Polymyxin B,produced by Paenibacillus polymyxa,is used as the last line of defense *** this study,exogenous mixture of precursor amino acids increased the level and proportion of polymyxin B1 in the total of polymyxin B analogs of *** CJX518-AC(PPAC)from 0.15 g/L and 61.8%to 0.33 g/L and 79.9%,*** co-culture of strain PPAC and recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum-leu01,which produces high levels of threonine,leucine,and isoleucine,increased polymyxin B1 production to 0.64 g/*** strains PPAC and ***-leu01 simultaneously inoculated into an optimized medium with 20 g/L peptone,polymyxin B1 production was increased to 0.97 g/***,the polymyxin B1 production in the co-culture of strains PPAC and ***-leu01 increased to 2.21 g/L after optimized inoculation ratios and fermentation medium with 60 g/L *** study provides a new strategy to improve polymyxin B1 production.

The optical potential ambiguity is a long-standing problem in the analysis of elastic scattering *** a specific collid-ing system,ambiguous potential families can lead to different behaviors in the nearside and farside scattering *** contrast,the envelope method can decompose the experimental data into two components with negative and positive deflection angles,***,a question arises as to whether the comparison between the calculated nearside(or farside)component and the derived positive-deflection-angle(or negative-deflection-angle)component can help analyze the potential ambiguity *** this study,we conducted a trial application of the envelope method to the potential ambiguity *** envelope method was improved by including uncertainties in the experimental *** colliding systems of 16O+28Si at 215.2 MeV and 12C+12C at 1016 MeV were considered in the *** each colliding system,the angular distribution experimental data were described nearly equally well by two potential sets,one of which is“surface transpar-ent”and the other is *** calculated angular distributions were decomposed into nearside and farside scattering *** the improved envelope method,the experimental data were decomposed into the positive-deflection-angle and negative-deflection-angle components,which were then compared with the calculated nearside and farside *** capability of the envelope method to analyze the potential ambiguities was also discussed.

AIM: To examine the concentration of a new antigen SC6 (SC6-Ag) recognized by monoclonal antibody (MAb)in patients with pancreatic cancer and other malignant or benign diseases and to understand whether SC6-Ag has any clinical significance in distinguishing pancreatic cancer from other gastrointestinal ***: Six hundred and ninety-five serum specimens obtained from 115 patients with pancreatic cancer, 154 patients with digestive cancer and 95patients with non-digestive cancer were used and classified in this study. Serum specimens obtained from 140 patients with benign digestive disease and 89 patients with non-benign digestive disease served as controls. Ascites was tapped from 16 pancreatic cancer patients, 19 hepatic cancer patients, 16 colonic cancer patients, 10 gastric cancer and 6 severe necrotic pancreatitis patients. The samples were quantitated by solid-phase radioimmunoassay. The cut-off values (CV)of 41, 80, and 118 U/mL were ***: The average intra- and interassay CV detected by immunoradiometric assay of SC6-Ag was 5.4% and 8.7%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity were 73.0% and 90.9% respectively. The levels in most malignant and benign cases were within the normal upper limit. Among the 16 pancreatic cancer cases, the concentration of SC6-Ag in ascites was over the normal range in 93.8% patients. There was no significant difference in the concentration of *** expression of SC6-Ag in sera was significantly related to tumor differentiation. The concentration of SC6-Ag was higher in patients before surgery than after surgery. The specificity of SC6-Ag and CA19-9 was significantly higher than that of ultrasound and computer tomography (CT) in pancreatic cancer patients. Higher positive predictive values were indicated in 92.3% SC6-Ag and 88.5% CA19-9, but lower in 73.8% ultrasound and 76.2% ***: The combined test of SC6-Ag and CA19-9 may improve the diagnostic rate of primary cancer. Non-invasive image-guided precise photothermal/photodynamic therapy(PTT/PDT)has been proven to be an effective local treatment modality but incompetent against ***,the combination of local PTT/PDT and systemic immunotherapy would be a promising strategy for tumor ***,a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-visualized PTT/PDT agent(SIDP NMs)was constructed,and the efficacy of its multimodal combination with a programmed cell death 1(PD-1)inhibitor in the treatment of melanoma and metastases was *** to the hydrophobic encapsulation of indocyanine green within the micellar core,SIDP NMs exhibited excellent photothermal/photodynamic properties and stability under an 808 nm near-infrared *** vitro cell experiments showed that SIDP NMs had a good killing *** incubating with B16-F10 cells for 24 h and irradiating with an 808-nm laser for 10 min,cell viability decreased *** resonance imaging experiments in melanoma-bearing mice have shown that the dynamic distribution of SIDP NMs in tumor tissue could be monitored by T2WI and T2-MAP non-invasively due to the presence of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanocrystal in SIDP *** the 808 nm laser was irradiated at the maximum focusing time point shown by MRI,the temperature of the tumor area rapidly increased from 32℃to 60.7℃in 5 *** mouse melanoma ablation and distant tumor immunotherapy studies,SIDP NMs provided excellent MRI-guided PTT/PDT results and,when combined with PD-1 inhibitor,have great potential to cure primary tumors and eradicate metastases.

