A theoretical scheme is proposed to enhance the sensitivity of force sensors with quantum nondemolition measurement(QND)in an optomechanical setup assisted by four-tone optical driving and an optical parametric amplifier(OPA).With the help of special drive,the system can be simplified as the typical type of QND for force sensing,so that the backaction noise can be evaded to surpass the standard quantum ***,the added noise can be suppressed owing to the modified optical susceptibility resulting from the *** introducing two oscillators coupling with two charged bodies respectively,the signal can be enhanced with the nonlinearity caused by Coulomb interaction,while the noise presents an exponential ***,considering the homodyne detection effect,the range of system parameters and frequency bands will be *** present investigation may provide a route toward simultaneously evading backaction noise,reducing the mechanical thermal noise,and enhancing the external signal,which can be an alternative design for sensitive devices.

Background:Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL)is a prevalent condition in *** death-associated protein kinase 2(DAPK2)is known to play roles in cellular apoptosis and autophagy,its specific contributions to the advancement of OPLL are not well ***:Ligament fibroblasts were harvested from patients diagnosed with *** such as real-time reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and Western blot analysis were employed to assess DAPK2 levels in both ligament tissues and cultured *** extent of osteogenic differentiation in these cells was evaluated using an alizarin red S(ARS)***,the expression of ossification markers and autophagy markers was *** autophagic activity was further analyzed through LC3 immunofluorescence and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).An in vivo heterotopic bone formation assay was conducted in mice to assess the role of DAPK2 in ***:Elevated DAPK2 expression was confirmed in both OPLL patient tissues and derived fibroblasts,in contrast to non-OPLL *** of DAPK2 significantly curtailed osteogenic differentiation and autophagy in these fibroblasts,evidenced by decreased levels of LC3,and Beclin1,and reduced autophagosome ***,DAPK2 was found to inhibit the mechanistic target of the rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1)complex’s *** vivo studies demonstrated that DAPK2 facilitates ossification,and this effect could be counteracted by the mTORC1 inhibitor ***:DAPK2 enhances autophagy and osteogenic processes in OPLL through modulation of the mTORC1 pathway.

Optical nonreciprocity,which refers to the direction-dependent emission,scattering and absorption of photons,plays a very important role in quantum engineering and quantum information ***,we propose an all-optical approach to achieve the optical dynamical switchable quantum nonreciprocity by an off-resonant chiral two-photon driving in a single microring cavity,which differs from the conventional nonreciprocal *** is shown that the optical field with time-dependent statistical properties can be generated and the nonreciprocity flips periodically,with switchable photon blockade and photon-induced tunneling *** find that the dynamical system is robust and immune to the parameter variations,which loosens the parameter range of ***,the time window for one-way quantum information is sufficiently wide and *** work opens a new idea for the current quantum nonreciprocal research,which can facilitate a memory functionality and be used for future inmemory superconducting quantum *** other nonreciprocal quantum devices,i.e.,dynamical switchable nonreciprocal squeezing and entanglement,may be inspired by our method,which is expected to have important applications in future quantum technology.
