In recent years,deep learning has achieved great success in the field of image *** the single image super-resolution(SISR)task,the convolutional neural network(CNN)extracts the features of the image through deeper layers,and has achieved impressive *** this paper,we propose a single image super-resolution model based on Adaptive Deep Residual named as ADR-SR,which uses the Input Output Same Size(IOSS)structure,and releases the dependence of upsampling layers compared with the existing SR ***,the key element of our model is the Adaptive Residual Block(ARB),which replaces the commonly used constant factor with an adaptive residual *** experiments prove the effectiveness of our ADR-SR model,which can not only reconstruct images with better visual effects,but also get better objective performances.

F-type lectins(Fucolectins)are carbohydrate-binding proteins and play important roles in innate immune responses against pathogenic microbial *** our previous research,we found that two homologous Fucolectin genes,AjFTL-1 and AjFTL-2,exhibited different expression profiles after lipopolysaccharides(LPS)challenge in Apostichopus ***,the transcriptional regulation mechanism of these two genes remains largely *** this study,the 5'flanking regions of Aj FTL-1 and Aj FTL-2 genes were cloned and the promoter activities were studied in epithelioma papulosum cyprinid(EPC)cell ***,in silico analysis indicated that these two promoters both contain numerous putative transcription factor binding sites including NF-κB,CREB,and CREBP1,and both contain a TATA ***,luciferase assay and progressive 5'truncation analysis revealed that AjFTL-1 and AjFTL-2 both possess high promoter activities in EPC ***,the luciferase activity of AjFTL-1 promoter was significantly regulated by peptidoglycan(PGN)and mannan(MAN),while AjFTL-2 promoter was prominently regulated by LPS and MAN,indicating Aj FTL-1 and Aj FTL-2 genes showed different transcriptional regulation pattern under different immune *** importantly,analyses of the functional promoter regions revealed the presence of two potential NF-κB binding sites(-769 bp to-761 bp,-185 bp to-172 bp)in Aj FTL-1 and one potential binding site(-530 to-517 bp)in Aj *** truncated reporter vectors and expression vector co-transfection revealed that transcription factor NF-κB/Rel could significantly increase the AjFTL-2 promoter activity,but not AjFTL-1 promoter *** findings indicated that in marine invertebrates,different Fucolectin members differ in transcription regulations and expression patterns,and might play different roles in immune defenses during pathogen infection.

The basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH)genes encode a large superfamily of transcription factors in the Pacific oyster(Crassostrea gigas),and play a very important role in regulation of growth and *** investigate the oyster growth traits and the associations with bHLH genes variations,we analyzed the gene polymorphisms-traits association in a wild population,and confirmed the results in another independent wild population by targeted gene re-sequencing and SNPshot *** screening the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in three candidate genes of the bHLH family(88 bHLH genes in two wild oyster populations in total),we identified the allele CgLoblHLH4-T/G located in the exon of the CgLoblHLH4 *** allele is a non-synonymous mutation(Phe/Leu)with an extremely significant association with shell width(P<0.01)and allele G is beneficial to shell *** SNP on the CgLoblHLH4 gene might have a potential value as a genetic marker of growth traits that could be used in breeding in *** in the future.

The fermentation broth of Salinivibrio proteolyticus strain YCSC6 shows potent anti-parasitic activity against Uronema marinum,with activity varying in each fermentation *** investigate the biosynthetic mechanism of anti-parasitic compounds in strain YCSC6,a comprehensive analysis of metabolomics and transcriptomics over four diff erent time points(12,24,48,and 72 h)was *** detected 17943 metabolites with 1129 known metabolites.A trend analysis of the known metabolites showed that 575 metabolites,including 69 polyketides,were continuously enhanced,being the potential source of anti-parasitic *** addition,941 genes mapped to the same pathways of these metabolites,were screened through the association analysis of metabolites and *** pathway enrichment of these genes showed 270 genes mapped to the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and 192 genes mapped to the biosynthesis of *** demonstrates the potent secondary metabolic capacity of strain ***,a gene-metabolite correlation network was created based on the 575 continuously enhanced metabolites and 43 continuously up-regulated *** revealed 13 genes at the key position that mapped to a putative metabolic pathway associated with the biosynthesis of polyketides and caprylic acid,which contributes to the potent anti-parasitic activity of strain *** comprehensive analysis of metabolomics and transcriptomics provides insights into the biosynthetic mechanisms of anti-parasitic compounds in strain YCSC6 and guides the exploitation of more anti-parasitic agents for aquaculture.

依赖于专家知识的传统风险评估方法通常为静态评估,无法满足不可移动文物多变风险的识别与评估需求.提出了一种基于语义路径编码异构图网络的文物安防动态风险评估方法,通过构建文物安防知识图谱,规范化存储风险相关的影响因素,然后采用语义路径编码对安防知识图谱中的实体特征进行聚合,帮助网络提取更准确的实体知识表示,提高了风险等级分类的准确率.此方法在多个国家重点文物保护单位中进行了测试,风险等级分类的准确率为94.74%,和专家评估的结果基本吻合,对文物的风险管控和安防管理具有一定的指导和参考价值.

Clarifying eukaryotic microbial spatial distribution patterns and their determinants is an important idea in ecological ***,information on the distribution patterns of eukaryotic microbial community structures(EMCSs)within oceans remains *** this study,surface water samples from the southern East China Sea(SECS)were collected to investigate the spatiotemporal variation in EMCSs by using 18S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology and the impact of this variation on Pseudosciaena crocea during the breeding *** results indicated that the distribution patterns of the eukaryotic microbial community structure were different among the Sansha Bay,Mindong and Wentai reserves and the offshore East China *** addition,there were notable potential effects of EMCSs on fishery *** variation partitioning analysis showed the environmental and spatial factors caused 53.4%of the variation in the EMCSs,indicating that spatially structured environmental factors were the key determinants of the EMCSs spatial heterogeneity in the SECS and may have contributed to the general distribution of *** addition,all the environmental factors were the main factors driving the distribution of eukaryotic microbes except for total ***,it was noted some phytoplankton such as Poterioochromonas and Rhizophydium of fungi in Sansha Bay can effectively prevent Cyanobacteria *** are natural high-quality baits for juvenile fish distributed in Sansha Bay,Mindong and Wentai *** study provides a part of the insight into potential eukaryotic community distributions in large water bodies and how they are affected by environmental factors.

Many identity-based signature （IBS） schemes solving key escrow were proposed, But the updating of the private keys wasn＇t discussed in these literatures. For the problem of key update, an identity-based key-insulated signature scheme with secure key-updates has been proposed. But their scheme inherited the key escrow property. In this paper, we propose a new identity-based strong key-insulated signature scheme without key escrow. It makes the IBS scheme more applicable to the real world. After analyzing the security and the performance, an application example in E-passport passive authentication scenario is described.

Immunology is a discipline to investigate the structure and function of the immune molecules or immune pathway and the causes of immunity to disease, which cover the study of all aspects of the immune system. The earliest concept of acquired immunology was originated from the inoculation of smallpox occurs inWan Quan’s (1499- 1582) Douzhenxinfa,[1] and was further developed by Edward Jenner with the discovery of smallpox vaccine in 1796.[2] Immunology made a great advance towards the end of the 19th century, with the isolation of infectious bacteria by Robert Koch[3] and the demonstration of antibody activity against diphtheria and tetanus toxins by Emil von Behring and Kitasato Shibasaburo.
