Based on the light-cone effective Hamiltonian with confining potential and SU （3） flavor mixing interactions, the flavor mixing mesons on the u, d, and s quark sectors are investigated. The mass eigen equations of the flavor mixing vector and pseudo vector mesons are solved. The calculated masses are in good agreement with the experimental data.

Microglia are involved in the inflammatory response and retinal ganglion cell damage in ***,we investigated how microglia proliferate and migrate in a mouse model of chronic ocular hypertension(COH).In COH retinas,the microglial proliferation that occurred was inhibited by the P2X7 receptor(P2X7R)blocker BBG or P2X7R knockout,but not by the P2X4R blocker *** of primary cultured microglia with BzATP,a P2X7R agonist,mimicked the effects of cell proliferation and migration in COH retinas through the intracellular MEK/ERK signaling *** migration assays showed that the P2X4R agonist CTP induced microglial migration,which was completely blocked by *** vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrated that ATP,released from activated Müller cells through connexin43 hemichannels,acted on P2X7R to induce microglial proliferation,and acted on P2X4R/P2X7R(mainly P2X4R)to induce microglial *** results suggest that inhibiting the interaction of Müller cells and microglia may attenuate microglial proliferation and migration in glaucoma.

BACKGROUND: Research has revealed a shift towards Th2 in many types of malignant tumor, but the state of Th1/Th2 is not clear in patients with primary hepatic cancer (PHC). This study was designed to determine the expression of Th1- versus Th2-type cytokines in primary hepatic cancer and the adjacent liver tissue in order to provide evidence for treatment of the Th1/Th2 shift. METHODS: Samples were collected from 11 patients with PHC. The gene expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using IFN-gamma and IL-2 as Th1-type cytokine genes, and IL-4 and IL-10 as Th2-type cytokine genes. RESULTS: Th1-type cytokines were expressed in 7/11 PHCs and 9/11 adjacent liver tissues, while Th0 type cytokines occurred in 4/11 PHCs and 2/11 adjacent liver tissues. CONCLUSION: Th1-type cytokines are expressed predominantly in primary hepatic cancer and the adjacent liver tissue.

Qing-Fei-Pai-Du decoction(QFPDD)is a Chinese medicine compound formula recommended for combating corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of *** latest clinical study showed that early treatment with QFPDD was associated with favorable outcomes for patient recovery,viral shedding,hospital stay,and course of the ***,the effective constituents of QFPDD remain *** this study,an UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS based method was developed to identify the chemical constituents in QFPDD and the absorbed prototypes as well as the metabolites in mice serum and tissues following oral administration of QFPDD.A total of 405 chemicals,including 40 kinds of alkaloids,162 kinds of flavonoids,44 kinds of organic acids,71 kinds of triterpene saponins and 88 kinds of other compounds in the water extract of QFPDD were tentatively identified via comparison with the retention times and MS/MS spectra of the standards or refereed by *** the help of the standards and in vitro metabolites,195 chemical components(including 104 prototypes and 91 metabolites)were identified in mice serum after oral administration of *** addition,165,177,112,120,44,53 constituents were identified in the lung,liver,heart,kidney,brain,and spleen of QFPDD-treated mice,*** findings provided key information and guidance for further investigation on the pharmacologically active substances and clinical applications of QFPDD.

The study was undertaken to assess the genetic effect of quantitative trait loci （QTLs） conferring heat tolerance at flowering stage in rice. A population consisting of 279 F2 individuals from the cross between 996, a heat tolerant cultivar and 4628, a heat-sensitive cultivar, was analyzed for their segregation pattern of the difference of seed set rate under optimal temperature condition and high temperature condition. The difference of seed set rate under optimal temperature condition and high temperature condition showed normal distribution, indicating the polygenic control over the trait. To identify main effect of QTL for heat tolerance, the parents were surveyed with 200 primer pairs of simple sequence repeats （SSR）. The parental survey revealed 30% polymorphism between parents. In order to detect the main QTL association with heat tolerance, a strategy of combining the DNA pooling from selected segregants and genotyping was adopted. The association of putative markers identified based on DNA pooling from selected segregants was established by single marker analysis （SMA）. The results of SMA revealed that SSR markers, RM3735 on chromosome 4 and RM3586 on chromosome 3 showed significant association with heat tolerance respectively, accounted for 17 and 3% of the total variation respectively. The heat tolerance during flowering stage in rice was controlled by multiple gene. The SSR markers, RM3735 on chromosome 4 and RM3586 on chromosome 3 showed significant association with heat tolerance respectively, accounted for 17 and 3% of the total variation respectively. The two genetic loci, especially for RM3735 on chromosome 4, can be used in marker-assistant-selected method in heat tolerance breeding in rice.

