The regeneration of Tetracentron sinense *** poor in the understory and in open areas due to the charac-teristics of natural regeneration of the species on forest edges and in *** is unclear whether different light intensities in various habitats affect eco-physiological characteristics of saplings and their natural *** this study,the light intensity in *** habitats was simulated by artificial shading(l1:100%NS(natural sunlight)in the open;l2:50%NS in a forest gap or edge;l3:10%NS in understory)to investigate differences in morphology,leaf structure,physiology,and photosynthesis of 2-year-old sap-lings,and to analyze the mechanism of light intensity on sapling *** differences were observed in morphology(including leaf area,and specific leaf area)under different light *** to l1 and l3,chloroplast structure in l2 was *** increasing time,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities in l2 became gradually higher than under the other light intensities,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content was *** decreased osmoregulation substance contents of leaves but increased *** results suggest that light intensities significantly affect the eco-physiological characteristics of *** saplings and they would respond most favorably at intermediate levels of light by optimizing eco-physiological ***,50%natural sunlight should be created to promote saplings establishment and population recovery of *** during in situ conservation,including sowing mature seeds in forest edges or gaps and providing appropriate shade protection for seedlings and saplings in the open.

A statistical analysis of the kappa-type energy spectrum distribution of radiation belt electrons observed by Van Allen Probes

The energy spectrum of energetic electrons is a key factor representing the dynamic variations of Earth’s Van Allen radiation *** measurements have indicated that the commonly used maxwellian and kappa distributions are inadequate for capturing the realistic spectral distributions of radiation belt *** we adopt the kappa-type(kT)distribution as the fitting function and perform a statistical analysis to investigate the radiation belt electron flux spectra observed by the Van Allen *** calculating the optimal values of the key kT distribution parameters(i.e.,κandθ2)from the observed spectral shapes,we fit the radiation belt electron fluxes at different l-shells under different geomagnetic *** this manner,we obtain typical values of the kT distribution parameters,which are statistically feasible for modeling the radiation belt electron flux profiles during either geomagnetically quiet or active periods.A comparison of the kT distribution model results with those using the maxwellian or kappa distribution reveals the advantage of the kT distribution for studying the overall properties of the radiation belt electron spectral distribution,which has important implications for deepening the current understanding of the radiation belt electron dynamics under evolving geomagnetic conditions.

Synthesis of waterborne polyurethane-humic acid cross-linked biomass porous materials for the adsorption of methylene blue

A series of adsorbent materials(WPU-HAx-y)with a three-dimensional porous structure,green sustainability,and excellent performance were prepared and evaluated for the removal of methylene blue using nontoxic and environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane as the matrix material and humic acid,a biomass material,as the functional *** newly synthesized adsorbents were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,specific surface area,and *** effects of contact time(0-8 h),starting concentration(10-100 mg·l^(-1)),pH(3-11),solution temperature(30-60℃),and coexisting ions(Ca2+,Na+,k+,Mg2+)on the performance were ***-first-order,pseudo-second-order,elovich,and intra-particle diffusion models were used to analyze the adsorption kinetics;the langmuir,Freundlich,Temkin,and Dubin-Radushkovich adsorption isotherms were evaluated;and the adsorption behavior of the adsorbent materials was found to be more appropriate for the pseudo-second-order model for chemical pollutant removal than the langmuir model,which depends on monolayer ***-HA2-3 stood out with a maximum adsorption capacity of 813.0081 mg·g^(-1) fitted to the pseudo-second-order and 309.2832 mg·g^(-1) fitted to the langmuir model,showing superior adsorption performance and regenerability.

