Accessing high-order multiphoton excited fluorescence(H-MPEF)materials is challenging yet and needs complicated synthesis *** this study,we successfully assembled plasmonic Au nanorods(Au NRs)with multiphoton responsive metalorganic frameworks(MOFs),resulting in a significant several-fold enhancement of *** extent of multiphoton enhancement was found to be strongly dependent on the degree of overlap between the multiphoton excitation wavelength of MOFs and the localized surface plasmon resonance absorbance of Au NRs,indicating the importance of plasmon-induced resonance energy ***,plasmon-induced hot electron transfer played a vital role in enhanced multiphoton activity as ***,the optimum H-MPEF enhancement occurs at the second near-infrared(NIR-II)region,which provides a promising platform for fluorescent *** findings provide a feasible and practical method to fabricate optimized H-MPEF materials for biological imaging using tissue-penetrating NIR-II light.

BACKGROUND Recent reviews have outlined the main nanomaterials used in relation to gastrointestinal tumors and described the basic properties of these ***,the research hotspots and trends in the application of nanomaterials in gastric cancer(GC)remain *** To demonstrate the knowledge structure and evolutionary trends of research into the application of nanomaterials in *** Publications related to the application of nanomaterials in GC were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection for this systematic review and bibliometric *** and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric and visualization *** From 2000 to 2022,the application of nanomaterials in GC developed *** keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the related research topics were divided into three clusters:(1)The application of nanomaterials in GC treatment;(2)The application and toxicity of nanomaterials in GC diagnosis;and(3)The effects of nanomaterials on the biological behavior of GC ***,silver nanoparticles,and green synthesis are the latest high-frequency keywords that represent promising future research *** The application of nanomaterials in GC diagnosis and treatment and the mechanisms of their effects on GC cells have been major themes in this field over the past 23 years.

Objective This study aimed to establish a neural cell injury model in vitro by stimulating PC12 cells with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and to examine the effects of astragaloside IV on key targets using high-throughput sequence technology and bioinformatics *** PC12 cells in the logarithmic growth phase were treated with LPS at final concentrations of 0.25,0.5,0.75,1,and 1.25 mg/mL for 24 *** morphology was evaluated,and cell survival rates were calculated.A neurocyte inflammatory model was established with LPS treatment,which reached a 50%cell survival ***12 cells were treated with 0.01,0.1,1,10,or 100µmol/L astragaloside IV for 24 *** concentration of astragaloside IV that did not affect the cell survival rate was selected as the treatment group for subsequent *** activity was detected by colorimetry;the expression levels of ERCC2,XRCC4,XRCC2,TNF-α,IL-1β,TLR4,NOS and COX-2 mRNA and protein were detected by RT-qPCR and Western *** differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between the groups were screened using a second-generation sequence(fold change>2,Plity of PC12 cells was not altered by treatment with 0.01,0.1,or 1µmol/L astragaloside IV for 24 h(P>0.05).However,after treatment with 0.5,0.75,1,or 1.25 mg/mL LPS for 24 h,the viability steadily decreased(P<0.01).The mRNA and protein expression levels of ERCC2,XRCC4,XRCC2,TNF-α,IL-1β,TLR4,NOS,and COX-2 were significantly increased after PC12 cells were treated with 1 mg/mL LPS for 24 h(P<0.01);however,these changes were reversed when PC12 cells were pretreated with 0.01,0.1,or 1µmol/L astragaloside IV in PC12 cells and then treated with 1 mg/mL LPS for 24 h(P<0.05).Second-generation sequencing revealed that 1026 genes were upregulated,while 1287 genes were downregulat

Branched alkanes are ubiquitous in the troposphere and play an important role in the chemical *** this work,the rate constants and products for the reaction of Cl atoms with 3-methylhexane and 2-methylheptane were measured at room temperature(298±0.2K)and atmospheric pressure using a conventional relative rate *** rate constants of 3-methylhexane and 2-methylheptane in units of cm~3/(mol·sec)are(3.09±0.31)×10^(-10)and(3.67±0.40)×10^(-10),***,the corresponding atmospheric lifetime of the studied branched alkanes with Cl was 6.92-89.90 hours and 5.82-75.69 hours,*** estimated atmospheric lifetimes indicated that the reaction with Cl atoms could be the most important atmospheric degradation pathway for 3-methylhexane *** gas-phase products of the reactions were identified and quantified,and particle-phase products were also *** atmosphere oxidation mechanism of Cl atoms with 3-methylhexane and 2-methylheptane is *** SOA yields of 3-methylhexane and 2-methylheptane from the reaction of Cl atoms were determined to be7.96%±0.89%and 13.35%±1.50%***,the results reveal that the primary loss process of branched alkanes is the reaction with Cl atoms,which impacts its degradation on a regional scale.

