Patients with mild traumatic brain injury have a diverse clinical presentation,and the underlying pathophysiology remains poorly *** resonance imaging is a non-invasive technique that has been widely utilized to investigate neuro biological markers after mild traumatic brain *** approach has emerged as a promising tool for investigating the pathogenesis of mild traumatic brain injury.G raph theory is a quantitative method of analyzing complex networks that has been widely used to study changes in brain structure and ***,most previous mild traumatic brain injury studies using graph theory have focused on specific populations,with limited exploration of simultaneous abnormalities in structural and functional *** that mild traumatic brain injury is the most common type of traumatic brain injury encounte red in clinical practice,further investigation of the patient characteristics and evolution of structural and functional connectivity is *** the present study,we explored whether abnormal structural and functional connectivity in the acute phase could serve as indicators of longitudinal changes in imaging data and cognitive function in patients with mild traumatic brain *** this longitudinal study,we enrolled 46 patients with mild traumatic brain injury who were assessed within 2 wee ks of injury,as well as 36 healthy ***-state functional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging data were acquired for graph theoretical network *** the acute phase,patients with mild traumatic brain injury demonstrated reduced structural connectivity in the dorsal attention *** than 3 months of followup data revealed signs of recovery in structural and functional connectivity,as well as cognitive function,in 22 out of the 46 ***,better cognitive function was associated with more efficient ***,our data indicated that small-worldness in the acute sta

Thermal stress is an important reason of coal particle primary fragmentation,during which the role of pore structure is *** stress induced fragmentation experiments were conducted with low volatile coal/char particles,and the results show that the fragmentation severity enhances with increasing *** porous thermal stress models were developed with finite element method,and the influences of the pore shape,size,position and porosity on the thermal stress were *** maximum thermal stress inside particle increases with pore curvature,the pore position affects the thermal stress more significantly at the particle center and *** expectation of the maximum tensile thermal stress linearly increases with porosity,making the particles with higher porosity easier to fragment,contrary to the conclusion deduced from the devolatilization *** obtained results are valuable for the analysis of different thermal processes concerning the thermal stresses of the solid feedstocks.

Waste resource utilization of petroleum coke is crucial for achieving global carbon emission ***,a series of N-doped microporous carbons were fabricated from petroleum coke using a one-pot synthesis *** as-prepared samples had a large specific surface area(up to 2512 m^(2)/g),a moderate-high N content(up to 4.82 at.%),and high population(55%)of ultra-micropores(led to efficient CO_(2)adsorption and *** ambient pressure,the optimal N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon exhibited the highest CO_(2)uptake of 4.25 mmol/g at 25℃ and 6.57 mmol/g at 0℃.These values are comparable or even better than those of numerous previously reported adsorbents prepared by multistep synthesis,primarily due to the existence of *** sample exhibited excellent CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity at 25℃ owing to the abundant basic pyridinic and pyrrolic N species;and showed superior CO_(2)adsorption-desorption cycling performance,which was maintained at 97% after 10 cycles at 25℃.Moreover,petroleum coke-based microporous carbon,with a considerably high specific surface area and hierarchical pore structure,exhibited excellent electrochemical performance over the N-doped sample,maintaining a favorable specific capacitance of 233.25F/g at 0.5 A/g in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous *** study provides insight into the influence of N-doping on the porous properties of petroleum coke-based ***,the as-prepared carbons were found to be promising adsorbents for CO_(2)adsorption,CO_(2)/N_(2)separation and electrochemical application.

Millimeter wave with large bandwidth,high transmission rate,and low delay is considered a reliable alternative to cope with the spectrum ***,the fast attenuation and narrow beam characteristics make it difficult to achieve long-distance or wide-range ***,a 1-bit dual-band reflective reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)for signal enhancement in millimeter wave with 16×16 elements is designed,fabricated,and *** from most existent RIS,dynamic programming is realized at two separate frequency bands by integrating the PIN diodes and field-programmable gate array(FPGA).Particularly,the beam deflection,dual-beam,and multi-beam are created based on the coding theory and convolution operation,proving the effectiveness of wavefront ***,the far-field patterns and signal power with different coding sequences are measured and *** is indicated that the received signal power is 6–7 dB stronger than that without coding,which shows good agreement with the desired *** proposed reconfigurable metasurface exhibits great potential in beam forming,making it a promising candidate for progressive wireless communication applications.

We consider the singular Riemann problem for the rectilinear isentropic compressible Euler equations with discontinuous flux,more specifically,for pressureless flow on the left and polytropic flow on the right separated by a discontinuity x=x(t).We prove that this problem admits global Radon measure solutions for all kinds of initial *** over-compressing condition on the discontinuity x=x(t)is not enough to ensure the uniqueness of the ***,there is a unique piecewise smooth solution if one proposes a slip condition on the right-side of the curve x=x(t)+0,in addition to the full adhesion condition on its *** an application,we study a free piston problem with the piston in a tube surrounded initially by uniform pressureless flow and a polytropic *** particular,we obtain the existence of a piecewise smooth solution for the motion of the piston between a vacuum and a polytropic *** indicates that the singular Riemann problem looks like a control problem in the sense that one could adjust the condition on the discontinuity of the flux to obtain the desired flow field.
