The construction of a stable-membrane tracker has significant implications for the visualization of the membrane in live ***,most current plasma trackers are not suitable for tracking plasma membranes for a long time due to their limited retention ***,Mem580-F-Sulfo is designed to target and anchor cell membranes and therefore track cell membranes for a longer *** tracker is composed of a lipophilic boron-dipyrromethene(BODIPY)derivative and a hydrophilic zwitterion to form an amphiphilic structure,which enables its targeting ability toward cell ***,a reactive ester group is included to bind with proteins through covalent bonds in cell membranes nonspecifically,which extends retention time in cell ***580-F-Sulfo shows intense brightness(94600),with a high molar absorption coefficient of up to about 100000 l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)and a fluorescence quantum yield of up to *** shows fast cell membrane targeting ability and long retention up to 90 *** brief,this work has not only developed a tracker with good cell membrane targetability but also provided a new strategy for improving the targeting stability of cell membranes.

Nineteen new cadinane-involving sesquiterpenoid dimers,artemordins A-S(1-—19),together with 13 known SDs(20-32)were isolated from Artemisia *** structures and absolute configurations were established by comprehensive spectral analyses,X-ray single crystal diffraction,theoretical ECD,and NMR ***,artemordins A-F(1—6)were the first examples of two cadinane units constructed by unprecedented C-3−C-15′or C-3−C-13′single bond with an oxido-rearranged 6/5/6/6 fused ring system;artemordins G-k(7-11)were biogenetically connected by[4+2]cycloaddition reaction and artemordins G-J(7-10)possessed a novel 5/6/6/6/6/6/5-heptacyclic fused ring *** l-S(12-19)were formed by esterification,which involved three different types of *** assay suggested that the most active compounds,artemordins B and H(2 and 8),exhibited inhibitory activities on three hepatoma cell lines with IC50 values of 26.9 and 25.1μmol/l(HepG2),29.5 and 18.3μmol/l(Huh7),19.7 and 15.7μmol/l(Sk-Hep-1).

Numerical Simulation-Based Analysis of the Impact of Overloading on Segmentally Assembled Bridges

Segmentally assembled bridges are increasinglyﬁnding engineering applications in recent years due to their unique advantages,especially as urban *** loads are one of the most important variable loads acting on bridge ***,the inﬂuence of overloaded vehicles on existing assembled bridge structures is an urgent concern at *** paper establishes theﬁnite element model of the segmentally assembled bridge based on ABAQUS software and analyzes the inﬂuence of vehicle overload on an assembled girder bridge ***,aﬁnite element model corresponding to the target bridge is established based on ABAQUS software,and the load is controlled to simulate vehicle movement in each area of the traveling zone at different ***-ond,the key cross-sections of segmental girder bridges are monitored in real time based on the force character-istics of continuous girder bridges,and they are compared with the simulation ***,a material damage ontology model is introduced,and the structural damage caused by different overloading rates is compared and *** show that theﬁnite element modeling method is accurate by comparing with on-site measured data,and it is suitable for the numerical simulation of segmental girder bridges;Dynamic sensors installed at 1/4l,1/2l,and 3/4l of the segmental girder main beams could be used to identify the dynamic response of segmental girder bridges;The bottom plate of the segmental girder bridge is mostly damaged at the position where the length of the precast beam section changes and the midspan *** the increase in load,damage in the direction of the bridge develops faster than that in the direction of the transverse ***ﬁndings of this study can guide maintenance departments in the management and maintenance of bridges and vehicles.