SDH-FCOS:An Efficient Neural Network for Defect Detection in Urban Underground Pipelines

Urban underground pipelines are an important infrastructure in cities,and timely investigation of problems in underground pipelines can help ensure the normal operation of *** to the growing demand for defect detection in urban underground pipelines,this study developed an improved defect detection method for urban underground pipelines based on fully convolutional one-stage object detector(FCOS),called spatial pyramid pooling-fast(SPPF)feature fusion and dual detection heads based on FCOS(SDH-FCOS)*** study improved the feature fusion component of the model network based on FCOS,introduced an SPPF network structure behind the last output feature layer of the backbone network,fused the local and global features,added a top-down path to accelerate the circulation of shallowinformation,and enriched the semantic information acquired by shallow *** ability of the model to detect objects with multiple morphologies was strengthened by introducing dual detection *** experimental results using an open dataset of underground pipes show that the proposed SDH-FCOS model can recognize underground pipe defects more accurately;the average accuracy was improved by 2.7% compared with the original FCOS model,reducing the leakage rate to a large extent and achieving real-time ***,our model achieved a good trade-off between accuracy and speed compared with other mainstream *** proved the effectiveness of the proposed model.

As an effective strategy to improve the properties of electrocatalysts,magnetic field-assisted electrocatalytic water splitting has attracted increasing attention ***,the corresponding enhancements mostly depend on the exertion of an external magnetic field during electrochemical reactions,which results in a high cost of industrial production,and makes the magnetic field manipulation of electrocatalysis become a challenging *** this work,instead of the external magnetic field,a bias magnetic field is self-supplied by the remanence state of a ferromagnetic electrocatalyst of *** to the assistance of this bias magnetic field,the FePt film in the remanence state shows the overpotential of 229 mV during hydrogen evolution reaction,which is much lower than that in its demagnetization state(283 mV).Our findings demonstrate that the remanence in ferromagnetic electrocatalysts can improve the catalytic performance,which is attributed to the decrease in domain walls.

Mahjong,a complex game with hidden information and sparse rewards,poses significant *** Mahjong AIs require substantial hardware resources and extensive datasets to enhance AI *** authors propose a transformer‐based Mahjong AI(Tjong)via hierarchical decision‐*** utilising self‐attention mechanisms,Tjong effectively captures tile patterns and game dynamics,and it decouples the decision pro-cess into two distinct stages:action decision and tile *** design reduces de-cision complexity ***,a fan backward technique is proposed to address the sparse rewards by allocating reversed rewards for actions based on winning *** consists of 15M parameters and is trained using approximately 0.5 M data over 7 days of supervised learning on a single server with 2 *** action decision achieved an accuracy of 94.63%,while the claim decision attained 98.55%and the discard decision reached 81.51%.In a tournament format,Tjong outperformed AIs(CNN,MLP,RNN,ResNet,VIT),achieving scores up to 230%higher than its ***-more,after 3 days of reinforcement learning training,it ranked within the top 1%on the leaderboard on the botzone platform.

In recent years,with increasing amounts of renew-able energy sources connecting to power grids,sub-/super-syn-chronous oscillations(SSOs)occurred more *** to the time-variant nature of SsO magnitudes and frequencies,as well as the mutual interferences among SsO modes with close frequencies,the accurate parameter estimation of SsO has be-come a particularly challenging *** solve this issue,this paper proposes an improved spectrum analysis method by im-proving the window function and a spectrum correction method to achieve higher ***,by aiming at the sidelobe characteristics of the window function as evaluation criteria,a combined cosine function is optimized using a genetic algorithm(GA).Furthermore,the obtained window function is self-con-volved to extend its excellent characteristics,which have better performance in reducing mutual interference from other SSO ***,a new form of interpolated all-phase fast Fourier transform(IpApFFT)using the optimized window func-tion is proposed to estimate the parameters of *** meth-od allows for phase-unbiased estimation while maintaining algo-rithmic simplicity and *** performance of the pro-posed method is demonstrated under various conditions,com-pared with other estimation *** results vali-date the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
