Partial Differential Equation(PDE)is among the most fundamental tools employed to model dynamic *** PDE modeling methods are typically derived from established knowledge and known phenomena,which are time-consuming and ***,discovering governing PDEs from collected actual data via Physics Informed Neural Networks(PINNs)provides a more efficient way to analyze fresh dynamic systems and establish *** study proposes Sequentially Threshold least Squares-lasso(STlasso),a module constructed by incorporating lasso regression into the Sequentially Threshold least Squares(STlS)algorithm,which can complete sparse regression of PDE coefficients with the constraints of l0 *** further introduces PINN-STlasso,a physics informed neural network combined with lasso sparse regression,able to find underlying PDEs from data with reduced data requirements and better *** addition,this research conducts experiments on canonical inverse PDE problems and compares the results to several recent *** results demonstrated that the proposed PINN-STlasso outperforms other methods,achieving lower error rates even with less data.

The purposeful construction of dual Z-scheme system to the formation of intimate interface contact and multi-channel charge flow through the system remains a huge ***,a tandem 2D/0D/2D g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheets/FeOOH quantum dots/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanosheets(CNFeZn)dual Z-scheme system(DZSS)has been successfully constructed using electrostatic self-assembly *** to the band structure and elaborate morphology of 2D g-C_(3)N_(4),0D FeOOH and 2D ZnIn_(2)S_(4)in unique designed DZSS,plenty of spatial charge transfer channels are formed between the g-C_(3)N_(4)/FeOOH and FeOOH/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)interfaces,which greatly accelerate the charge separation and *** bifunctional catalysts,CNFeZn DZSS achieves the highest H_(2)evolution rate of~436.6 mmol/h with a great promotion of~10.6 folds and~6.9 folds compared to pristine g-C_(3)N_(4)and ZnIn_(2)S_(4),***,the H_(2)O_(2)production rate reached~301.19 mmol/l after 60 min irradiation,up to~5.1 times and~2.3 times that of pristine g-C_(3)N_(4)and ZnIn_(2)S_(4).Experiment and DFT calculation further confirmed that the stable double built-in electronic field can be formed owing to the electron configuration between double interfaces,and reveal that the ample atomic-level charge transfer channels were established in the strong interaction connected double interfaces,which can act as the charge migration pathway promote the separation of photogenerated charges.

Heavy neutral gauge boson Z' is proposed in many new physics *** has rich phenomena at the future muon *** study the properties of Z' boson with the process of μ^(+)μ^(-)→qq,μ^(+)μ^(-)→l^(+)l^(-),μ^(+)μ^(-)→ ZH and μ^(+)μ^(-)→ W^(+)W^(-).The discrepancy of Z' coupling to different types of particles can be shown in the cross section distributions around the resonance peak of various decay *** distributions of the final quark or lepton in μ^(+)μ^(-)→qq/l^(+)l^(-)process are sensitive to the parameters such as mass of Z' and the Z-Z' mixing *** interaction of new gauge boson coupling to the standard model gauge particles and Higgs boson are also studied through μ^(+)μ^(-)→ ZH→l^(+)l^(-)bb and μ^(+)u^(-)→ W^(+)W^(-)→l^(+)l^(-)v_(l)v_(l).The cross section and the final particles' angular distributions with the contribution of Z' boson differ from those processes with only standard model particles.A forward-backward asymmetry defined by the angular distribution is provided to show the potential of searching for new physics at the muon ***,the beam polarization with certain value can effectively enlarge the forward-backward asymmetry.

In a recent work by Fernandes[***.D 108(6),l061502(2023)],an exact stationary and axisymmetric solution was discovered in semiclassical gravity with type-A trace *** was identified as a quantum-corrected version of the Kerr black *** this study,we explore the observational signatures of this black hole *** investigation reveals that prograde and retrograde light rings exist,whose radii increase monotonically with the coupling parameterα.Whenαis negative,the shadow area for the quantum-corrected black hole is smaller than that of the Kerr black hole,whereas whenαis positive,the area is *** a near-extremal black hole,its high-spin feature(the NHEKline)is found to be highly susceptible to disruption byα.Furthermore,we discuss the images of the quantum-corrected black hole in the presence of a thin accretion disk and compare them to those of the Kerr black *** study highlights the importance of near-horizon emission sources in detecting the effects of quantum corrections by black hole images.

