In a case study in Tao River Basin, China, we derived a high spatial-resolution regional distribution of evapotranspiration(ET) using the single crop coefficient method and Budyko equation. We then further analyzed the spatio-temporal characteristics of this diverse eco-hydrological basin from 2001–2010. The results suggest that the single crop coefficient method based on leaf area index captures better spatial and temporal dynamics of the regional ET than did the Budyko Equation method. The rising temperature was the main reason for the increasing ET in the Tao River Basin during 2001–2010. Areas with high ET efficiency were distributed mainly in the areas where the vegetation coverage was high, and a lower runoff coefficient responded. The estimated spatial patterns of ET allowed an improved understanding of the eco-hydrological processes within the Tao River Basin and the method used might be generalized as a reference for future regional-scale eco-hydrological research.

Cogging torque and electromagnetic vibration are two important factors for evaluating permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)and are key issues that must be considered and resolved in the design and manufacture of high-performance PMSM for electric vehicles.A fast and accurate magnetic field calculation model for interior permanent magnet synchronous machine(IPMSM)is proposed in this *** on the traditional magnetic potential permeance method,the stator cogging effect and complex boundary conditions of the IPMSM can be fully considered in this model,so as to realize the rapid calculation of equivalent magnetomotive force(MMF),air gap permeance,and other key electromagnetic *** this article,a 6-pole 36-slot IPMSM is taken as an example to establish its equivalent solution model,thereby the cogging torque is accurately *** the validity of this model is verified by a variety of different magnetic pole structures,pole slot combinations machines,and prototype *** addition,the improvement measure of the machine with different combination of pole arc coefficient is also studied based on this *** torque and electromagnetic vibration can be effectively *** with the finite element model and multi-physics coupling model,the electromagnetic characteristics and vibration performance of this machine are comprehensively compared and *** analysis results have well verified its *** can be extended to other structures or types of PMSM and has very important practical value and research significance.

甘肃黄河流域水沙动态及其归因分析

以甘肃黄河流域中洮河、祖厉河和泾河流域3个支流典型流域为研究区,基于SWAT模型对典型流域的水沙过程进行模拟。采用双累积曲线划分水沙变化特征时段,通过对比分析各特征时段SWAT模型的模拟结果,进行气候和下垫面因素对3个典型流域水沙过程影响的贡献分离。结果表明:SWAT模型对3个典型流域水沙模拟精度较好,不同典型流域径流深和输沙模数空间分异显著,洮河流域水多沙少,祖厉河和泾河流域水少沙多;3个典型流域降水-径流和径流-泥沙双累积曲线的斜率存在明显变化,以斜率表征的径流系数和输沙量均呈减小趋势;1980—2020年,3个典型流域水沙俱减,气候和下垫面因素对各特征时段水沙变化的贡献存在差异,前期气候因素影响显著,后期下垫面因素贡献有所提升;人类活动参与改造的下垫面因素是甘肃黄河流域水沙俱减的主要原因。

In this paper,the equivalent reluctance network model(ERNM)is used to calculate the magnetic circuit of a permanent magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMASynRM)and calculate no-load air-gap magnetic field and electromagnetic *** method is used to solve the relative permeability of iron core.A novel reluctance network model based on actual distribution of the magnetic flux inside the motor is *** magnetomotive force(MMF)generated by armature winding affects the relative permeability of iron core,which is considered in the calculation of ERNM to improve the accuracy when the motor is under *** can be used to measure air-gap flux density,no-load back electromotive force(EMF),the average value of motor torque,the armature winding voltage under load,and power *** method of calculating the motor performance is *** results of calculation are consistent with finite element method(FEM)and the computational complexity is much less than that of the *** results of ERNM has been verified,which will provide a simple method for motor design and analysis.