Fritillaria cirrhosa ***(liliaceae)is an endangered perennial bulbous plant and its dry bulb is a valuable med-icinal material with antitussive and expectorant ***,lack of resources and expensive prices make it difﬁcult to meet clinical *** study presents a regeneration system aimed at overcoming the challenge of inadequate supply in ***,focusing on:(1)callus induction,(2)bulblets and adventitious bud induction,and(3)artiﬁcial seed *** development was achieved in 84.93%on Murashige and Skoog(MS)medium fortiﬁed with 1.0 mg·l^(-1) *** optimal medium for callus differentiation into regenerated bulb-lets was MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg·l^(-1)6-benzyladenine(6-BA)and 0.2 mg·l^(-1)α-naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA).Subsequently,bulblets and adventitious buds were induced from regenerated bulblet sections cul-tured on MS medium fortiﬁed with 0.3 mg·l^(-1)6-BA+1.0 mg·l^(-1)2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),2.0 mg·l^(-1)6-BA+0.5 mg·l^(-1),and the induction rates were 88.17%and 84.24%,*** regenerated bulblets were transplanted into a substrate of humus soil,river sand,and pearlite(1:1:1)after low-temperature *** germination rate was 42.80%after culture for 30 *** bulblets were used for encap-sulations in liquid MS medium containing 3%sucrose(w/v)+0.5 mg·l^(-1) NAA+2.0 mg·l^(-1)6-BA+3%sodium alginate(w/v)with a 10 min exposure to 2%CaCl_(2).Under non-aseptic conditions,the germination rate reached 81.67%,while the rooting rate was 20.56%after 45 *** capsule added 1.0 g·l^(-1) carbendazim and 1.0 g·l^(-1) activated carbon was the best component of artiﬁcial *** study successfully established an efﬁcient regen-eration system for the rapid propagation of ***,involving in vitro bulblet regeneration and artiﬁcial seed *** method introduces a novel approach for efﬁcient breeding and germplasm preservation,making it suitable for large-scale industrial resou

It is crucial to prepare high-mobility organic polycrystalline film through solution ***,the delocalized carrier transport of polycrystalline films in organic semiconductors has rarely been investigated through Hall-effect *** study presents a strategy for building strong intermolecular interactions to fabricate solution-crystallized p-type perylene diimide（PDI） dianion films with a closer intermolecular π-π stacking distance of 3.25 ?.The highly delocalized carriers enable a competitive Hall mobility of 3 cm2V-1s-1,comparable to that of the reported high-mobility organic single *** PDI dianion films exhibit a high electrical conductivity of 17 S cm-1and typical band-like transport,as evidenced by the negative temperature linear coefficient of mobility proportional to T-3/*** work demonstrates that,as the intermolecular π-π interactions become strong enough,they will display high mobility and conductivity,providing a new approach to developing high-mobility organic semiconductor materials.

The anodic electrooxidation of ethanol to value-added acetate is an excellent example of replacing the oxygen evolution reaction to promote the cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction and save ***,we present a colloidal strategy to produce Ni-Fe bimetallic alloy nanoparticles(NPs)as efficient electrocatalysts for the electrooxidation of ethanol in alkaline ***-Fe alloy NPs deliver a current density of 100 ma·cm^(-2) in a 1.0 M kOH solution containing 1.0 M ethanol merely at 1.5 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),well above the performance of other electrocatalysts in a similar *** continuous 10 h testing at this external potential,this electrode is able to produce an average of 0.49 mmol·cm^(-2)·h^(-1) of acetate with an ethanol-to-acetate Faradaic efficiency of 80%.A series of spectroscopy techniques are used to probe the electrocatalytic process and analyze the ***,density functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrate that the iron in the alloy NPs significantly enhances the electroconductivity and electron transfer,shifts the rate-limiting step,and lowers the energy barrier during the ethanol-to-acetate reaction pathway.

A new isochromanone,cladosporinisochromanone(1),accompanied by 15 known compounds(2–16)were obtained from secondary metabolites produced by marine-derived fungus Cladosporium *** and HRESIMS spectra elucidation determined the planar structure of *** electronic circular dichroism(ECD)experiment assigned the absolute configuration of *** 1,2,4–6,and 10 displayed different degrees of neuroprotective activities on human neuroblastoma cells *** compounds(1,3–5,and 13)emerged resistance to protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B),further kinetic analysis and molecular docking study indicated that the most potent compound 13(IC50value of 10.74±0.61μmol/l)was found as a noncompetitive inhibitor for *** plasmon resonance(SPR)and molecular docking studies also demonstrated the interaction between compound 12 and Niemann-Pick C1 like 1(NPC1l1),which has been identified as significant therapeutic target for *** addition,compounds 3,6,and 14 showed attractive inhibitory activity against the phytopathogenic fungi:Colletotrichum ***,library of Cladosporium metabolites is enriched and new active uses of known compounds are explored.