Popularization of lithium-sulfur batteries(lSBs) is still hindered by shuttle effect and volume ***, a new modularized sulfur storage strategy is proposed to solve above problems and accomplished via employing 100% space utilization host material of cobalt loaded carbon nanoparticles derived from ZIF-67. The modular dispersed storage of sulfur not only greatly increases the proportion of active sulfur,but also inhibits the occurrence of volume expansion. Meanwhile, 100% space utilization host material can greatly improve the conductivity of the cathode, provide a larger electrolyte wetting interface and effectively suppress the shuttle effect. Moreover, loaded cobalt particles have high catalytic activity for electrochemical reaction and can effectively improve the redox kinetics. The cell with new cathode host material carbonized at 650 ℃(ZIF-67(650 ℃)) exhibits superior rate performance and can maintain a high specific capacity of 950 m Ah/g after 100 cycles at 0.2 C, showing a good cycle stability.

Identification, pathogenicity, and fungicide sensitivity of Eutiarosporella dactylidis associated with leaf blight on maize in China

Maize(Zea mays l.) is an economically vital grain crop that is cultivated worldwide. In 2011, a maize foliar disease was detected in lingtai and lintao counties in Gansu Province, China. The characteristic signs and symptoms of this disease include irregular chlorotic lesions on the tips and edges of infected leaves and black punctate fruiting bodies in dead leaf tissues. Given favourable environmental conditions, this disease spread to areas surrounding Gansu. In this study, infected leaves were collected from Gansu and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region between 2018and 2020 to identify the disease-causing pathogen. Based on morphological features, pathogenicity tests, and multilocus phylogenetic analysis involving internal transcribed spacer(ITS), 18S small subunit rDNA(SSU), 28S large subunit rDNA(lSU), translation elongation factor 1-alpha(TEF), and β-tubulin(TUB) sequences, Eutiarosporella dactylidis was identified as the causative pathogen of this newly discovered leaf blight. Furthermore, an in vitro bioassay was conducted on representative strains using six fungicides, and both fludioxonil and carbendazim were found to significantly inhibit the mycelial growth of E. dactylidis. The results of this study provide a reference for the detection and management of Eutiarosporella leaf blight.

Tropical cyclone activities in the Western North Pacific in 2022

Based on the best-track dataset from the Shanghai Typhoon Institute/China Meteorological Administration,the paper provides a compre-hensive summary and analysis of tropical cyclone(TC)activities in the Western North Paciﬁc(WNP)and the South China Sea(SCS)for *** the historical climatology from 1951 to 2020,the anomalous conditions during 2022 in TC frequency,origin locations,tracks,intensity,and duration for the entire ocean basin as well as landfall events in China are *** show that the overall TC frequency is slightly lower than normal,but the multiple TC events have a very high frequency of *** locations of TCs,which mark the starting points of their paths,show a large westward and northward deviation from *** 40%of the named TCs exhibit a shift in their direction of movement from westerly to ***,comparisons of the means,medians,upper and lower quartiles all indicate that the intensity of TCs in 2022 is generally lower than the climatology,with the duration of TCs at tropical storm intensity or above being shorter than usual.A notable observation is the fewer incidence of TC landfalls in China,but with a geographical concentration in Guangdong *** anomalous annual TC activities are inﬂuenced by related atmospheric and oceanic environmental conditions modulated by multi-scale climate ***ﬁndings provide useful information for enhancing disaster mitigation strategies in the Asia-Paciﬁc region.

Anisotropy is a significant and prevalent characteristic of materials, conferring orientation-dependent properties, meaning that the creation of original symmetry enables key functionality that is not found in nature. Even with the advancements in atomic machining, synthesis of separated symmetry in different directions within a single structure remains an extraordinary challenge. Here, we successfully fabricate NiS ultrafine nanorods with separated symmetry along two directions. The atomic structure of the nanorod exhibits rotational symmetry in the radial direction, while its axial direction is characterized by divergent translational symmetry, surpassing the conventional crystalline structures known to date. It does not fit the traditional description of the space group and the point group in three dimensions, so we define it as a new structure in which translational symmetry and rotational symmetry are separated. Further corroborating the atomic symmetric separation in the electronic structure, we observed the combination of stripe and vortex magnetic domains in a single nanorod with different directions, in accordance with the atomic *** manipulation of nanostructure at the atomic level introduces a novel approach to regulate new properties finely, leading to the proposal of new nanotechnology mechanisms.
