Air-side economizers are increasingly used to take advantage of“free-cooling”in data centers with the intent of reducing the carbon footprint of ***,they can introduce outdoor pollutants to indoor environment of data centers and cause corrosion damage to the information technology *** evaluate the reliability of information technology equipment under various thermal and air-pollution conditions,a mechanistic model based on multi-ion transport and chemical reactions was *** model was used to predict cu corrosion caused by cl_(2)-containing pollutant *** also accounted for the effects of temperature(25℃and 28℃),relative humidity(50%,75%,and 95%),and *** also identified higher air temperature as a corrosion barrier and higher relative humidity as a corrosion accelerator,which agreed well with the experimental *** average root mean square error of the prediction was 13.7Å.The model.can be used to evaluate the thermal guideline for data centers design and operation when cl_(2)is present based on pre-established acceptable risk of corrosion in data centers’environment.

Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for thermometers based on the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)concentrations,energy transfer(ET)processes such as optical reabsorption and cross-relaxation can affect the Nd^(3+)emission,which has been little explored in the ***,the present work investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluorescence thermometers,in the temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indicate a strong dependence of the FIR parameters on the Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes in the emission band profiles caused by optical reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and cross-relaxation processes.A decrease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with higher amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,which is the highest value among the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

cRISPR/cas9 technology is a powerful genome manipulation tool in ***,little is known about whether mRNA and protein of a target gene are completely cleared in homozygous *** study generated homozygous mutants of the insulin receptor gene 2(NlInR2)in the brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens)using cRISPR/cas9 genome *** frameshift mutants,E5_D17 and E6_I7,differentiated towards long wings,but there were differences in wing morphology,with E5_D17 showing wing *** investigations revealed the presence of residual expression of NlInR2 mRNA in both mutants,as well as the occurrence of spl.ceosomes featuring exon skipping spl.cing in E5_***,the E5_D17 exhibited the detection of N-terminally truncated NlInR2 *** interference experiments indicated that the knockdown of NlInR2 expression in the E5_D17 mutant line increased the proportion of wing deformities from 11.1 to 65.6%,suggesting that the residual NlInR2 mRNA of the E5_D17 mutant might have retained some genetic *** results imply that systematic characterization of residual protein expression or function in cRISPR/cas9-generated mutant lines is necessary for phenotypic interpretation.

This paper presents a learning-based control pol.cy design for point-to-point vehicle positioning in the urban environment via BeiDou *** navigating in urban canyons,the multipath effect is a kind of interference that causes the navigation signal to drift and thus imposes severe impacts on vehicle l.calization due to the refl.ction and diffraction of the BeiDou ***,the authors formulated the navigation control system with unknown vehicle dynamics into an optimal.control-seeking problem through a linear discrete-time system,and the point-to-point l.calization control is modeled and handled by leveraging off-pol.cy reinforcement learning for feedback *** proposed learning-based design guarantees optimality with prescribed performance and also stabilizes the closed-loop navigation system,without the full knowledge of the vehicle *** is seen that the proposed method can withstand the impact of the multipath effect while satisfying the prescribed convergence rate.A case study demonstrates that the proposed algorithms effectively drive the vehicle to a desired setpoint under the multipath effect introduced by actual experiments of BeiDou navigation in the urban environment.

In the face of increasingly serious environmental pollution,the health of human lung tissues is also facing serious *** IIE(M2E)is the main metabolite of sweetening agents mogrosides from the anti-tussive chinese herbal Siraitia *** study el.cidated the anti-inflammatory action and mol.cular mechanism of M2E against acute lung injury(AlI).A lipopolysaccharide(lPS)-induced AlI model was established in mice and MH-S cells were employed to explore the protective mechanism of M2E through the western blotting,co-immunoprecipitation,and quantitative real time-PcR *** results indicated that M2E alleviated lPS-induced lung injury through restraining the activation of secreted phospholipase A2 type IIA(Pla2g2a)-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).The interaction of Pla2g2a and EGFR was identified by *** addition,M2E protected AlI induced with lPS against inflammatory and damage which were significantly dependent upon the downregulation of AKT and m TOR via the inhibition of ***2g2a may represent a potential target for M2E in the improvement of lPS-induced lung injury,which may represent a promising strategy to treat AlI.

The geological.conditions for coal mining in china are complex,with various structural issues such as faults and collapsed columns seriously compromising the safety of coal mine ***-seam wave exploration is an effective technique for acquiring detailed information on geological structures in coal seam working ***,the existing refl.cted in-seam wave imaging technique can no longer meet the exploration precision requirements,making it imperative to develop a new refl.cted in-seam wave imaging *** study applies the Gaussian beam summation(GBS)migration method to imaging coal seams'refl.cted in-seam wave ***,with regard to the characteristics of the refl.cted in-seam wave data,methods such as wavefield removal and enveloped superposition are employed for the corresponding wavefield separation,wave train compression and other processing of refl.cted in-seam ***,imaging is performed using the GBS migration *** feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method for refl.cted in-seam wave imaging are validated by conducting GBS migration tests on 3D coal-seam fault models with different dip angles and *** applying the method to refl.cted in-seam wave data for an actual.coal seam working face,accurate imaging of a fault structure is obtained,thereby validating its practicality.
