能量对载流子迁移率的影响。结果表明:在298~338K的温度范围内,非晶硒的载流子输运规律符合浅陷阱模型;取样电阻不大于5 kΩ,光脉冲能量不大于3.5μJ时,载流子渡越时间保持恒定,测试结果可靠。

In this paper, we characterize weighted composition operators that preserve frames on the weighted Hardy spaces in the unit disk. In particular, we obtain the symbol properties of the bounded invertible weighted composition operators. Moreover, we establish the equivalence between bounded invertible operators and frame-preserving operators. Furthermore, we show that weighted composition operator preserves frames if and only if it preserves the Riesz bases property. Additionally,we investigate the weighted composition operators that preserve tight or normalized tight frames on the Dirichlet space.

A novel Nd-Fe-B type permanent magnet with excellent thermal stability was designed by Co replacing Fe in the main phase and the grain boundary *** remanence and coercivity temperature coefficient reach 0.058%/℃and 0.465%/℃in the te mperature range from 25 to 100℃,which are much lower than those of commercial Nd-Fe-B *** enhanced Curie temperature is obtained for the novel magnet due to the Co substitution,which significantly improves the operating *** microstructure result reveals that an amorphous phase exists in the intergranular grains which is probably responsible for the deterioration of intrinsic *** work can provide a reference for the design and optimization of components of sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with excellent thermal stability.

Rechargeable sodium-ion batteries usually suffer from accelerated electrode destruction at high temperatures and high synthesis costs of electrode ***,it is highly desirable to explore novel organic electrodes considering their cost-effectiveness and large adaptability to volume ***,natural biomass,pristine lignin,is employed as the sodium-ion battery anodes,and their sodium storage performance is investigated at room temperature and 60℃.The lignin anodes exhibit excellent high-temperature sodium-ion battery *** mainly results from the generation of abundant reactive sites(C=O)due to the high temperature-induced homogeneous cleavage of the C_(β)-O bond in the lignin *** work can inspire researchers to explore other natural organic materials for large-scale applications and high-value utilization in advanced energy storage devices.

lilies are widely cultivated for cut flowers,but their large anthers carry a considerable amount of colored pollen that is dispersed *** the molecular mechanism of anther development and dehiscence could help solve this ***21,encoding a putative R2R3v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog(MYB)transcription factor,was identified from oriental lilies(lilium‘Siberia’).Real-time quantitative PCR analysis showed that LoMYB21 was mainly expressed in the anther,filament and stigma and had high expression during the late stages of lily anther ***21 had transactivation activity and was located in the nucleus through yeast one-hybrid assays and transient expression in Nicotiana *** of LoMYB21 by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)in lilium‘Siberia’led to anther indehiscence and reduced the expression of genes related to Jasmonate acid(JA)biosynthesis and signal *** of LoMYB21 in DEX::LoMYB21 transgenic Arabidopsis caused procumbent inflorescences that became infertile,accompanied by higher expression of JA biosynthetic and signaling *** results demonstrated that JA content and signaling were abnormal in silenced lily and transgenic LoMYB21 Arabidopsis,which affected anther *** study indicated that LoMYB21 could regulate lily anther dehiscence through JA biosynthesis and signaling during the late stages of anther development.

肥料为作物提供必要的营养元素,促进光合作用的进行,推动作物的生长和产量形成。黄淮海平原是我国优质大豆主要产区,优化该地区施肥技术对于提高大豆单产,缓解我国大豆进口压力具有重要意义。本试验设置不施肥(nofertilization,F0)、侧深施肥(sidedeepfertilization,F1)、等距施肥(equidistantdeepfertilization,F2)和地表撒施(surfacefertilization,F3)4个处理,研究不同施肥方式下大豆叶片生理指标、物质积累和产量构成的变化规律,旨在阐明施肥方式与大豆生产的相互关系,为黄淮海地区大豆绿色高效生产提供理论支撑。结果表明, F1处理增加了大豆荚粒期叶片的光系统Ⅱ潜在光化学量子产量(F_(v)/F_(m))、光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率[Y(Ⅱ)]、电子传递速率(ETR)和光化学荧光淬灭系数(q_(P));相较于其他处理, F1处理大豆生育后期叶片的Y(Ⅱ)增加3.61%~22.86%。在抗氧化代谢方面, F1处理显著提高了大豆叶片的SOD和CAT活性,与其他处理相比,鼓粒后期F1处理叶片SOD和CAT活性分别提高6.32%~35.34%和1.93%~50.55%,进而促进了叶片净光合速率的提升(29.42%~70.10%)。F1处理光合功能的改善提升了生育中后期干物质(1.17%~101.18%)和氮素(1.01%~88.14%)的积累,为产量的增加奠定基础。施肥方式的改变(F1、F2处理)显著提高了大豆产量,较F3处理分别提高了10.66%和6.55%。进一步分析发现,大豆叶片F_(v)/F_(m)、Y(Ⅱ)、P_(n)、SOD和CAT活性与单株荚数、单株粒数和产量均呈显著正相关。综上,侧深施肥增强了大豆叶片后期抗氧化系统的功能,提升光合与物质积累,优化产量构成,促进大豆增产。
