A Machine learning Made Catalog of Fr-Ⅱ radio Galaxies from the FIrST Survey

We present an independent catalog(FrIIrGcat)of 45,241 Fanaroff–riley TypeⅡ(Fr-Ⅱ)radio galaxies compiled from the Very large Array Faint Images of the radio Sky at Twenty-centimeters(FIrST)survey and employed the deep learning *** them,optical and/or infrared counterparts are identified for 41,425 Fr-Ⅱ*** catalog spans luminosities 2.63×10^(22)≤l_(rad)≤6.76×10^(29)W Hz^(-1)and redshifts up to z=*** spectroscopic classification indicates that there are 1431 low-excitation radio galaxies and 260 high-excitation radio *** the spectroscopically identified sources,black hole masses are estimated for 4837 Fr-Is,which are in 10^(7.5)■M_(BH)■10^(9.5)M_(⊙).Interestingly,this catalog reveals a couple of giant radio galaxies(GrGs),which are already in the existing GrG catalog,confirming the efficiency of this Fr-I ***,284new GrGs are unveiled in this new Fr-I sample;they have the largest projected sizes ranging from 701 to1209 kpc and are located at redshifts 0.31lore the distribution of the jet position angle and it shows that the faint Images of the FIrST images are significantly affected by the systematic effect(the observing beams).The method presented in this work is expected to be applicable to the radio sky surveys that are currently being conducted because they have finely refined telescope *** the other hand,we are expecting that further new methods will be dedicated to solving this problem.

On an isotropic porous solid cylinder:the analytical solution and sensitivity analysis of the pressure

Within this work, we perform a sensitivity analysis to determine the influence of the material input parameters on the pressure in an isotropic porous solid *** provide a step-by-step guide to obtain the analytical solution for a porous isotropic elastic cylinder in terms of the pressure, stresses, and elastic displacement. We obtain the solution by performing a laplace transform on the governing equations, which are those of Biot's poroelasticity in cylindrical polar coordinates. We enforce radial boundary conditions and obtain the solution in the laplace transformed domain before reverting back to the time domain. The sensitivity analysis is then carried out, considering only the derived pressure solution. This analysis finds that the time t, Biot's modulus M, and Poisson's ratio ν have the highest influence on the pressure whereas the initial value of pressure P0plays a very little role.

A Pooling Method Developed for Use in Convolutional Neural Networks

In convolutional neural networks,pooling methods are used to reduce both the size of the data and the number of parameters after the convolution of the *** methods reduce the computational amount of convolutional neural networks,making the neural network more *** pooling,average pooling,and minimum pooling methods are generally used in convolutional neural ***,these pooling methods are not suitable for all datasets used in neural network *** this study,a new pooling approach to the literature is proposed to increase the efficiency and success rates of convolutional neural *** method,which we call MAM(Maximum Average Minimum)pooling,is more interactive than other traditional maximum pooling,average pooling,and minimum pooling methods and reduces data loss by calculating the more appropriate pixel *** proposed MAM pooling method increases the performance of the neural network by calculating the optimal value during the training of convolutional neural *** determine the success accuracy of the proposed MAM pooling method and compare it with other traditional pooling methods,training was carried out on the leNet-5 model using CIFAr-10,CIFAr-100,and MNIST *** to the results obtained,the proposed MAM pooling method performed better than the maximum pooling,average pooling,and minimum pooling methods in all pool sizes on three different datasets.

On the functions of astrocyte-mediated neuronal slow inward currents

The objective of this study was to establish a baseline for future studies that aim to determine possible contamination from human, agricultural and industrial activities. As well as the determination of the indices of environmental or geological contamination and enrichment factors of heavy metals Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg and Pb in agricultural soils of Constanza, Jarabacoa, rancho Arriba and San José de Ocoa (SJO), municipalities located in the valleys of the Central mountain range of the Dominican republic. The determination of the concentrations of heavy metals was carried out using the X-ray Fluorescence technique. Just like in Azua, San Juan de la Maguana (SJM) y Barahona in the southwest. Producer municipalities of vegetables, rice, beans, corn, melon, watermelon, tomato, banana, avocado, sugar cane and fodder for cattle. The concentration of 160 mg·kg-1 Probable Effect level (PEl) of Cr according to the SQuirTs table (USEPA-NOAA) for agricultural soils, were exceeded in 50% of the samples in SJM, SJO, Jarabacoa and Constanza;in Barahona and Azua by 20%. The PEl of 42.8 mg·kg-1 of the Ni was higher in more than 50% of the samples from SJM, Azua, Barahona and Jarabacoa;in SJO and Constanza at 35%. In the case of Cu with a PEl of 108 mg·kg-1 in SJO and Constanza, 5% of the samples exceeded its, in the other areas the concentrations were lower. Zn, As and Pb did not manage to exceed their respective PEl.

In line with recent studies,where it has been shown that nanoﬂuids containing graphene have a stronger capacity to boost the heat transfer coefﬁcient with respect to ordinary nanoﬂuids,experiments have been conducted using water with cobalt ferrite/graphene *** particular,a circular channel made of copper subjected to a constant heatﬂux has been *** nanoparticles are sensitive to the presence of a magneticﬁeld,different conditions have been examined,allowing both the strength and the frequency of such aﬁeld to span relatively wide ranges and assuming different concentrations of *** to theﬁndings,the addition of nanoparticles to theﬂuid causes its rotation speed to increase by a factor of two,whereas ultraviolet radiation plays a negligible *** amount of time required to attain the maximum rotation speed of the nanoﬂuid and the Nusselt number have been measured under both constant and alternating magneticﬁelds for a ferroﬂuid with a concentration of 0.5%and atﬂow reynolds number of 550 and 1750.

Impact of pre- and peri-operative risk factors on length of stay and hospital readmission following minimally-invasive partial nephrectomy

Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for thermometers based on the fluorescence intensity ratio(FIr)***,at high Nd^(3+)concentrations,energy transfer(ET)processes such as optical reabsorption and cross-relaxation can affect the Nd^(3+)emission,which has been little explored in the ***,the present work investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluorescence thermometers,in the temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indicate a strong dependence of the FIr parameters on the Nd^(3+)concentration,due to changes in the emission band profiles caused by optical reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and cross-relaxation processes.A decrease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with higher amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,which is the highest value among the reported Nd^(3+)ions.
