设计研发了一种模拟人工手动掰裂面板动作的掰断机构。在详细分析面板掰断原理和过程的基础上,选取不同种类的典型面板进行掰断试验,在数字机显微镜下观察面板断面,效果良好无缺陷,达到了预期的目的。列举了将该掰断机构应用到自动切割生产线所面临的问题并提出了改进方案,对后续全自动切割生产线的研发具有积极的参考借鉴意义。

为提升弹载成像制导中运动模糊图像目标检测的精确性与效率,提出一种轻量化且高效的运动模糊图像目标检测(lighter and More Effective Motion-blurred Image Object Detection,LEMBD)网络。通过深入分析运动模糊图像的成因,基于成像机理构建了专用的运动模糊图像数据集。在不增加网络参数的前提下,采用共享权重的孪生网络设计,并引入先验知识,将清晰图像的特征学习用于模糊图像的特征提取,以同时实现对清晰与模糊图像的精准检测。此外,设计了部分深度可分离卷积替代普通卷积,显著减少了网络的参数量与计算量,并提升了学习性能。为进一步优化特征融合质量,提出跨层路径聚合特征金字塔网络,有效利用低级特征的细节信息和高级特征的语义信息。实验结果表明,所提LEMBD网络在运动模糊图像目标检测任务中的性能优于传统目标检测方法和主流运动模糊检测算法,能够为精确制导任务提供更精准的目标相对位置信息。

Returning home is the most important process of a parallel kinematic machine （PKM） with incremental ***,most corresponding articles focus on the accuracy of homing process,and there lacks the investigation of the operation＇s *** a 4RRR PKM,all servoaxes would be independently driven to their zero positions at the same time based on the traditional homing mode,and that can bring serious interfere of the kinematic *** paper systemically investigates this 4RRR PKM＇s safety of homing process.A homing strategy usually contains three parts which are the home switches＇ locations,the platform＇s initial moving space,and each links＇ homing direction,and all of them can influence the safety of homing *** the purpose of evaluating and describing the safety of the homing strategy,some important parameters are introduced as follows：Safely homing ratio （SHR） is used to evaluate the probability of a machine＇s successfully returning home from an initial moving space;Synchronal rotational angle （SRA） is the four links＇ largest synchronal rotational angle with given directions from a given *** a machine can safely return home from a given pose can be judged by comparing the SRA with all four home switches＇ mounting *** meshing the initial moving space and checking the safeties of returning home from all the initial poses on the nodes,the SHR of this initial moving space can be *** the sake of convenience,the platform＇s initial moving space should be as large as possible,and in this 4RRR PKM,a square zone in the center of the workspace with a giving initial rotation range is selected as the platform＇s initial moving *** forward direction is selected as each link＇s homing direction according to custom,and the platform＇s initial rotational angle is selected as larger than 0° based on this 4RRR PKM＇s kinematic *** platform＇s initial moving space can be defined only by the side length of the initial movi

Bilayer electrode, composed of a current collector layer and an active material layer, has great potential in applications of in-situ electrochemical experiments due to the bending upon lithiation. This paper establishes an elastoplastic theory for the lithiation induced deformation of bilayer electrode with consideration of the plastic yield of current collector. It is found that the plastic yield of current collector reduces the restriction of current collector to an active layer, and therefore, enhances in-plane stretching while lowers down the rate of electrode bending. Key parameters that influence the elastoplastic deformation are identified. It is found that the smaller thickness ratio and lower elastic modulus ratio of current collector to an active layer would lead to an earlier plastic yield of the current collector, the larger in-plane strain, and the smaller bending curvature, due to balance between the current collector and the active layer. The smaller yield stress and plastic modulus of current collector have similar impacts on the electrode deformation.

