Reusable Component Technology in the Development of Agile Supply chain Management System

Agile Supply chain Management (ASCM) is one of the ke y techniques, which support dynamic enterprise alliance and realize agile manufa cturing. But the optimal run of ASCS depends on a good-constructed Agile Supply chain Management System (ASCMS), so that the materials flow, information flow a nd funding flow in the supply chain are used with high efficiency. The requireme nts of ASCMS are constantly changeable, which requires that ASCMS has dynamical reuse, integration and open interface. Reusable components theory is one of the most important directions of software engineering. It’s a feasible approach to solve software crisis and to increase software productivity and quality. ASCMS d eveloped with reusable components can easily be re-constructed, and has good op en interfaces. It will also sharply shorten the development life circle of syste m, and avoid unnecessary errors that result from the process of re-developing t hose components. In order to develop ASCMS based on reusable components quickly, the first thing we need to do is to construct the framework for ASCMS called system architecture . The framework referred in this context is not only a reference system of ASCMS , but also the operation system (including run-time library and communication p rotocols), which the ASCMS determined. So we can abstract logic units of the sys tem (they are the logic base of the ASCMS components), and the relationships amo ng them. And the operation system and communication protocols provide these comp onents with a running platform. Of course, the most important thing is to constr uct an abundant components depository. Components in the depository should h ave some properties such as: (1) Components should be built upon a specific oper ation system (e.g., windows) and standard communication protocols (e.g., IIOP in CORBA’s specification); (2)Self-containment, that shows it’s unnecessary to include other components when some component is reused since that component cont ains

Experimental Study on Energy Storage Characteristics of Sintered Ore Particle Packed Beds

The particle packed bed energy storage system has advantages such as low costs and wide temperature ranges,which can be combined with solar thermal power generation systems to solve the inherent volatility and discontinuity of renewable *** new materials with low costs and excellent storage performances is one of the eternal research hotspots in the field of energy *** paper innovatively uses sintered ore particles as energy storage material and studies the effect of particle size on the airflow resistance characteristics,energy storage characteristics,and thermocline evolution characteristics of the packed bed through thermal energy storage *** results indicate that for the particles in the macro scale,the smaller the particle,the lower the absolute permeability of the bed and the greater the airflow *** packed bed with smaller particles has a larger specific surface area,larger bulk mass,and smaller bed ***,the packed beds with smaller particles have better thermocline characteristics,less irreversible loss,and can achieve higher thermal efficiency and higher exergy efficiency in the heat storage *** cycle thermal efficiency in packed beds with 25-40 mm,16-25 mm,and 10-16 mm particles is 53.58%,56.27%,and 57.60%,respectively,and the cycle exergy efficiency is 61.81%,69.25%,and 74.13%,***,this paper also studies the effect of discharging airflow rates on thermal storage *** experimental results indicate that suitable discharging strategies should be selected based on different heat demands.

A Multi-faceted View of the X-Ray Spectral Variability in Seyfert Galaxy Ark 120

Utilizing a range of techniques including multi-band light curves,softness ratio analysis,structure functions,rms spectra,cross-correlation functions,and ratios of spectra from different intervals,we present a comprehensive study of the complex X-ray spectral variability in Seyfert 1 galaxy Ark 120,through re-analyzing its six XMM-Newton observations taken between 2003 and *** find a clear“softer-when-brighter”trend in the 2–10 ke V power-law component over long timescales,with this trend being timescale dependent,as it is much weaker on shorter timescales,similar to that previously detected in NGC ***,a rare“harder-when-brighter”trend is observed during one exposure,indicating dynamic changes in the spectral variability behavior of the power-law *** exceptional exposure,with the spectral variability indeed marked by a power-law pivoting at an unusually low energy of～2 ke V,suggests intricate variations in the thermal Comptonization processes within the ***,when the data below 2 ke V are included,we identify that the soft excess component adds significant complexity to the spectral variability,such as evidenced by a transition from“harder-when-brighter”to“softer-when-brighter”during another single *** extra complexity arises because the variability of the soft excess sometimes follows and sometimes does not follow the changes in the power-law *** findings underscore the necessity of applying multiple analytic techniques to fully capture the multifaceted spectral variability of AGNs.

