Application of sentiment and word frequency analysis of physician review sites to evaluate refractive surgery care

Background:Online physician reviews increase transparency in health care,helping patients make informed de-cisions about their *** processing techniques can quantify this data and allow providers to better understand patients'experiences,perspectives,and *** objective of this study was to assess patient satisfaction and understand the aspects of care that are valued by patients seeking refractive care using sentiment and word frequency ***:Written reviews and star ratings for members of the Refractive surgery Alliance society practicing in the United states were collected from Healthgrades,a popular physician rating *** with at least one written review were included in the *** were scored from-1(most negative)to+1(most positive)using Valence Aware Dictionary sEntiment Reasoner(VADER).Reviews were stratified by demographic charac-teristics,namely gender,region,and years in *** frequency analysis was applied to find the most common words and ***:A total of 254 specialists and 3104 reviews were analyzed,with an average of 4.4/5 stars and mean 48 ratings *** physicians had positive reviews(96%,average VADER=0.69).Younger physicians(s since residency)had significantly higher stars rating than senior peers(>20 years)(Psimilar trend was observed in VADER score(0.71 vs 0.69),although not statistically significant(P=0.06).No statistical differences were observed between stars rating and VADER score by gender(P=0.66,P=0.83)or by geographical region(P=0.74,P=0.07)."staff"(n=1269),"professional"(n=631),"office"(n=523),"questions"(n=424),and"friendly"(n=386)were frequently used in reviews,along with phrases such as"the staff"(n=273)and"my questions"(n=174)."surgery"(n=719),"staff"(n=576),"procedure"(n=251),"experience"(n=243),and"professional"(n=240)were the most common words in positive reviews,while"surgery"(n=147),"office"(n=86),"staff"(n=54),"time"(n=47),and"insurance"(

Background Acupotomy,a more invasive procedure than acupuncture,involves the use of a thicker needle with an integrated knife at the tip,necessitating safety *** aimed to define relevant adverse events(AEs)and create a standardized form of the ACUPOtomy-related AEs CHECKlist(ACUPOCHECK).Methods Before conducting the Delphi process,a systematic review and pilot prospective study were conducted to gather information on previously reported *** these data,pilot versions of the ACUPOCHECK and Delphi questionnaires were *** Delphi questionnaire involved selecting types of AE for inclusion,establishing separate criteria for acupotomy-related AEs,and achieving a consensus on AE *** Korean doctors with experience in acupotomy or AE research were recruited to participate in each Delphi *** was considered to have been reached if the critical value for the content validity ratio met or exceeded *** The final ACUPOCHECK was developed using four rounds of the Delphi method and one face-to-face consensus *** included 12 local AEs(pain,hemorrhage,bruise,hematoma,edema,pruritus,rash,infection,nerve damage,dysesthesia,movement impairment,and pneumothorax)and 14 systemic AEs(disease aggravation,needle fatigue,sleepiness,procedural nausea,procedural vomiting,procedural headache,procedural dizziness,sweating,procedural shock,syncope,dyspnea,procedural pain,sleep disorder,and postprocedural infection).separate criteria were established for pain,hemorrhage and bruising:pain was defined as pain that occurrs during daily activities and persists for longer than 72 h,hemorrhage as bleeding that continues for≥3 min despite pressure application,and bruising as having a bruise with a diameter of≥3 ***-ended descriptions were allowed for AEs not covered by the checklist,and severity and causality were assessed using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events and modified World Health Organization-Uppsala Monitoring C

The PRR-EC complex and sWR1 chromatin remodeling complex function cooperatively to repress nighttime hypocotyl elongation by modulating PIF4 expression in Arabidopsis

The circadian clock entrained by environmental light-dark cycles enables plants to fine-tune diurnal growth and developmental ***,we show that physical interactions among evening clock components,including PsEUDO-REsPONsE REGULATOR 5(PRR5),TIMING OF CAB EXPREssION 1(TOC1),and the Evening Complex(EC)component EARLY FLOWERING 3(ELF3),define a diurnal repressive chromatin structure specifically at the PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 4(PIF4)locus in *** three clock components act interdependently as well as independently to repress nighttime hypocotyl elongation,as hypocotyl elongation rate dramatically increased specifically at nighttime in the prr5-1 toc1-21 elf3-1 mutant,concomitantly with a substantial increase in PIF4 *** repression of PIF4 by ELF3,PRR5,and TOC1 is mediated by the sWI2/sNF2-RELATED(sWR1)chromatin remodeling complex,which incorporates histone H2A.Z at thePIF4 locus,facilitating robust epigenetic suppression ofPIF4 during the ***,these findings demonstrate that the PRR-EC-sWR1 complex represses hypocotyl elongation at night through a distinctive chromatin domain covering PIF4 chromatin.

International guidelines for post-cardiac arrest care recommend using multi-modal strategies to avoid the withdrawal of life-sustaining therapy(WLsT)in patients with the potential for neurological recovery.[1]However,a clear methodology for multi-modal approaches has yet to be ***-specific enolase(NsE)is currently the only recommended biomarker,and the European Resuscitation Council(ERC)and the European societyofIntensiveCareMedicine(EsICM)have proposed a cutoff value of 60μg/L at 48 and/or 72 h after the return of spontaneous circulation(ROsC)as a multimodal prognostic tool for predicting poor neurological outcomes.

