We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3.days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3.kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.3. counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23.yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2–7.5 eV.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 3. 像木星和土星这样的冷巨行星对类地行星的形成和宜居性起到了关键作用,因此,对像太阳系这样具有多个冷巨行星的系统的搜寻具有重要意义.Kepler以及TESS (Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite)太空望远镜成功地通过凌星的方法发现了大量短周期行星,然而这些巡天项目的观测基线不足以发现更长周期的行星.为此,天语计划将部署两台1m望远镜(天语一号和天语二号),用于结合天语和其他计划的数据通过凌星法来发现冷巨行星及其他行星,并最终发现类太阳系.天语一号具有约10平方度的视场以及高速CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor)科学相机,将对超过1000万颗恒星每小时进行一次高精度测光采样,并通过天语二号的多波段测光、光谱仪以及高分辨率成像对天语一号发现的候选行星进行确认.天语望远镜将放置于海拔约4000m的中国青海冷湖,是目前中国境内最好观测台址之一.天语对亮于14等星的测光精度为0.1%,对亮于18等星的测光精度优于1%,天语预计在5yr内将在类太阳周期发现超过3.0颗凌星行星,其中包括约17颗冷巨行星.基于系统轨道共面以及孪生地球发生率为10%的假设,天语预计将发现1-2个类太阳系,并可被未来的地球2.0计划所证实.此外,天语还将通过多种巡天观测模式测量从亚秒到周时标的光变,探测不同时标的时域现象,包括超新星早期光变、稀有变星和双星、潮汐瓦解事件、Be星、彗星活动以及系外小行星等.这些发现不仅将深化我们对宇宙的理解,还将为公众科学和科普提供重要平台.

In face of the everlasting battle toward COVID-19 and the rapid evolution of SARS-CoV-2,no specific and effective drugs for treating this disease have been reported until ***-converting enzyme 2(ACE2),a receptor of SARS-CoV-2,mediates the virus infection by binding to spike *** ACE2 is expressed in the lung,kidney,and intestine,its expressing levels are rather low,especially in the *** the great infectivity of COVID-19,we speculate that SARS-CoV-2 may depend on other routes to facilitate its ***,we first discover an interaction between host cell receptor CD147 and SARS-CoV-2 spike *** loss of CD147 or blocking CD147 in Vero E6 and BEAS-2B cell lines by anti-CD147 antibody,Meplazumab,inhibits SARSCoV-2 *** of human CD147 allows virus entry into non-susceptible BHK-21 cells,which can be neutralized by CD147 extracellular *** loads are detectable in the lungs of human CD147(hCD147)mice infected with SARS-CoV-2,but not in those of virus-infected wild type ***,virions are observed in lymphocytes of lung tissue from a COVID-19 *** T cells with a property of ACE2 natural deficiency can be infected with SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus in a dosedependent manner,which is specifically inhibited by ***,CD147 mediates virus entering host cells by ***,our study reveals a novel virus entry route,CD147-spike protein,which provides an important target for developing specific and effective drug against COVID-19.

基于Logistic时间函数地表动态沉陷预测及优化求参研究

实施采煤诱发的地表动态沉陷预测及优化求参研究能够显著降低采动损害,保护国家基础设施和生命财产安全。为了实现地表沉陷的动态和定量化预测,合理确定模型预测参数,引入以时间序列为自变量的生长模型,从地表下沉、下沉速度、下沉加速度及分布形态4个方面,论证了Logistic时间函数的时空完备性。构建了基于坐标变换的地表沉陷终态和动态预测模型,并给出了模型参数的确定方法。以Matlab为研发平台,实现了模型参数的自动求取和地表沉陷的定量化预测。最后以某矿21104工作面为工程背景,对地表沉陷动态预测模型的可靠性和预测精度进行了分析和评价。结果表明,基于Logistic时间函数的计算结果不但在地表下沉、下沉速度和加速度方面与地表沉陷的实际特征相吻合,而且模型预测参数能够灵活体现地表沉陷的时空分布特征。Logistic时间函数下沉速度阻尼系数为160,下沉速度增长因子为3.1。地表终态下沉系数为0.88,主要影响角正切值为1.68,开采影响传播角为84.6°;沿工作面走向和倾向方向的预测相对中误差最大值分别为±5.98%和±4.21%,理论值与实测值相吻合,采用该预测模型能够实现地表动态沉陷的合理预测。

Notch signaling is critically involved in neural development, but the downstream effectors remain incompletely understood. In this study, we cultured neurospheres from Nestin-Cre-mediated conditional Rbp-j knockout（Rbp-j c KO） and control embryos and compared their miRNA expression profiles using microarray. Among differentially expressed miRNAs, mi R-3.2-5 p showed upregulated expression as Notch signaling was genetically or pharmaceutically interrupted. Consistently, the promoter of the mi R-3.2-5 p host gene, the Ena-vasodilator stimulated phosphoproteinlike（Evl）, was negatively regulated by Notch signaling, probably through HES5. Transfection of mi R-3.2-5 p promoted the differentiation of neural stem cells（NSCs） into intermediate neural progenitors（INPs） in vitro and reduced the stemness of NSCs in vivo. Furthermore, mi R-3.2-5 p inhibited the differentiation of neural stem/intermediate progenitor cells into astrocytes, likely mediated by targeting GFAP directly. Our results indicated that mi R-3.2-5 p could function as a downstream effector of Notch signaling to regulate the differentiation of NSCs into INPs and astrocytes commitment.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,3.-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 3.,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003.13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 3. from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

根据某矿区工作面的地质采矿条件、经验参数值和地表移动观测站实测资料,基于Matlab运用曲线拟合法,采用概率积分函数模型编程,求出在该工作面地质采矿条件下的地表移动变形预计参数,并利用所求参数,通过Matlab编程实现了工作面走向和倾向方向的下沉值和水平移动值的自动生产及其二维可视化,实测值和预计值的拟合残差及其中误差的自动解算,进而实现了采区地表任意点下沉值和水平移动值的自动计算及其三维可视化。

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 3. provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in china （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈13./80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3.,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,3.6}% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈13./80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈13./80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3.,3.,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3.1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.