Spatiotemporal evolution of ecological environment quality and its drivers in the helan Mountain,China

Understanding the ecological evolution is of great significance in addressing the impacts of climate change and human ***,the ecological evolution and its drivers remain inadequately explored in arid and semi-arid *** study took the helan Mountain,a typical arid and semi-arid area in China,as the study *** adopting an Enhanced Remote Sensing Ecological Index(ERSEI)that integrates the habitat quality(HQ)index with the Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI),we quantified the ecological environment quality of the helan Mountain during 2010-2022 and analyzed the driving factors behind the *** Component Analysis(PCA)was used to validate the composite ERSEI,enabling the extraction of key features and the reduction of redundant *** results showed that the contributions of first principal component(PC1)for ERSEI and RSEI were 80.23%and 78.72%,respectively,indicating that the ERSEI can provide higher precision and more details than the RSEI in assessing ecological environment ***,the ERSEI in the helan Mountain exhibited an initial decline followed by an increase from 2010 to 2022,with the average value of ERSEI ranging between 0.298 and ***,the ERSEI showed a trend of being higher in the southwest and lower in the northeast,with high-quality ecological environments mainly concentrated in the western foothills at higher *** centroid of ERSEI shifted northeastward toward helan County from 2010 to *** and digital elevation model(DEM)emerged as the primary drivers of ERSEI *** study highlights the necessity of using comprehensive monitoring tools to guide policy-making and conservation strategies,ensuring the resilience of fragile ecosystems in the face of ongoing climatic and anthropogenic *** findings offer valuable insights for the sustainable management and conservation in arid and semi-arid ecosystems.

Impacts of near-M_(s)austempering treatment on microstructure evolution and bainitic transformation kinetics of a medium Mn steel

The microstructure evolution and bainitic transformation of an Fe-0.19C-4.03Mn-1.48Si steel subjected to near-M_(s)austempering treatment were systematically investigated by combining dilatometer,X-ray diffraction,and electron *** additional austempering treatments with isothermal temperatures above M_(s)were used as *** show that the incubation period for the bainitic transformation occurs when the medium Mn steel is treated with the austempering temperature above M_(s).However,when subjected to near-M_(s)isothermal treatment,the medium Mn steel does not show an incubation period and has the fastest bainitic transformation ***,the largest volume fraction of bainite with a value of 74.7%is obtained on the condition of near-M_(s)austempering treatment after cooling to room *** and microstructure evolution analysis indicates that the elimination of the incubation period and the fastest rate of bainitic transformation are related to the preformed *** advent of preformed martensite allows the specimen to generate more bainite in a limited *** bainitic ferrite nucleation at austenite grain boundaries and through autocatalysis at ferrite/austenite interfaces,a model is established to understand the kinetics of bainite formation and it can describe the nucleation rate of bainitic transformation well when compared to the experimental results.

Anchoring 1T-MoS_(2)petals on N-doped reduced graphene oxide for exceptional electromagnetic wave absorption

The effective construction of electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption materials with thin matching thickness,broad bandwidth,and remarkable absorption is a great solution to EM pollution,which is a hot topic in current environmental *** this study,N-doped reduced graphene oxide(N-rGO)was first prepared using a facile hydrothermal ***,high-purity 1T-MoS_(2)petals were homogeneously anchored to the wrinkled surface of N-rGO to fabricate 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO *** numerous electric di-poles and profuse heterointerfaces in 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO would induced the multiple reflection and scattering of EM waves in a distinct-ive multidimensional structure formed by two-dimensional N-rGO and 1T-MoS_(2)microspheres with plentiful thin nanosheets,remarkable conduction loss derived from the migration of massive electrons in a well-constructed conductive network formed by 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO,and abundant polarization loss(including dipolar polarization loss and interfacial polarization loss).All of these gave the 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO nanocomposites superior EM wave absorption *** effective absorption bandwidth of 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO reached 6.48 GHz with a relatively thin matching thickness of 1.84 mm,and a minimum reflection loss of-52.24 dB was achieved at 3.84 ***,the radar scattering cross-section reduction value of 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO was up to 35.42 dB·m^(2) at 0°,which further verified the huge potential of our fabricated 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO nanocomposites in practical applications.

In situ formed fluorescent gold nanoclusters inhibit hair follicle regeneration in oxidative stress microenvironment via suppressing NFκB signal pathway

Skins expose to kinds of risk factors for damage, such as the hormone drugs, skin care products and ultraviolet radiation, which is accompanied by the production of excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)and eventually leads to hypertrichosis. This skin disease is not aesthetically pleasing and even causes psychological and spiritual problems such as inferiority, anxiety and irritability. Current therapies are limited and often unsatisfactory, such as pharmacological and physical therapies, which have adverse effects and cause the irreversible destruction of hair follicles. Gold nanoclusters have good biocompatibility and their biosynthesis in vivo is responsive to oxidative stress microenvironment(OSM), which could be a safe and effective drug for ROS-induced skin injury. In our study, we demonstrated that zero valence fluorescent gold nanoclusters(FGNCs) were in situ biosynthesized in the plucking-induced damaged skin but not in the normal skin after the administration of gold precursors(+3), while FGNCs inhibited hair follicle regeneration by negatively regulating nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NFκB)-mediated inflammatory response signaling pathway(NFκB/tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) axis). This OSM-responsive in situ biosynthesis method is facile and safe and holds great promise for curing hypertrichosis associated with skin dermatitis and injury.

4-Octyl itaconate inhibits synovitis in the mouse model of post-traumatic osteoarthritis and alleviates pain
