As a ceramic material,AlN has very good thermophysical and mechanical *** addition,AlN is an effective refining agent for Mg alloys because it has a lattice constant similar to that of ***,AlN is an ideal reinforcement for magnesium matrix composites(MMCs),and is attracting increasing *** review addresses the development of preparation technologies for AlN-reinforced Mg matrix *** mainstream preparation techniques include stir casting,melt infiltration,powder metallurgy,and in-situ *** addition,the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are analyzed in depth,and it is pointed out that the next direction for the preparation of high-performance AlN-reinforced MMCs is less aluminization and multiple technologies integration.

For the in-memory computation architecture,a ferroelectric semiconductor field-effect transistor(FeSFET)incorporates ferroelectric material into the FET channel to realize logic and memory in a single *** emerging groupⅢnitride material Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N provides an excellent platform to explore FeSFET,as this material has significant electric polarization,ferroelectric switching,and high carrier ***,steps need to be taken to reduce the large band gap of~5 eV of Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N to improve its transport property for in-memory logic *** state-of-the-art first principles analysis,here we predict that alloying a relatively small amount(less than~5%)of Sb impurities into Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)N very effectively reduces the band gap while maintaining excellent *** show that the co-doped Sb and Sc act cooperatively to give a significant band bowing leading to a small band gap of~1.76 eV and a large polarization parameter~0.87 C/m^(2),in the quaternary Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)Sb_(y)N_(1-y)*** Sb impurity states become more continuous as a result of interactions with Sc and can be used for impurity-mediated *** on the landau-Khalatnikov model,the landau parameters and the corresponding ferroelectric hysteresis loops are obtained for the quaternary *** findings indicate that Al_(1-x)Sc_(x)Sb_(y)N_(1-y)is an excellent candidate as the channel material of FeSFET.

In response to the shortcomings of Dwarf Mongoose Optimization(DMO)algorithm,such as insufficient exploitation capability and slow convergence speed,this paper proposes a multi-strategy enhanced DMO,referred to as ***,we propose an improved solution search equation that utilizes the Gbest-guided strategy with different parameters to achieve a trade-off between exploration and exploitation(EE).Secondly,the lévy flight is introduced to increase the diversity of population distribution and avoid the algorithm getting stuck in a local *** addition,in order to address the problem of low convergence efficiency of DMO,this study uses the strong nonlinear convergence factor Sigmaid function as the moving step size parameter of the mongoose during collective activities,and combines the strategy of the salp swarm leader with the mongoose for cooperative optimization,which enhances the search efficiency of agents and accelerating the convergence of the algorithm to the global optimal solution(Gbest).Subsequently,the superiority of GlSDMO is verified on CEC2017 and CEC2019,and the optimization effect of GlSDMO is analyzed in *** results show that GlSDMO is significantly superior to the compared algorithms in solution quality,robustness and global convergence rate on most test ***,the optimization performance of GlSDMO is verified on three classic engineering examples and one truss topology optimization *** simulation results show that GlSDMO achieves optimal costs on these real-world engineering problems.

This study presents experimental evidence of the dependence of non-radiative recombination processes on the electron-phonon coupling of perovskite in perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Via A-site cation engineering,a weaker electron-phonon coupling in perovskite has been achieved by introducing the structurally soft cyclohexane methylamine(CMA^(+))cation,which could serve as a damper to alleviate the mechanical stress caused by lattice oscillations,compared to the rigid phenethyl methylamine(PEA^(+))*** demonstrates a significantly lower non-radiative recombination rate,even though the two types of bulky cations have similar chemical passivation effects on perovskite,which might be explained by the suppressed carrier capture process and improved lattice geometry *** resulting PSCs achieve an exceptional power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 25.5%with a record-high opencircuit voltage(V_(OC))of 1.20 V for narrow bandgap perovskite(FAPbI_(3)).The established correlations between electron-phonon coupling and non-radiative decay provide design and screening criteria for more effective passivators for highly efficient PSCs approaching the Shockley-Queisser limit.

Arsenic(As) fate in paddy fields has been one of the most significant current issues due to the strong As accumulation potential of rice plants under fooded conditions. However,no attempt was done to explore As methylation and volatilization under non-fooded conditions. Herein, we investigated the effects of water management on As methylation and volatilization in three arsenic-contaminated soils enhanced by biostimulation with strawderived organic matter and bioaugmentation with genetic engineered Pseudomonas putida KT2440(GE P. putida). Under fooded conditions, the application of biochar(BC), rice straw(RS)and their combination(BC+RS) increased total As in porewater. However, these effects were greatly attenuated under non-fooded conditions. Compared with RS amendment alone, the combination of GE P. putida and RS further promoted the As methylation and volatilization,and the promotion percentage under non-fooded conditions were significantly higher than that under fooded conditions. The combined GE P. putida and RS showed the highest efficiency in As methylation(88 μg/l) and volatilization(415.4 μg/(kg·year)) in the non-fooded soil with moderate As contamination. Finally, stepwise multiple linear regression analysis presented that methylated As, DOC and p H in porewater were the most important factors contributing to As volatilization. Overall, our findings suggest that combination of bioaugmentation with GE P. putida and biostimulation with RS/BC+RS is a potential strategy for bioremediation of arsenic-contaminated soils by enhancing As methylation and volatilization under non-fooded conditions.
