The first pandemic wave of coronavirus disease 201.(COVID-1.)induced a considerable increase in several antivirals and antibiotics in surface *** common symptoms of COVID-1. are viral and bacterial infections,while comorbidities(e.g.,hypertension and diabetes)and mental shock(e.g.,insomnia and anxiety)are ***,little is known about the long-term impacts of comorbidities and mental shock on organic micropollutants(OMPs)in surface ***,we monitored 1.4 OMPs in surface water and wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in Wuhan,{1.,between 201. and *** pandemic-induced OMP pollution in surface water was confirmed by significant increases in 26 OMP *** increases in four antihypertensives and one diabetic drug suggest that the treatment of comorbidities may induce OMP ***,cotinine(a metabolite of nicotine)increased 1.5 times to 1.7 ngL1.which might be associated with increased ***,the increases in zolpidem and sulpiride might be the result of worsened insomnia and ***,it is reasonable to note that mental-health protecting drugs/behavior also contributed to OMP *** the observed OMPs,telmisartan,lopinavir,and ritonavir were associated with significantly higher ecological risks because of their limited WWTP-removal rate and high *** study provides new insights into the effects of comorbidities and mental shock on OMPs in surface water during a pandemic and highlights the need to monitor the fate of related pharmaceuticals in the aquatic environment and to improve their removal efficiencies in WWTPs。

Controlling the cellular interactio n and internal izatio n of polymer-modified nan oparticles (NPs) is of central importa nee to the developme nt of promisi ng nano medici nes. Here, we describe the use of synthetic polypeptides for NP surface coati ng and regulati on of their cellular uptake behaviors by simply switching the conformation and anchoring orientation. Our results show that gold NPs (AuNPs) coated with a helical poly(Y-(2-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)esteryl「glutamate)(L-P(EG3Glu)5o) from the C-terminus ((L-C)-AuNPs) exhibit greater zeta potential and more cellular uptake (2.0-5.5 fold higher) than those coated with the same polypeptide but anchored from the N-terminus ((L-N)-AuNPs), or from both the C- and N-terminus at a 1.1.molar ratio ((L-C/L-N)-AuNPs). A similar orientation-regulated cellular internalization pattern is observed in D-P(EG3Glu)50 but not the unstructured DL-P(EG3Glu)5o-rnodified AuNPs, suggesting an important and universal role of the helix-derived macrodipole in cellular uptake. Moreover, this orientation-governed internalization is successfully reproduced in P(EG3Glu)50-coated gold nano rods (AuNRs), and applied to the desig n of doxorubici reloaded polypeptide micelles. Simulation study offers time-resolved in sights regarding the NP-membrane in teracti ons and membrane remodeling. Thus, our study provides a delicate way of regulating the surface chemistry of NPs and the subsequent NP-cell interactions. Moreover, the results highlight the uniqueness of polypeptides in NP surface engineering, and urge a more careful consideration on the polymer orientation effect.

目的为了确定相空间重构矿井涌水量序列的地质学含义并提高涌水量预测精度,方法以王行庄矿为例,在涌水量序列相空间重构后,对重构后相空间列向量与涌水量主控因素进行相关性分析,并在此基础上建立混沌理论与人工神经网络耦合(Chaos-ENN)的涌水量预测模型。结果结果表明:相空间的嵌入维数等于矿井涌水量主控因素个数;相空间的第1.2,4,5,6列向量分别与C_(2)tL_(7-8)含水层水位埋深、O_(2)m+Є_(3)ch含水层水位埋深、采空区面积、C_(2)tL_(1.4)含水层水位埋深、开拓长度具有较高的相关性,第3列与不易量化的其他综合因素有关;构建的Chaos-ENN涌水量预测模型在王兴庄矿的预测精度达到97.91.。结论涌水量序列重构后相空间的列向量具有明确的地质学含义。利用混沌理论可以量化涌水量预测模型中ENN输入层的个数及取值,所以仅需涌水量序列值就可以建立矿井涌水量预测的Chaos-ENN模型,该模型解决了涌水量预测中存在的主控因素难以确定和不易量化的难题,且预测精度高,具有较高的推广价值。

Background Children as a population have high antimicrobial prescribing rates which may lead to high resistance of bacteria according to data from some single-center surveys of antibiotic prescribing rates in{1.. The acquirement of baseline data of antibiotic prescribing is the basis of developing intervention strategies on inappropriate antimicrobial prescriptions. Few studies show clearly the pattern and detailed information on classes of antibiotics and distribution of indications of antibiotic prescriptions in children in{1.. This study aims to assess the antibiotic prescribing patterns among children and neonates hospitalized in 1. hospitals in{1.. Methods A 24-hour point prevalence survey on antimicrobial prescribing was conducted in hospitalized neonates and chil-dren in{1. from December 1.t, 201. to February 28th, 201.. Information on the antibiotic use of patients under 1. years of age who were administered one or more on-going antibiotics in the selected wards over a 24-hour period was collected. These data were submitted to the GARPEC (Global Antimicrobial Resistance, Prescribing and Efficacy in Children and Neonates) web-based application ( https ://pidrg -datab ***/redca p/ ). For statistical analysis, Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 22.0 were used. Results The antibiotic data were collected in 35 wards in 1. hospitals from 9 provinces. In total, 67.76% (975/1.39) of the patients (n = 1.39) were given at least one antibiotic, including 58.1. (1.3/298) of neonates (n = 298) and 70.3% (802/1.41. of children (n = 1.41.. In neonates, the three most frequently prescribed antibiotics were third-generation cephalosporins (41.7%), penicillins plus enzyme inhibitor (23.8%), and carbapenems (1..2%). In children, the three most frequently pre-scribed antibiotics were third-generation cephalosporins (35.5%), macrolides (23.2%), and penicillins plus enzyme inhibi-tors (1..9%). Background： Secondary preventive therapies play a key role in the prevention of adverse outcomes after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）. However, medication adherence alter CABG is often poor, and conventional interventions for improving adherence have limited success. With increasing penetration of smartphones, health-related smartphone applications might provide an opportunity to improve adherence. Carefully designed trials are needed to provide reliable evidence for the use of these applications in patients after CABG. Methods： The Measurement and Improvement Studies of Surgical Coronary Revascularization： Medication Adherence （MISSION-2） study is a multicenter randomized controlled trial, aiming to randomize 1.00 CABG patients to the intervention or control groups in a 1.： 1.ratio. We developed the multifaceted, patient-centered, smartphone-based Heart Health Application to encourage lnedication adherence in the intervention group through a health self management program initiated dnring hospital admission for CABG. The application integrated daily scheduled reminders to take the discharge medications, cardiac edticational materials, a dynamic dashboard to review cardiovascular risk factors and secondary prevention targets, and weekly questionnaires with interactive feedback. The primary outcome was secondary preventive medication adherence measured by the Chinese version of the 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale at 6 months after randomization.
