分析检测蝉棒束孢菌株BAI0101在培植过程中不同时间点孢梗束的转化率和孢梗束中多糖、虫草酸、腺苷和N6-(2-羟乙基)腺苷含量的变化规律,对配伍的孢梗束复方辅助改善睡眠功能进行了初步评价。结果表明,从培植18d起,孢梗束的转化率呈现上升趋势,在培植30d左右,有保持稳定趋势;孢梗束中的多糖、虫草酸和腺苷含量均随着培植时间的延长呈现增高趋势,均在22–24d达到最高值,其后开始呈现降低趋势,而孢梗束中的N6-(2-羟乙基)腺苷含量随着培植时间的延长呈现降低趋势,在24–26d左右达到最低值,其后呈现上升趋势,在培植至36d左右达到含量的最高值并保持稳定;对利用该菌株培植的孢梗束,经中药配伍组成的保健品小复方进行了辅助改善睡眠保健功能的初步评价,结果表明该复方有明显促进阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠作用,能明显降低巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠潜伏期,且无直接睡眠作用,不影响戊巴比妥致小鼠睡眠时间,根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》,判定该复方具有辅助改善睡眠的保健功能。

AIM:To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment methods and outcomes of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)in highly myopic eyes with implantable collamer lens(ICL).METHODS:High myopia patients who received treatment for nontraumatic RRD after ICL implantation surgery at the Retinal Department of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center from Jan 2018 to Dec 2022 were *** ophthalmologic examinations including visual acuity measurement and digital fundus photography were performed in each ***:A total of nine RRD eyes from nine patients who received V4c-ICL implantation were *** mean time from ICL implantation surgery to the diagnosis of RRD was 32.44±22.56mo(range,1-60mo).At the initial visit for RRD,giant retinal tear(GRT),horseshoe tear,simple round hole,and horseshoe tear combined with round hole were detected in 3,3,2,and 1 eye(s),respectively,with maculaoff in *** patients received surgical treatment,and one patient was treated by retinal laser photocoagulation *** ICL was preserved in 7 *** the last followup,the mean best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)improved significantly from 1.76±1.06 logMAR at presentation to 0.81±1.01 logMAR(P=0.035),and no case of recurrent retinal detachment was ***:The morphological presentation of retinal breaks is diverse in this *** ICL can be preserved in most cases during the course of retinal detachment repair surgery in our data,companied with acceptable visual and anatomical outcomes.

Pyrolusite comprises the foremost manganese oxides and is a major source of manganese production. An innovative hydrogenbased mineral phase transformation technology to pyrolusite was proposed, where a 96.44% distribution rate of divalent manganese(Mn2+) was observed at an optimal roasting temperature of 650°C, a roasting time of 25 min, and an H2concentration of 20vol%; under these conditions. The manganese predominantly existed in the form of manganosite. This study investigated the generation mechanism of manganosite based on the reduction kinetics, phase transformation, and structural evolution of pyrolusite and revealed that high temperature improved the distribution rate, and the optimal kinetic model for the reaction was the random nucleation and growth model（reaction order, n = 3/2） with an activation energy（Ea） of 24.119 kJ·mol-1. Throughout the mineral phase transformation, manganese oxide from the outer layer of particles moves inward to the core. In addition, pyrolusite follows the reduction sequence of MnO2→ Mn2O3→ Mn3O4→Mn O, and the reduction of manganese oxides in each valence state simultaneously proceeds. These findings provide significant insight into the efficient and clean utilization of pyrolusite.

Massive efforts have been concentrated on the advance of eminent near-infrared(NIR) photothermal materials(PTMs) in the NIR-Ⅱ window(1000–1700 nm), especially organic PTMs because of their intrinsic biological safety compared with inorganic PTMs. However, so far, only a few NIR-Ⅱresponsive organic PTMs was explored, and their photothermal conversion efficiencies(PCEs) still remain relatively low. Herein, donor–acceptor conjugated diradical polymers with open-shell characteristics are explored for synergistically photothermal immunotherapy of metastatic tumors in the NIR-Ⅱ window. By employing side-chain regulation, the conjugated diradical polymer TTB-2 with obvious NIR-Ⅱ absorption was developed, and its nanoparticles realize a record-breaking PCE of 87.7% upon NIR-Ⅱ light illustration. In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that TTB-2 nanoparticles show good tumor photoablation with navigation of photoacoustic imaging in the NIR-Ⅱ window, without any side-effect. Moreover, by combining with PD-1 antibody,the pulmonary metastasis of breast cancer is high-effectively prevented by the efficient photo-immunity effect. Thus, this study explores superior PTMs for cancer metastasis theranostics in the NIR-Ⅱ window, offering a new horizon in developing radical-characteristic NIR-Ⅱ photothermal materials.

An innovative complex lidar system deployed on an airborne rotorcraft platform for remote sensing of atmospheric pollution is proposed and *** system incorporates integrated-path differential absorption lidar(DIAL) and coherent-doppler lidar(CDL) techniques using a dual tunable TEA CO_(2)laser in the 9—11 μm band and a 1.55 μm fiber *** combining the principles of differential absorption detection and pulsed coherent detection,the system enables agile and remote sensing of atmospheric *** static tests validate the system’s real-time detection capabilities,including the measurement of concentration-path-length product(CL),front distance,and path wind speed of air pollution plumes over long distances exceeding 4 *** experiments is conducted with the *** of the pollutant concentration and the wind field is carried out in an approximately 1 km slant range over scanning angle ranges from 45°to 65°,with a radial resolution of 30 m and10 *** test results demonstrate the system’s ability to spatially map atmospheric pollution plumes and predict their motion and dispersion patterns,thereby ensuring the protection of public safety.
