Kink oscillations,which are frequently observed in coronal loops and prominences,are often accompanied by extreme-ultraviolet(EUV)***,much more needs to be explored regarding the causal relationships between kink oscillations and EUV *** this article,we report the simultaneous detection of kink oscillations and EUV waves that are both associated with an X2.1.flare on 2.2. March 03(SOL2.2.-03-03T1.:39).The kink oscillations,which are almost perpendicular to the axes of loop-{2.ke structures,are observed in three coronal loops and one *** short loop shows in-phase oscillation within the same period of 5.2.min at three *** oscillation could be triggered by the pushing of an expanding loop and interpreted as the standing kink *** lags are found between the kink oscillations of the short loop and two long loops,suggesting that the kink wave travels in different *** kink oscillations of one long loop and the prominence are possibly driven by the disturbance of the coronal mass ejection(CME),and that of another long loop might be attributed to the interaction of the EUV *** onset time of the kink oscillation of the short loop is nearly same as the beginning of an EUV *** fact demonstrates that they are almost *** EUV wave is most {2.kely excited by the expanding loop structure and shows two *** leading component is a fast coronal wave,and the trai{2.ng one could be due to the stretching magnetic field {2.nes.

The excitation energy transfer efficiency between p-Car and Chla molecules in purified CP43 and CP47 was calculated by comparing absorption and fluorescence excitation after normalization at 550 nm, CP43 had an energy transfer efficiency of 2..1. while the CP47 had an energy transfer efficiency of 62.8%, proving that excitation energy was transferred between p-Car and Chla molecules in CP43 and CP47 at normal conditions. The excitation energy transfer between p-Car and Chla molecules in CP43 and CP47 may occur through the "Dexter" mechanism and the distance between these two kinds of pigments should be less than 1.nm. In addition, the results were also used to discuss the conformational relationship between p-Car and Chla molecules in CP43 and CP47.

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is an autosomal dominantly inherited disease characterized by multiple gas-trointestinal hamartomatous polyps and melanin spots on lips and buccal mucosa, with an increased risk for various cancers. The PJS gene, a potential tumour suppressor gene, encoding a serine/ threonie kinase (STK1.), was mapped to chromosome 1.p1..3. To investigate the mutations of STK1. gene in {1. with PJS, we analyzed its coding sequence in fifteen patients and twenty unaffected members of six fami-lies, including three multigenerational families with PJS and three sporadic families with PJS, by PCR, PCR-DHPLC and DNA sequencing techniques. Ten point mutations were found in the six families, including five missense mutations, one acceptor-splice site mutation, a nonsense mutation and three silent mutations. Our data showed that five missense muta-tions occurrd at codon 1.3 (CAG to CAT) in exon 2. codon 1.1.(ATT to AGT) in exon 4, codon 1.4 (GAC to GAG) in exon 4, codon 2.5 (CTC to TTC) in exon 5 and codon 354 (TTC to TTG) in exon 8. One kind of nonsense mutation was detected at codon 37 (CAG to TAG) in exon 1. Furthermore, we found an intronic mutation at a splice-acceptor site: a one base substitution from AG to AA in intron 4. These muta-tions were not detected in 2. normal DNA samples. In three sporadic families, only in one patient, we detected a missense mutation in exon 5. In addition, we found three silent muta-tions, which may cause polymorphisms of STK1. gene in in-trons 1.+36), 3(-51. and 5(+2.). These results indicated that the point mutation in STK1. might be involved in PJS patho-genesis. Mutation frequency is higher in the families suffer-ing PJS in three or more generations than that of the spo-radic cases.

CCD and WFI are payloads in the visible light and near infrared bands on CBERS satellites and they have not been applied widely, especially WFI. This article mainly probes into the potential of these two sensors’ application in the vegetation monitoring and analyses the influences of radiometric calibration, atmosphere conditions and sun-observing geometry, etc. on NDVI obtained from these two sensors respectively. In addition it analyses the effect of the spectral response difference of red and near infrared spectral bands in CCD and WFI sensors on NDVI. Results indicate that radiometric calibration is the most important factor on NDVI, which cannot be applied to vegetation monitoring without radiometric calibration. Results also demonstrate that near surface NDVI is different greatly from that of TOA which change with atmosphere conditions. The study shows that NDVI is also affected by the non-lambertian character of surface and the change of the atmospheric path with the observing geometry. And NDVI of WFI is higher than that of CCD. They are very different because of their spectral difference, but they have a good linear relevant relationship.

