AIm To evaluate sex differences and the effects of oestrogen administration in rat gastric mucosal *** Sex differences in gastric mucus thickness and accumulation rate, absolute gastric mucosal blood flow using microspheres, the integrity of the gastric mucosal epithelium in response to a chemical irritant and the effects of oestrogen administration on relative gastric mucosal blood flow in an acute setting was assessed in an in vivo rat experimental model. Subsequently, sex differences in the distribution of oestrogen receptors and calcitonin gene related peptide in the gastric mucosa of animals exposed to oestrogen in the above experiments was evaluated using *** The absolute blood flow in the GI-tract was generally higher in males, but only significantly different in the corpus part of the stomach (1.12 ± 0.12 m l/min·g in males and 0.51 ± 0.03 m l/min·g in females) (P = 0.002). After removal of the loosely adherent mucus layer the thickness of the firmly adherent mucus layer in males and females was 79 ± 1 μm and 80 ± 3 μm respectively. After 60 min the mucus thickness increased to 113 ± 3 μm in males and 121 ± 3 μm in females with no statistically significant difference seen between the sexes. Following oestrogen administration(0.1 followed by 1 μg/kg·min), mean blood flow in the gastric mucosa decreased by 31% [68 ± 13 perfusion units (PFU)] in males which was significantly different compared to baseline(P = 0.02). In females however, mean blood flow remained largely unchanged with a 4% (5 ± 33 PFU) reduction. The permeability of the gastric mucosa increased to a higher level in females than in males (P = 0.01) after taurocholate challenge. However, the calculated mean clearance increase did not significantly differ between the sexes [0.1 ± 0.04 to 1.1 ± 0.1 m l/min·100 g in males and 0.4 ± 0.3 to 2.1 ± 0.3 m l/min·100 g in females(P = 0.065)]. In this study, anionic surfactants concentrations and other physico-chemical parameters of surface water quality were assessed in the water of m’Koa lake in the city of Jacqueville (C?te d’Ivoire). Three sampling campaigns were conducted at different seasons at six (6) sampling stations, identified in m’koa lake by taking into account potential sources of pollution. The analyses of physico-chemical parameters were carried out using both the French AFNOR standard and the methods described by Rodier. The anionic surfactants concentrations were performed by using the methylene blue colorimetric method. The average concentrations of anionic surfactants in the water of m’koa lake ranged from 0.23 ± 0.04 mg·l-1 to 1.43 ± 0.68 mg·l-1. They are high compared to both population density and socio-economic activities of Jacqueville’s town. These values can be explained by the characteristics of the studied lake that do not allow enough dilution of the discharged effluent. The results indicate that m’koa lake is subjected to harmful pollution by anionic surfactants. And among the physicochemical parameters studied, only turbidity and transparency values show water quality deterioration, favoured by wastewater discharge and direct human activities around the lake.

应用放射免疫分析方法及全细胞膜片钳技术研究了抗m2 受体细胞外第二环上的抗肽段抗体 (Abs )对豚鼠心室肌细胞cAmP产生量和内向钙电流 (ICa)的影响并同m受体激动剂的效应进行了比较。结果如下 :m受体激动剂carbachol(Carb10 μmol/l)和抗肽段抗体 (Abs 10 0nmol/l)两者均可抑制异丙肾上腺素 (Iso 0 .8μmol/l)所引起的cAmP量的增加〔Carb可使组织中cAmP从 (10 8.2± 7.0 )降为 (88.4± 7.2 )pmol/ (mg·min) ,Abs可使组织中cAmP从 (10 8.2± 7.0 )降为 (88.6± 5 .1)pmol/ (mg·min)〕及ICa的增加〔Carb可使ICa从 (5 3.5± 7 0 ) %降为 (13.0± 2 0 ) % ,而Abs可使ICa从 (6 6 .9± 10 .5 ) %降为(34 .5± 8 0 ) %〕。m受体阻断剂阿托品 (Atr)可以阻断Carb和Abs的以上效应。以上结果提示 :此抗肽段抗体同m受体激动剂一样可以通过减少 β受体激动剂所引起的cAmP的增加从而达到降低 β受体激动剂所引起的ICa的增加 ,由此可以对心室肌m2 受体产生作用。以上结果进一步提示自身免疫有可能参与了特发性扩张性心肌病的发病过程 ,而m2 受体细胞外第二环上的氨基酸肽段可能为免疫反应的靶作用区。

Objective:The objective of this work is to describe the epidemiological profile of overweight or obese children monitored at the nutrition service of the National Institute of Public Health(INSP)of ***:This is a retrospective and cross-sectional study that took place from April 28,2017 to December 28,2018 at the Nutrition Department of the *** concerned 181 children or adolescents of both sexes aged 5 to 19 years monitored for their excess weight in the said *** was collected using a summary sheet of medical records over the study ***:The results obtained indicate that out of all 181 young patients,130(71.8%)were girls,of which 122(67.4%)were obese.49.2%of these patients were between 10 and 14 years old with a mean age of 12.24 *** biochemical assessment showed that the disturbance was always greater in obese patients except for the proportion of biochemical results disturbed in uric acid level which was higher in overweight *** subjects developed eating disorders such as overeating for 87.8%and snacking in 55.2%of ***:The epidemiological profile of overweight children and adolescents requires a rapid fight against this pathology.

洞庭湖区固堤隔离沟改造钉螺孳生环境研究

目的　研究护堤隔离沟改造钉螺孳生环境 ,消灭钉螺的效果。方法　以有隔离沟洲滩为试验组 ,无隔离沟洲滩为对照组。在两组外洲钉螺分布高程设置网箱 ,人工投活螺 ,比较钉螺产卵数量、幼螺生长发育状况、钉螺自然死亡率和感染螺密度 ,测量隔离沟区域洲土含水量 ,调查隔离沟沉积层各年间钙化螺密度。结果　试验组外洲无钉螺孳生。当东洞庭湖水位退至 2 5 m左右 ,对照组钉螺分布带洲土平均含水量 38.1% ,高于试验组 2 8.3% ;人工投活螺后对照组产卵数高于试验组 ;试验组幼螺出现率显著低于对照组和室内模拟现场。春季网箱外湖水中捞幼螺数 ,试验组显著低于对照组 ;网箱内秋季查螺 ,试验组钉螺自然死亡率 (77.92 % )显著高于对照组 (4 1.6 7% ) ;隔离沟淤积层内钙化螺筛洗 ,上层显著低于中层 ,中层又低于底层。莫河铺外洲对照组网箱内活螺密度、感染螺密度显著高于试验组。对照组外洲高杆植被生长茂盛 ,试验组外洲无高杆植被。结论　洞庭湖退水期间 ,植被被淹死 ,气温较高 ,隔离沟能迅速沥干洲土积水 ,改变了洲滩潮湿的环境。