A new consensus protocol for high order multi-agent systems

In this paper, the consensus problem of a class of high order multi-agent systems is studied. We supposed the multi-agent can only exchange information only accord to a directed communication graph. By using the relative state consensus algorithm, a sufficient condition is provided for consensus achievement. Then, a new consensus protocol which using a state observer is provided. The N observer and the N multi-agents can be viewed as 2N multi-agent components which will reach consensus asymptotically. This technique simplified consensus protocol design to some extent. We believe this technique can be extended to solve consensus problem exists in multi-agent systems with nonlinear dynamics over directed communication graph or even switching graph.

针对青海省柴达尔支线铁路扩能改造工程设计,对既有路基进行全面现场勘察,分析病害的发育性状及分布规律,并从帮宽路基病害机理出发,提出了"防冻为主,综合治理"的设计原则。从换填既有基床填料、修筑保温护道、铺设土工格栅、整治基床翻浆冒泥及下沉外挤、改造和完善路基排水系统等方面总结出了一套适合高原冻土区路基病害的综合防治技术。经改造后路基沉降远小于允许值,在保护冻土的同时也保护了生态环境,为高原冻土区既有线的扩能改造工程积累了经验。

兰州地铁1号线下穿既有地下通道的影响分析

采用有限差分软件FLAC3D建立三维数值模型,模拟了兰州地铁1号线盾构隧道在砂卵石地层中下穿既有地下通道的施工过程,对比分析基底预加固和未加固2种工况下下穿施工对地下通道的影响和地基沉降变形情况,并且进一步分析了未加固时自由场地、已有地下通道2种场地条件下施工引起的地下通道基底变形情况。结果表明:基底预加固可使地下通道不均匀变形及整体沉降明显减小;地下通道的存在有提高地层整体刚度、抵御部分沉降变形的能力。工程实践表明,预加固有效控制了最大沉降量、最大沉降差和地层变形范围;地下通道变形均小于规范限值,整体稳定性良好。

Background: The potential impact of β cell function and insulin sensitivity on adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) remains uncertain. We aimed to investigate the association between β cell dysfunction, insulin resistance, and the composite adverse pregnancy ***: This observational study included 482 women diagnosed with GDM during pregnancy. Quantitative metrics on β cell function and insulin sensitivity during pregnancy were calculated using traditional equations. The association of β cell dysfunction and insulin resistance with the risk of the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes was investigated using multivariable-adjusted logistic regression ***: Multivariable-adjusted odds ratios (ORs) of adverse pregnancy outcomes across quartiles of homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were 1.00, 0.95, 1.34, and 2.25, respectively (P for trend = 0.011). When HOMA-IR was considered as a continuous variable, the multivariable-adjusted OR of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 1.34 (95% confidence interval 1.16-1.56) for each 1-unit increase in HOMA-IR. Multivariable-adjusted ORs of adverse pregnancy outcomes across quartiles of homeostatic model assessment for β cell function (HOMA-β) were 1.00, 0.51, 0.60, and 0.53, respectively (P for trend = 0.068). When HOMA-β was considered as a continuous variable, the multivariable-adjusted OR of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 0.57 (95% CI 0.24-0.90) for each 1-unit increase in HOMA-β. However, other quantitative metrics were not associated with the composite adverse pregnancy ***: We demonstrated a significant association of β cell function and insulin sensitivity with the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes. We have provided additional evidence on the early identification of adverse pregnancy outcomes besides the glycemic values.

R-loops are three-stranded nucleic acid structures,in which RNA hybridizes to one DNA strand and forces another DNA strand to bulge *** evidence demonstrated that R-loops play important roles in many physiological processes,including regulation of gene expression,telomere stability,class-switch recombination,and mitochondrial DNA replication[1–4].However,unscheduled R-loops can be formed as genomic threats to trigger DNA replication stress and genome instability,which may contribute to neurodegeneration,cancer,and inflammatory diseases[5,6].Given the versatile roles of R-loops in cellular processes,it is essential to precisely map their genome-wide distribution and quantify their dynamics for various cell types,tissues,and organisms under different conditions and developmental stages to address their sources,roles,and resolution[7].
