Based on the empirical electron surface model （EESM）,the covalent electron density of dangling bonds （CEDDB） was calculated for various crystal planes of gold,and the surface energy was calculated *** results show that CEDDB has a great influence on the surface energy of various index surfaces and the anisotropy of the *** calculated surface energy is in agreement with experimental and other theoretical *** calculated surface energy of the close-packed （111） surface has the lowest surface energy,which agrees with the theoretical ***,it is found that the spatial distribution of covalent bonds has a great influence on the surface energy of various index ***,CEDDB should be a suitable parameter to describe and quantify the dangling bonds and surface energy of various crystal surfaces.

AIM:To report a one-year clinical outcomes of low-dose laser cycloplasty(LCP)among malignant glaucoma ***:In this prospective,multicenter,noncomparative clinical study,participants with malignant glaucoma were recruited and underwent LCP at eight ophthalmic centers in *** were followed up at 1wk,1,3,6,and *** pressure(IOP),number of glaucoma medications,anterior chamber depth(ACD),and complications were *** success was defined as the reformation of the anterior chamber based on slit-lamp *** was defined by the presence of a shallow orﬂat anterior chamber after initial recovery from ***:A total of 34 eyes received *** IOP and medications decreased from 36.1±11.5 mm Hg with 3.3±1.5 glaucoma medications pre-treatment to 20.9±9.8 mm Hg(Pline to 1.7±1.0 mm and to 2.0±0.5 mm at 1d and 12mo,respectively.A total of 32(94.1%)eyes achieved initial anatomical *** follow-up,2(5.9%)eyes failed and 8(23.5%)eyes relapsed,yielding a 12-month anatomical success rate of 64.3%.Complications including anterior synechia(8.82%),choroidal/ciliary detachment(5.88%)and hypopyon(2.94%)were observed within ***:LCP is simple,safe,and effective in reforming the anterior chamber in malignant glaucoma.

为研究建筑工业噪声对建筑产业工人学习效率的影响,招募29名建筑工人作为被试进行实验。将工业噪声类型分为平稳噪声与复杂噪声,每组被试均随机进行特定噪声类型下的对照组(日常白噪声)、低噪声组(均值60 dB(A))、中噪声组(均值70 dB(A))和高噪声组(均值80 dB(A))4个不同级别噪声干扰下的实验。通过脑电(EEG)特征提取与认知科学结合的方法收集并研究被试在不同噪声类型与级别下的行为与认知状态数据。结果显示:与平稳噪声环境相比,复杂噪声环境更容易导致工人的学习效率降低。相同噪声类型下,噪声级别大小对工人学习效率的影响无显著差异。不同噪声类型对工人认知状态的影响无显著差异。复杂噪声环境下不同级别的噪声对工人认知状态的影响无显著差异。平稳噪声环境下不同级别的噪声对工人的认知负荷的影响不存在显著差别,但是对注意力的影响存在显著差异。相关性分析结果表明:注意力与认知负荷呈负相关,反应时间与正确率不相关,注意力和认知负荷与正确率不相关,注意力与反应时间呈负相关,认知负荷与反应时间呈正相关,由此验证了认知状态在噪声与工人的学习效率之间存在中介效应。该研究结果为制定针对性措施降低噪声对建筑工人认知状态的影响提供了科学依据。

BACKGROUND Acute decompensation(AD)of cirrhosis is associated with high short-term mortality,mainly due to the development of acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF).Thus,there is a need for biomarkers for early and accurate identification of AD patients with high risk of development of ACLF and *** triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)is released from activated innate immune cells and correlated with various inflammatory *** To explore the prognostic value of sTREM-1 in patients with AD of *** A multicenter prospective cohort of 442 patients with cirrhosis hospitalized for AD was divided into a study cohort(n=309)and validation cohort(n=133).Demographic and clinical data were collected,and serum sTREM-1 was measured at *** enrolled patients were followed-up for at least 1 *** In patients with AD and cirrhosis,serum sTREM-1 was an independent prognosis predictor for 1-year survival and correlated with liver,coagulation,cerebral and kidney failure.A new prognostic model of AD(P-AD)incorporating sTREM-1,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),total bilirubin(TBil),international normalized ratio(INR)and hepatic encephalopathy grades was established and performed better than the model for end-stage liver disease(MELD),MELD-sodium(MELD-Na),chronic liver failure-consortium(CliF-C)ACLF and CliF-C AD ***,sTREM-1 was increased in ACLF and predicted the development of ACLF during first 28-d *** ACLF risk score incorporating serum sTREM-1,BUN,INR,TBil and aspartate aminotransferase levels was established and significantly superior to MELD,MELD-Na,CliF-C ACLF,CliF-C AD and P-AD in predicting risk of ACLF *** Serum sTREM-1 is a promising prognostic biomarker for ACLF development and mortality in patients with AD of cirrhosis.

为提升手术机器人的安全性及操作绩效,以椎板减压手术机器人为研究对象,对其交互界面进行用户评价。采用层次分析法计算各维度评价指标权重,并对骨外科医生展开问卷调研,收集界面内操作按键、实时磨削信息和机器人运行信息的有用性、易学习性、易理解性、平衡度及整体度评分。通过加权求和,得出界面内各按键及信息的加权评分。结果表明,操作按键、实时磨削信息的易学习性和平衡度评分及机器人运行信息的平衡度评分较低;界面内操作按键的加权评分高于均值,但实时磨削、机器人运行信息的加权评分低于均值。可见未来设计手术机器人界面时,需注重界面内按键及信息的辨识度,避免出现易混淆的按键或信息。统一界面语言、使用医用专业领域词汇、添加界面操作提示或功能说明是提升手术机器人安全性及操作绩效的必要设计。

Whereas loess-mudstone landslides are widely distributed and frequently occurred at the loess Plateau,this type of landslides is hard to detect due to its particularity,and easily generates serious *** clarify the shear characteristics and formation mechanism of loess-mudstone landslides,field investigations,ring shear tests and numerical simulation analyses were performed on the loess specimens collected from the Dingjiagou landslide in Yan’an city,*** test results showed that both the peak strength and residual strength of slip zone soils have a decreasing tendency with moisture content,while the increasing of normal stress caused an increase in the shear *** phenomena indicate that the rise in the moisture content induced by precipitation or the decreasing of normal stress due to excavation activities would result in the weakening of slip zone *** simulations of the evolution process of slope failure using the finite element method were conducted based on the Mohr–Coulomb *** was found that the heavy precipitation played a more important role in the slope instability compared with the *** addition,the field investigation showed that loess soils with well-developed cracks and underlying mudstone soils provide material base for the formation of loess-mudstone ***,the formation mechanism of this type of landslides was divided into three stages,namely,the local deformation stage,the penetration stage,the creeping-sliding *** study may provide a basis for understanding the sliding process of loess-mudstone landslides,as well as guidelines for the prevention and mitigation of loess-mudstone landslides.
