A unique feature of non-Hermitian systems is the extreme sensitivity of the eigenspectrum to boundary conditions with the emergence of the non-Hermitian skin effect (NHSE). A NHSE originates from the point-gap topology of complex eigenspectrum, where an extensive number of eigenstates are anomalously localized at the boundary driven by nonreciprocal dissipation. Two different approaches to create localization are disorder and flat-band spectrum, and their interplay can lead to the anomalous inverse Anderson localization, where the Bernoulli anti-symmetric disorder induces mobility in a full-flat band system in the presence of Aharonov−Bohm (AB) Cage. In this work, we study the localization−delocalization transitions due to the interplay of the point-gap topology, flat band and correlated disorder in the one-dimensional rhombic lattice, where both its Hermitian and non-Hermitian structures show AB cage in the presence of magnetic flux. Although it remains the coexistence of localization and delocalization for the Hermitian rhombic lattice in the presence of the random anti-symmetric disorder, it surprisingly becomes complete delocalization, accompanied by the emergence of NHSE. To further study the effects from the Bernoulli anti-symmetric disorder, we found the similar NHSE due to the interplay of the point-gap topology, correlated disorder and flat bands. Our anomalous localization−delocalization property can be experimentally tested in the classical physical platform, such as electrical circuit.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Huangqin Decoction(HQD)on nuclear factor erythroid 2 related-factor 2(Nrf2)/heme oxygenase(HO-1)signaling pathway by inducing the colitis-associated carcinogenesis(CAC)model mice with azoxymethane(AOM)/dextran sodium sulfate(DSS).Methods:The chemical components of HQD were analyzed by liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(lC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)to determine the molecular constituents of *** 48 C57Bl/6J mice were randomly divided into 6 groups by a random number table,including control,model(AOM/DSS),mesalazine(MS),low-,medium-,and high-dose HQD(HQD-l,HQD-M,and HQD-H)groups,8 mice in each *** for the control group,the mice in the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with AOM(10 mg/kg)and administrated with 2.5%DSS orally for 1 week every two weeks(totally 3 rounds of DSS)to construct a colitis-associated carcinogenesis mouse *** mice in the HQD-l,HQD-M and HQD-H groups were given HQD by gavage at doses of 2.925,5.85,and 11.7 g/kg,respectively;the mice in the MS group was given a suspension of MS at a dose of 0.043 g/kg(totally 11 weeks).The serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** mRNA and protein expression levels of Nrf2,HO-1,and inhibitory kElCH like ECH-related protein 1(keap1)in colon tissue were detected by quantitative real-time PCR,immunohistochemistry,and Westem blot,***:lC-Q-TOF-MS/MS analysis revealed that the chemical constituents of HQD include baicalin,paeoniflorin,and glycyrrhizic *** to the control group,significantly higher MDA levels and lower SOD levels were observed in the model group(Ply decreased,and the expression of keap1 increased(Pl group,serum MDA level was decreased and SOD level was increased in the HQD-M,HQD-H and MS groups(P<0.05).Higher expressions of

This cohort study was designed to explore the relationship between maternal dietary patterns(DPs)and bone health in Chinese lactating mothers and *** recruited 150 lactating women at 1-month *** estimated bone mineral density(eBMD)of subjects’calcanei and the information on dietary intake were *** 5-month follow-up,the eBMD of mothers and their infants were measured *** analysis was applied to determine maternal *** linear models were used to evaluate the association between maternal DPs and maternal eBMD loss or infants’*** all potential covariates adjusted,Factor 2(high intake of whole grains,tubers,mixed beans,soybeans and soybean products,seaweeds,and nuts)showed a positive association with the changes of maternal eBMD(β=0.16,95%CI:0.005,0.310).Factor 3(high intake of soft drinks,fried foods,and puffed foods)was inversely correlated with the changes of maternal eBMD(β=-0.22,95%CI:-0.44,0.00).The changes of maternal eBMD were positively associated with 6-month infants’eBMD(β=0.34,95%CI:0.017,0.652).In conclusion,Factor 2 might contribute to the maintenance of eBMD in lactating women,while Factor 3 could exacerbate maternal eBMD ***,the changes of maternal eBMD presented a positive correlation with 6-month infants’eBMD.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)provide essential nutrients to crops and are affected by ***-solubilizing bacteria(PSB),nitrogen-fixing bacteria(NFB),and AMF have mutually beneficial relationships with plants,but the effects of their interactions on plant growth by regulating rhizosphere fungal community have not been sufficiently *** this study,a greenhouse pot experiment was conducted to investigate the interactions between AMF and bacteria(PSB and NFB)on the growth of lotus corniculatus ***,the role of rhizosphere fungal community in the growth of lotus corniculatus *** explored using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput *** results showed that combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and NFB increased plant biomass,plant height,and fungal colonization *** richness,complexity,and stability of rhizosphere fungal community also increased after combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and/or NFB,particularly with *** addition,combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and NFB enriched the abundance of beneficial microorganisms,with Chaetomium and Humicola showing the greatest *** structural equation model showed that the interactions of AMF with PSB and NFB promoted plant growth by affecting fungal network structure and soil enzyme activities involved in carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus *** findings provide evidence for the effects of interactions of AMF with PSB and NFB on rhizosphere fungal community and plant growth.