Highly sensitive fluorescent sensing and photocatalytic degradation performance of two-dimensional Tb-organic network

A novel tetra-nuclear Tb-organic network,named as [Tb_(4)(2-pyia)_(6)(HAc)_(0.5)(2,2'-bipy)(H_(2)O)_(4.5)]·2,2'-bipy·H_(2)O(1),was synthesized hydrothermally based on 5-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy) isophthalic acid(H_(2)pyia) and 2,2'-bipyridine(2,2'-bipy) ligands,and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric(TG) analyses,powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and infrared(IR) technology.1 possesses a two-dimensional network based on the tetra-nuclear inorganic building units,and the π-πstacking interactions between the pyia^(2-) ligands and the guest 2,2'-bipy molecules play an important role in the forming of 3D supramolecular structure.1 exhibits excellent fluorescent sensing performance for Fe^(3+)(1.26×10^(-8) mol/l),Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)(8.1×10^(-7) mol/l),2,4,6-trinitrophenol(TNP)(2.71×10^(-8) mol/l)and tetracycline(TCT)(2.76×10^(-7) mol/l) in aqueous solution with lower detection *** sensing mechanisms of 1 were investigated by density functional theory(DFT) calculations,ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,PXRD and fluorescent lifetime *** activated product of 1 was prepared by heating at 255℃ under constant pressure and used to photo-catalytically degrade *** 1 and the activated one have good photocatalytic degradation performance for TCT with degradation rates of 84.29% and 96.07%,*** photocatalytic mechanisms were discovered by UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and radical trap *** Tb-organic framework might be an excellent multifunctional fluorescent sensor and a good photocatalytic agent for TCT degradation in the future.

Current research on Digital Twin(DT)based Prognostics and Health management(PHM)focuses on establishment of DT through integration of real-time data from various sources to facilitate comprehensive product monitoring and health ***,there still exist gaps in the seamless integration of DT and PHM,as well as in the development of DT multi-field coupling modeling and its dynamic update *** the product experiences long-period degradation under load spectrum,it is challenging to describe the dynamic evolution of the health status and degradation progression *** addition,DT update algorithms are difficult to be integrated simultaneously by current *** paper proposes an innovative dual loop DT based PHM framework,in which the first loop establishes the basic dynamic DT with multi-filed coupling,and the second loop implements the PHM and the abnormal detection to provide the interaction between the dual loops through updating *** proposed method pays attention to the internal state changes with degradation and interactive mapping with dynamic parameter ***,the Independence Principle for the abnormal detection is proposed to refine the theory of *** at the first loop focus on accurate modeling of multi-field coupling,while the events at the second loop focus on real-time occurrence of anomalies and the product degradation *** interaction and collaboration between different loop models are also ***,the Permanent magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)is used to verify the proposed *** results show that the modeling method proposed can accurately track the lifecycle performance changes of the entity and carry out remaining life prediction and health management effectively.

Regulating the Electron-Deficient Component in A-DA1D-A Typed Small-Molecule Acceptors for High-Performance Organic Solar Cells

Fine-tuning of the electron-deficient unit in A-DA1D-A typed small-molecule acceptors (Smas) plays a crucial role in developing efficient Smas for organic solar cells (OSCs).Here,we developed a Sma based on benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline,designated as QW1,as well as three Smas based on 1-methylindoline-2,3-dione,identified as QW2,QW3,and *** with QW2,QW1 displays slightly blue-shifted absorption spectra and a lower lUMO energy level due to the stronger electron-withdrawing capability of BTQx in contrast to *** the other hand,the introduction of a bromine atom in QW3 and QW4 causes a blue shift in absorption and a reduction in the lUMO energy level compared to *** functional theory analysis reveals that QW1 exhibits the best molecular planarity,which endows QW1 with larger electron mobility and tighter molecular ***,PM6:QW1 device affords a better efficiency of 15.63% than those of the devices based on QW2 (14.25%),QW3 (13.21%) and QW4 (15.03%).Moreover,the QW4-based device yields the highest open-circuit voltage of 0.933 V,and the PM6:l8-BO:QW4 ternary device realizes a PCE of 19.03%.Overall,our work demonstrates that regulation of electron-deficient central units is an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of the resulting A-DA1D-A Smas.
