The thermal evolution of the Earth’s interior and its dynamic effects are the focus of Earth ***,the commonly adopted grid-based temperature solver is usually prone to numerical oscillations,especially in the presence of sharp thermal gradients,such as when modeling subducting slabs and rising *** phenomenon prohibits the correct representation of thermal evolution and may cause incorrect implications of geodynamic *** examining several approaches for removing these numerical oscillations,we show that the lagrangian method provides an ideal way to solve this *** this study,we propose a particle-in-cell method as a strategy for improving the solution to the energy equation and demonstrate its effectiveness in both one-dimensional and three-dimensional thermal problems,as well as in a global spherical simulation with data *** have implemented this method in the open-source finite-element code CitcomS,which features a spherical coordinate system,distributed memory parallel computing,and data assimilation algorithms.

The droplet deposition is a key index to evaluate the quality of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)*** detection of the droplet deposition is time-consuming and costly,therefore,it is difficult to achieve large-scale and rapid acquisition in the *** solve the above problems,a droplet deposition acquisition system(DDAS)was *** was composed of the multiple sensors,processing units,remote server database and Android-based software.A droplet deposition prediction model based on field experimental data was established by using a one-dimensional convolutional neural network(1D-CNN)algorithm,and the effects of different inputs on the prediction ability of the model were *** results showed that adding temperature and humidity data to the inputs can achieve higher prediction accuracy than only using UAV spraying operation parameters and wind speed data as the inputs to the *** addition,the prediction accuracy of the 1D-CNN model was the highest when compared with other models such as back propagation neural network,multiple correlation vector machine,and multiple linear *** 1D-CNN model was embedded into the DDAS,and the evaluation experiments were carried out in the *** correlation analysis was conducted between two datasets of the droplet deposition obtained by the DDAS and water sensitive paper(WSP),*** R2 was 0.924,and the RMSE was 0.026μl/*** is proved that the droplet deposition values obtained by the DDAS and WSP have high consistency,and the DDAS developed can provide an auxiliary solution for the intelligent evaluation of UAV spraying quality.

The Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)has brought numerous benefits,such as improved efficiency,smart analytics,and increased ***,it also exposes connected devices,users,applications,and data generated to cyber security threats that need to be *** work investigates hybrid cyber threats(HCTs),which are now working on an entirely new level with the increasingly adopted *** work focuses on emerging methods to model,detect,and defend against hybrid cyber attacks using machine learning(Ml)***,a novel Ml-based HCT modelling and analysis framework was proposed,in which l1 regularisation and Random Forest were used to cluster features and analyse the importance and impact of each feature in both individual threats and HCTs.A grey relation analysis-based model was employed to construct the correlation between IIoT components and different threats.

Crustal structure in the Anyuan Coal Mine and its adjacent areas of Jiangxi Province by P-wave receiver functions

We collected high-quality teleseismic events recorded by 12 broadband seismographs deployed in the Anyuan Coal Mine and its adjacent areas in Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province for nearly two *** H-κ-c stacking method was employed to obtain the crustal thickness and Poisson's ratio distribution,then the characteristics of crustal structure below the stations were obtained by using the time-domain linear inversion *** crustal thickness in the Anyuan Coal Mine and its adjacent areas ranges from approximately 32~35 km,with an average thickness of 33 km,which is consistent with the crustal thickness results in South China from previous studies using the receiver function *** average Poisson's ratio of the crustal bulk composition in the study area varies between 0.22 and 0.25,which is lower than the global value with a 0.27 average,indicating a predominantly intermediate-acidic or felsic crustal *** is a weak negative correlation between Poisson's ratio and crustal thickness estimates in the Anyuan Coal Mine and its adjacent areas,suggesting that the absence of mafic-ultramafic materials in the lower crust is associated with the process of crustal *** velocity inversion results indicate that the crustal structure including three velocity discontinuity interfaces,with the first at a depth of approximately 1.5 km,the second at about 10~15 km,and the third being the *** study also indicates that the results obtained by the H-κ-c stacking method are significantly better than those obtained by the H-κmethod,effectively reducing the standard deviation and dispersion of crustal thickness and vP/vSratio.

Copper-based azide(Cu(N_(3))2 or CuN_(3),CA)chips synthesized by in-situ azide reaction and utilized in miniaturized explosive systems has become a hot research topic in recent ***,the advantages of in-situ synthesis method,including small size and low dosage,bring about difficulties in quantitative analysis and differences in ignition capabilities of CA *** aim of present work is to develop a simplified quantitative analysis method for accurate and safe analysis of components in CA chips to evaluate and investigate the corresponding ignition *** this work,Cu(N_(3))2 and CuN_(3)components in CA chips were separated through dissolution and distillation by utilizing the difference in solubility and corresponding content was obtained by measuring N_(3)-concentration through *** spectrophotometry method was optimized by studying influencing factors and the recovery rate of different separation methods was studied,ensuring the accuracy and reproducibility of test *** optimized method is linear in range from 1.0-25.0 mg/l,with a correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9998,which meets the requirements of CA chips with a milligram-level content *** with the existing ICP method,component analysis results of CA chips obtained by spectrophotometry are closer to real component content in samples and have satisfactory ***,as its application in miniaturized explosive systems,the ignition ability of CA chips with different component contents for direct ink writing Cl-20 and the corresponding mechanism was *** study provided a basis and idea for the design and performance evaluation of CA chips in miniaturized explosive systems.

Natural gas hydrate is prospected as a new and promising,highly clean energy resource that mainly occurs in perma-frost or at continental *** formation is subject to many soil conditions,such as grain size,matrix materials,pore morphology,and *** this study,we propose that grain size is the most decisive parameter that affects the saturation of gas hydrate in sediments based on data from Ocean Drilling Program leg 164 and Mallik 5l-38,which represent marine sediments and terrestrial sediments,*** study reveals that high gas hydrate saturation generally occurs in coarse-grained sand,regardless of whether sediment formation is homogeneous or inhomogeneous,and the sorting of sediments may affect the hydrate saturation to a certain *** grain size and sorting of sediments may be the most intuitive proxy method for a rough estimation of hydrate *** study is necessary to fully understand the relationship between hydrate morphology and sediment grain size,even though massive hydrates are typically found in fine clayey-rich sediments.

Dwarf irregular galaxies(dIrrs),as rotationally supported systems,have more reliable J-factor measurements than dwarf spheroidal galaxies and have received attention as targets for dark matter detection in recent *** this paper,we use 10 yr of IceCube muon-track data and an unbinned maximum-l.k.lihood-ratio method to search for neutrino signals beyond the background from the directions of seven dIrrs,aiming to detect neutrinos produced by heavy annihilation dark *** do not detect any significant *** on such null results,we calculate the upper limits on the velocity-averaged annihilation cross section for 1 TeV–10 PeV dark *** limits,although weaker than the strictest constraints in the literature in this mass range,are also a good complement to the existing results considering the more reliable J-factor measurements of dIrrs.