The stable operation of solid-state lithium metal batteries at low temperatures is plagued by severe restrictions from inferior electrolyte-electrode interface compatibility and increased energy barrier for li^(+)***,we prepare a dual-salt poly(tetrahydrofuran)-based electrolyte consisting of lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate(liDFOB).The li-salt anions(DFOB−)not only accelerate the ring-opening polymerization of tetrahydrofuran,but also promote the formation of highly ion-conductive and sustainable interphases on li metal anodes without sacrificing the li^(+)conductivity of electrolytes,which is favorable for li^(+)transport kinetics at low *** of this polymer electrolyte in li||liFePO_(4)cells show 82.3%capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 30℃and endow stable discharge capacity at−30℃.Remarkably,the li||liFePO4 cells retain 52%of their room-temperature capacity at−20℃and 0.1 *** rational design of dual-salt polymer-based electrolytes may provide a new perspective for the stable operation of quasi-solid-state batteries at low temperatures.

The inhomogeneous sinter properties in super-high bed sintering have been reported in our previous *** inves-tigate the reasons for the inhomogeneous phenomena,detailed sampling and analysis of mixed material bed and sintered bed in super-high bed sintering plant were *** results indicated that the higher porosity and thinner dendrite of silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum in the upper layer as well as dense structure and higher secondary hematite content in the lower layer led to the heterogeneities of mechanical strength and reduction properties exceeding 20%and 10%,*** the bed top downward,the basicity of mixed material decreased from 2.13 to 1.68 because the average particle size increased from 2.65 to 4.56 *** and fuels gathered in finer particles(-3 mm)of mixed material,and the-3 mm particles of mixed material generated more liquid phase than+3 mm *** heat input of super-high sintering bed was inhomogeneous due to the heat accumulation effect and unreasonable fuel *** inhomo-geneous sintering heat condition in sintering bed resulted in the different quantities and properties of liquid *** inhomogeneous quantities and properties of liquid phase that were influenced by inhomogeneous distribution of chemical composition,particle size,and heat input led to inhomogeneous mineralizing *** mineralizing condition is the key for homogeneous super-high bed sintering.

The Inner Product Masking(IPM)scheme has been shown to provide higher theoretical security guarantees than the BooleanMasking(BM).This scheme aims to increase the algebraic complexity of the coding to achieve a higher level of *** previous work unfolds when certain(adversarial and implementation)conditions are met,and we seek to complement these investigations by understanding what happens when these conditions deviate from their expected *** this paper,we investigate the security characteristics of IPM under different *** adversarial condition,the security properties of first-order IPMs obtained through parametric characterization are preserved in the face of univariate and bivariate *** implementation condition,we construct two new polynomial leakage functions to observe the nonlinear leakage of the IPM and connect the security order amplification to the nonlinear *** observe that the security of IPMis affected by the degree and the linear component in the leakage *** addition,the comparison experiments from the coefficients,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the public parameter show that the security properties of the IPM are highly implementation-dependent.

In order to reduce the labor intensity of high-altitude workers and realize the cleaning and maintenance of high-rise building exteriors,this paper proposes a design for a 4-DOF bipedal wall-climbing bionic robot inspired by the inchworm’s *** robot utilizes vacuum adsorption for vertical wall attachment and legged movement for *** enhance the robot’s movement efficiency and reduce wear on the adsorption device,a gait mimicking an inchworm’s movement is planned,and foot trajectory planning is performed using a quintic polynomial *** velocity constraints,foot trajectory optimization is achieved using an improved Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm,determining the quintic polynomial function with the best fitness through ***,through comparative experiments,the climbing time of the robot closely matches the simulation results,validating the trajectory planning method’s accuracy.