针对红外弱小目标容易在网络迭代过程中损失纹理细节信息,从而导致目标定位和轮廓分割的准确性下降的问题,提出一种基于信息补偿的红外弱小目标检测方法。首先,利用图像特征提取(IFE)模块编码红外源图像的浅层细节及深层语义特征;其次,构建多级信息补偿(MIC)模块通过聚合相邻级别的特征对编码阶段下采样后的特征进行信息补偿;随后,引入全局目标响应(GTR)模块联合特征图的全局上下文信息对卷积局部性的限制进行补偿;最后,构建非对称交叉融合(ACF)模块对浅层和深层特征进行融合,以实现目标解码时纹理信息与位置信息的保留,进而完成对红外弱小目标的检测。在公开的NUAA-SIRST(Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics-Singleframe InfraRed Small Target)和NUDT-SIRST(National University of Defense Technology-Single-frame InfraRed Small Target)混合数据集上训练和测试的实验结果表明,与UIUNet(U-Net in U-Net Network)、LSPM(Local Similarity Pyramid Modules)和DNANet(Dense Nested Attention Network)等方法相比,所提方法在交并比(IoU)上分别提高了9.2、8.9和5.5个百分点,在F1分数(F1-Score)上分别提高了6.0、5.4和3.1个百分点。以上表明所提方法对红外复杂背景图像中的弱小目标可以实现准确检测和有效分割。

Better torque performance and higher reliability have long been the focus of research for slotted limited-angle torque motors(LATMs),which are primarily used to position first-stage valves in electrohydraulic *** paper presents a high reliability axial-flux slotted LATM with quasi-Halbach array for torque performance improvement including constant torque range(CTR)and output ***,the structure with two sets of windings and the operation principle of the proposed slotted LATM is ***,a brief design procedure is presented,the structure selections of open slot and double-stator single-rotor(DSSR)interior rotor with surface mounted quasi-Halbach permanent magnet(PM)array are illustrated,and the geometric parameters are optimized to obtain the optimal design of the proposed slotted ***,3-D finite-element method(FEM)is employed to compare the proposed slotted LATM with the conventional surface mounted PM slotted LATM in terms of cogging torque,no-load back EMF,and output torque,and the results show that the proposed LATM with quasi-Halbach array has a 10%improvement in output torque and a 25%improvement in ***,the flux linkages and torque performance of the two sets of windings under various conditions verify good magnetic ***,prototypes of two different rotor types are manufactured and a series of experiments are performed to validate the analysis.

Natural attenuation characteristics and comprehensive toxicity changes of C9 aromatics under simulated marine conditions

Microcosmic experiments were performed under a simulated marine environment to investigate the natural attenuation of C9 aromatics using nine components(propylbenzene,isopropylbenzene,2-ethyltoluene,3-ethyltoluene,4-ethyltoluene,1,2,3-trimethylbenzene,1,2,4-trimethylbenzene,1,3,5-trimethylbenzene,and indene).This research aims to assess the contribution of biodegradation and abiotic activity to total attenuation of C9 aromatics and ascertain the changes in the comprehensive toxicity of seawater in the natural *** process of natural attenuation indicates the agreement with pseudo-first-order kinetics for all nine components in microcosmic *** half-lives of the nine main compounds in C9 aromatics ranged between 0.34 day and 0.44 day under optimal *** experiments showed that the natural attenuation of nine aromatic hydrocarbonsmainly occurred via abiotic *** samples significantly inhibited the luminescence of ***(the luminescence inhibition ratio reached 100%)at the beginning of the *** addition,the toxicity declined slowly and continued for 25 *** attenuation kinetics and changes in toxicity could be applied to explore the natural attenuation of C9 aromatics in the marine environment.

To analyze the effect of the region of the model inputs on the model output,a novel concept about contribution to the sample failure probability plot(CSFP) is proposed based on the contribution to the sample mean plot(CSM) and the contribution to the sample variance plot(CSV).The CSFP can be used to analyze the effect of the region of the model inputs on the failure *** the definition of CSFP,its property and the differences between CSFP and CSV/CSM are *** proposed CSFP can not only provide the information about which input affects the failure probability mostly,but also identify the contribution of the regions of the input to the failure probability *** employing the Kriging model method on optimized sample points,a solution for CSFP is *** computational cost for solving CSFP is greatly decreased because of the efficiency of Kriging surrogate *** examples are used to illustrate the validity of the proposed CSFP and the applicability and feasibility of the Kriging surrogate method based solution for CSFP.