Air-stable,all-dry transferred Res_(2)/Gase heterostructure-based NO_(2)gas sensor

Two-dimensional(2D)materials have gained considerable attention in chemical sensing owing to their naturally high surface-to-volume ***,the poor response time and incomplete recovery re-strict their application in practical,high performance gas *** this work,we fabricated air-stable Res_(2)/Gase heterostructure-based NO_(2)gas sensors with excellent gas sensing response,recovery,selectiv-ity and a low limit of detection(LOD)toward nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2)).The Res_(2)/Gase heterostructure was prepared via mechanical exfoliation and an all-dry transfer *** the sensing measurements,temperature-dependant transport measurements were carried *** schottky Barrier Height(sBH)of the Res_(2)/Gase heterostructure was calculated and the corresponding transport mechanisms were *** fabricated gas sensors showed a significant response enhancement with full reversibility to-ward ppm-level NO_(2)(response of∼17%at 3 ppm,a LOD of∼556 ppb)at an operating temperature of(33°C).In particular,the total response and recovery time of the Res_(2)/Gase was revealed to be less than 4 min(∼38 s and∼174 s,respectively)for the 250 ppm concentration,which is one of the best response and recovery time toward ppm-level NO_(2).The excellent sensing performances and recovery characteris-tics of the Res_(2)/Gase structure are attributed to its efficient charge separation,unique interlayer coupling and desirable band *** atomically thin,ultrasensitive gas sensor that operates at room tem-perature is a strong technological contender to conventional metal oxide gas sensors,which often require elevated temperatures.

single-ion conductors based on covalent organic frameworks(COFs)have garnered attention as a potential alternative to currently prevalent inorganic ion conductors owing to their structural uniqueness and chemical ***,the sluggish Li+conduction has hindered their practical ***,we present a class of solvent-free COF single-ion conductors(Li-COF@P)based on weak ion-dipole interaction as opposed to traditional strong ion-ion *** ion(Li+from the COF)-dipole(oxygen from poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate embedded in the COF pores)interaction in the Li-COF@P promotes ion dissociation and Li+migration via directional ionic *** by this single-ion transport behavior,the Li-COF@P enables reversible Li plating/stripping on Li-metal electrodes and stable cycling performance(88.3%after 2000 cycles)in organic batteries(Li metal anode||5,5’-dimethyl-2,2’-bis-p-benzoquinone(Me2BBQ)cathode)under ambient operating conditions,highlighting the electrochemical viability of the Li-COF@P for all-solid-state organic batteries.

This study aims to develop a damage-detection algorithm based on the electromagnetic wave properties inside a reinforced concrete *** proposed method involves employing two algorithms based on data measured using ground-penetrating radar—a common electromagnetic wave method in civil *** possible defect area was identified based on the energy dissipated by the damage in the frequency-wavenumber domain,with the damage localized using the calculated relative permittivity of the *** proposed method was verified through a finite difference time-domain-based numerical analysis and a testing slab with artificial *** a result of verification,the proposed method quickly identified the presence of damage inside the concrete,especially for honeycomb-like defects located at the top of the *** study has practical significance in scanning structures over a large area more quickly than other non-destructive testing methods,such as ultrasonic methods.

Construction of a High‑Performance Composite solid Electrolyte Through In‑situ Polymerization within a self‑supported Porous Garnet Framework

Composite solid electrolytes(CsEs)have emerged as promising candidates for safe and high-energy–density solid-state lithium metal batteries(ssLMBs).However,concurrently achieving exceptional ionic conductivity and interface compatibility between the electrolyte and electrode presents a significant challenge in the development of high-performance CsEs for *** overcome these challenges,we present a method involving the in-situ polymerization of a monomer within a self-supported porous Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZT)to produce the *** synergy of the continuous conductive LLZT network,well-organized polymer,and their interface can enhance the ionic conductivity of the CsE at room ***,the in-situ polymerization process can also con-struct the integration and compatibility of the solid electrolyte–solid electrode *** synthesized CsE exhibited a high ionic conductivity of 1.117 ms cm^(-1),a significant lithium transference number of 0.627,and exhibited electrochemical stability up to 5.06 V ***/Li+at 30℃.Moreover,the Li|CsE|LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cell delivered a discharge capacity of 105.1 mAh g^(-1) after 400 cycles at 0.5 C and 30℃,corresponding to a capacity retention of 61%.This methodology could be extended to a variety of ceramic,polymer electrolytes,or battery systems,thereby offering a viable strategy to improve the electrochemical properties of CsEs for high-energy–density ssLMBs.

Ammonia allows storage and transport of hydrogen over long distances and is an attractive potential hydrogen *** decomposition has recently been used for the conversion of ammonia to hydrogen and is regarded as a future technology for production of CO_(2)-free pure ***,a heterostructural Pt-Ir dual-layer electrode is developed and shown to achieve successful long-term operation in an ammonia electrolyzer with an anion exchange membrane(AEM).This electrolyzer consisted of eight membra ne electrode assemblies(MEAs)with a total geometric area of 200 cm~2 on the anode side,which resulted in a hydrogen production rate of 25 L h~(-1).We observed the degradation in MEA performance attributed to changes in the anode catalyst layer during hydrogen production via ammonia ***,we demonstrated the relationship between the ammonia oxidation reaction(AOR)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).