The dendrite growth of li anodes severely degrades the performance of lithium-oxygen(li-O2) ***, hybrid solid electrolyte(HSE) has been regarded as one of the most promising routes to tackle this problem. However, before this is realized, the HSE needs to simultaneously satisfy contradictory requirements of high modulus and even, flexible contact with li anode, while ensuring uniform li+distribution. To tackle this complex dilemma, here, an HSE with rigid li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3(LAGP)core@ultrathin flexible poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP) shell interface has been developed. The introduced large amount of nanometer-sized LAGP cores can not only act as structural enhancer to achieve high Young’s modulus but can also construct li+diffusion network to homogenize li+distribution. The ultrathin flexible PVDF-HFP shell provides soft and stable contact between the rigid core and li metal without affecting the li+distribution, meanwhile suppressing the reduction of LAGP induced by direct contact with li metal. Thanks to these advantages, this ingenious HSE with ultra-high Young’s modulus of 25 GPa endows dendrite-free li deposition even at a deposition capacity of 23.6 m ***, with the successful inhibition of li dendrites, the HSE-based quasi-solid-state li-O2battery delivers a long cycling stability of 146 cycles, which is more than three times that of gel polymer electrolyte-based li-O2battery. This new insight may serve as a starting point for further designing of HSE in li-O2batteries, and can also be extended to various battery systems such as sodium-oxygen batteries.

Objective: To investigate the distributions of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A and-B alleles and HLA-A-B haplotypes in the Yi ethnic minority of the Yunnan Province, situated in southwestern China. Methods: DNA typing for HLA-A and-B loci was performed using the polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing (PCR-SBT) method on 114 randomly selected healthy individuals of the Yi population. The allelic frequencies of HLA-A and-B loci were calculated by direct counting and HLA-A-B haplotypes were estimated using the expectation maximization algorithm. Results: A total of 17 HLA-A and 38 HLA-B alleles were found in the Yi population. The most frequent alleles were A2402 (32.46%), A1101 (26.32%), and A0203 (10.09%) at the HLA-A locus and B4601 (12.28%), B1525 (10.09%), B4001 (8.77%), and B3802 (7.89%) at the HLA-B locus. The predominant HLA-A-B haplotypes were A2402-B1525 (7.86%) and A0203-B3802 (5.64%), followed by A1101-B4001 (4.69%). Phylogenetic analysis indicates that the Yi population in the Honghe, Yunnan Province of China basically belongs to groups of southeastern Asian origin, but shares some characteristics with northeastern Asian groups. Conclusion: The present study may add to the understanding of HLA polymorphism in the Yi ethnic group that was poorly defined previously, and provide useful information for bone marrow transplantation, anthropological research, and forensic sciences as well as for disease-association studies.

Brain development requires a delicate balance between self-renewal and differentiation in neural stem cells(NSC),which rely on the precise regulation of gene ***-eleven translocation 2(TET2)modulates gene expression by the hydroxymethylation of 5-methylcytosine in DNA as an important epigenetic factor and participates in the neuronal ***,the regulation of TET2 in the process of neuronal differentiation remains ***,the protein level of TET2 was reduced by the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway during NSC differentiation,in contrast to mRNA *** identified that TET2 physically interacts with the core subunits of the glucose-induced degradation-deficient(GID)ubiquitin ligase complex,an evolutionarily conserved ubiquitin ligase complex and is ubiquitinated by *** protein levels of GID complex subunits increased reciprocally with TET2 level upon NSC *** silencing of the core subunits of the GID complex,including WDR26 and ARMC8,attenuated the ubiquitination and degradation of TET2,increased the global 5-hydroxymethylcytosine levels,and promoted the differentiation of the ***2 level increased in the brain of the Wdr26^(+/-)*** results illustrated that the GID complex negatively regulates TET2 protein stability,further modulates NSC differentiation,and represents a novel regulatory mechanism involved in brain development.