With the commissioning of the Cooler Storage Ring at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL-CSR),a pilot experiment operating the CSRe in isochronous mode to test the power of HIRFL-CSR for measuring the mass of the short-lived nucleus was performed in December of 2.07. The fragments with A/q = 2.of 36Ar were injected into CSRe and their revolution frequencies were measured with a fast time pick-up detector with a thin foil in the circulating path of the ions. The preliminary result is presented. The result shows the potential of CSRe for mass measurements of short-lived nuclei.

Precipitous Arctic sea-ice decline and the corresponding increase in Arctic open-water areas in summer months give more space for sea-ice growth in the subsequent cold seasons. Compared to the decline of the entire Arctic multiyear sea ice,changes in newly formed sea ice indicate more thermodynamic and dynamic information on Arctic atmosphere–ocean–ice interaction and northern mid–high latitude atmospheric teleconnections. Here, we use a large multimodel ensemble from phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6) to investigate future changes in wintertime newly formed Arctic sea ice. The commonly used model-democracy approach that gives equal weight to each model essentially assumes that all models are independent and equally plausible, which contradicts with the fact that there are large interdependencies in the ensemble and discrepancies in models' performances in reproducing observations. Therefore, instead of using the arithmetic mean of well-performing models or all available models for projections like in previous studies, we employ a newly developed model weighting scheme that weights all models in the ensemble with consideration of their performance and independence to provide more reliable projections. Model democracy leads to evident bias and large intermodel spread in CMIP6 projections of newly formed Arctic sea ice. However, we show that both the bias and the intermodel spread can be effectively reduced by the weighting scheme. Projections from the weighted models indicate that wintertime newly formed Arctic sea ice is likely to increase dramatically until the middle of this century regardless of the emissions ***, it may decrease(or remain stable) if the Arctic warming crosses a threshold(or is extensively constrained).

Amphiphilic aminated fullerenes have a broad margin of safety and significant antitumor ***,we develop a simple and versatile synthesis strategy for tetraamino-[60]fullerene epoxide(C_(60)(NR^(1.R^(2.)_(4)O)using C_(60)Cl_(6)as a precursor,which notably reduces the reaction time to less than 1.h while retaining a high yield of over 80%with both cyclic and linear secondary amine substrates even at the gram *** molecular structure of C_(60)(NR^(1.R^(2.)_(4)O is first validated by single-crystal diffraction,and a two-step reaction mechanism comprising nucleophilic substitution of Cl and the oxidative elimination of Cl_(2.is proposed based on experimental verification and density functional theory simulation.A set of water-soluble aminated C_(60)(NR^(1.R^(2.)_(4)O was prepared in large quantities,and in vitro antitumor evaluation unveiled the critical role that terminal primary amino moieties of C_(60)(NR^(1.R^(2.)_(4)O play in their antineoplastic *** work provides an effective synthesis method for aminated C_(60)(NR^(1.R^(2.)_(4)O,facilitating the development of fullerene-derived tumor-targeted drugs.

Integrated Active Suspension and Anti-Lock Braking Control for Four-Wheel-Independent-Drive Electric Vehicles

This paper presents an integrated control scheme for enhancing the ride comfort and handling performance of a four-wheel-independent-drive electric vehicle through the coordination of active suspension system(ASS)and anti-lock braking system(ABS).First,a longitudinal-vertical coupled vehicle dynamics model is established by integrating a road input *** the coupling mechanisms between longitudinal and vertical vehicle dynamics are *** ASS-ABS integrated control system is proposed,utilizing an H∞controller for ASS to optimize load transfer effect and a neural network sliding mode control for ABS ***,the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is evaluated through comprehensive tests conducted on a hardware-in-loop(HIL)test *** HIL test results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can significantly improve the braking performance and ride comfort compared to conventional ABS control methods.