During the 2016-17 and 2018-19 running periods,the BESIII experiment collected 7.5 fb of e^(+)e^(-)collision data at center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.13 to 4.44 *** data samples are primarily used for the study of excited charmonium and charmoniumlike *** analyzing the di-muon process e^(+)e^(-)→(γISR=FSR)μ^(+)μ^(-),we measure the center-of-mass energies of the data samples with a precision of 0.6 *** a run-by-run study,we find that the center-of-mass energies were stable throughout most of the data-collection period.

Cyperus difformis *** a troublesome weed in paddy fields and has attracted attention due to its resistance to acetohydroxyacid synthase(AHAS)*** was found that the amino acid mutation in AHAS was the primary cause for the resistance of Cyperus ***,the effect of different mutations on AHAS function is not clear in Cyperus *** confirm the effect of mutations on AHAS function,six biotypes were collected,including Pro197Arg,Pro197Ser,Pro197leu,Asp376Glu,Trp574leu and wild type,from Hunan,Anhui,Jiangxi and Jiangsu provinces,China and the function of AHAS was *** AHAS in vitro inhibition assay results indicated that the mutations decreased the sensitivity of AHAS to pyrazosulfuron-ethyl,in which the I_(50)(the half maximal inhibitory concentration)of wild type AHAS was 0.04μmol l^(-1)and Asp376Glu,Pro197leu,Pro197Arg,Pro197Ser and Trp574leu mutations were 3.98,11.50,40.38,38.19 and 311.43μmol l^(-1),*** the determination of enzyme kinetics parameters,the km and the maximum reaction velocity(Vmax)of the wild type were 5.18 mmol l^(-1)and 0.12 nmol mg^(-1)min^(-1),respectively,and the km values of AHAS with Asp376Glu,Trp574leu,Pro197leu and Pro197Ser mutations were 0.38-0.93 times of the wild *** km value of the Pro197Arg mutation was 1.14times of the wild type,and the Vmax values of the five mutations were 1.17-3.33-fold compared to the wild *** was found that the mutations increased the affinity of AHAS to the substrate,except for the Pro197Arg *** a concentration of 0.0032-100 mmol l^(-1)branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs),the sensitivity of the other four mutant AHAS biotypes to feedback inhibition decreased,except for the Pro197Arg *** study elucidated the effect of different mutations on AHAS function in Cyperus difformis and provided ideas for further study of resistance development.

Sensitive monitoring of the target products during the biosynthesis process is crucial,and facile analytical approaches are urgently ***,phosphatidylserine(PS)was chosen as the model target,a colorimetric aptasensor was developed for the rapid quantitation in biosynthesis samples.A chimeric aptamer was constructed with two homogeneous original PS *** recognition between the chimeric aptamer and PS results in the desorption of aptamer from the surface of the AuNPs nanozyme,and the peroxidase-like enzymatic activity of the AuNPs nanozyme was weakened in a relationship with the different *** developed aptasensor performed well when applied for analyzing PS in biosynthesis *** aptasensor offers good sensitivity and selectivity,under optimal conditions,achieving monitoring and quantitation of PS in the range of 2.5-80.0μmol/l,with a limit of detection at 536.2 nmol/***,the aptasensor provides good accuracy,with comparison rates of 98.17%-106.40%,when compared with the *** study provides a good reference for monitoring other biosynthesized products and promoting the development of aptamers and aptasensors in real-world applications.

Stability analysis of intermittently jointed rock slopes based on the stepped failure mode

In practical engineering,due to the noncontinuity characteristics of joints in rock slopes,in addition to plane failure,stepped sliding failure may occur for intermittently jointed rock *** for intermittently bedding jointed rock slopes,the correlation and difference in strength parameters between joints and rock bridges,along with the various failure modes and intermittency of rock bridges,contribute to the complexity of stepped failure modes and the unpredictability of failure *** on the upper-bound limit analysis method and multi-sliders step-path failure mode,considering the shear and tensile failure of rock bridges and the weakened relationship between the strength parameters of rock bridges and jointed surfaces,by introducing the modified M-C failure criterion and the formula for calculating the energy consumption of tensile failure of rock bridges,two failure mechanisms are constructed to obtain the safety factor(F_(s))of intermittently jointed rock *** sequential quadratic programming method is used to obtain the optimal upper-bound solution for F_(s).The influence of multiple key parameters(slope height H,horizontal distance l,Slope angleβ,shear strength parameters of the rock bridgeφr and cr,Dimensionless parameter u,weakening coefficients of the internal friction angle and cohesion between the rock bridges and joint surfaces kφand kc)on the stability analysis of intermittently jointed rock slopes under the shear failure mode of rock bridges as well as under the tensile failure mode is also *** reliability of the failure mechanisms is verified by comparative analysis with theoretical results,numerical results,and landslide cases,and the variation rules of F_(s)with each key parameter are *** results show that F_(s) varies linearly withφr and cr of the rock bridge and with k_(φ)and k_(c),whereas F_(s)changes nonlinearly with H and *** particular,with the increase in kφand kc,Fs increases by approximately 52.
