目的:回顾经颅多普勒(TCD)和经颅彩色编码超声(TCCS)在诊断方面的应用。方法:作者检索了以下文献证据:(1)在特殊临床情况下TCD能否提供有用的信息;(2)应用这一信息能否改进临床决策,后者通过患者转归的改善反映出来;(3)在这些临床情况下TCD是否优于其他诊断性检查。结果:在筛查2～16岁镰状细胞病患儿的卒中风险(A级推荐,Ⅰ级证据)以及检测和监测自发性蛛网膜下腔出血后的血管痉挛方面(A级推荐,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级证据),TCD具有确定的价值。在检测颅内血管狭窄闭塞性疾病(B级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级证据)、血管舒缩反应性试验(B级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级证据)、检测脑循环停止/脑死亡(A级推荐,Ⅱ级证据)、监测颈动脉内膜切除术(B级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级证据)、监测溶栓治疗(B级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级证据)和监测冠状动脉旁路移植术(B～C级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级证据)方面,TCD和TCCS可提供重要的信息并可能有价值。对于心内/心外右向左分流(A级推荐,Ⅱ级证据)、颅内血管闭塞性疾病(B级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅳ级证据)和出血性脑血管病(B级推荐,Ⅱ～Ⅳ级证据),尽管其他技术可能更优越,但对比增强TCD/TCCS也能提供有用的信息。

A machine learning model for regression of interrupted Surface Electromyography(sEMG)signals to future control-oriented signals(e.g.,robot’s joint angle and assistive torque)of an active biomechatronic device for high-level myoelectric-based hierarchical control is proposed.A recurrent Neural Network(rNN)was trained using output data,initially obtained from offline optimization of the biomechatronic(human–robot)device and shifted by the prediction *** input of the rNN consisted of interrupted sEMG signals(to mimic signal disconnections)and previous kinematic signals of the assistive *** rNN with a 0.1-s prediction horizon could predict the control-oriented joint angle and assistive torque with 92%and 86.5%regression accuracy,respectively,for the test *** proposed approach permits a fast,predictive,and direct estimation of control-oriented signals instead of an iterative process that optimizes assistive torque in the inverse dynamic simulation of a multibody human–robot *** with these interrupted input signals significantly improves the regression accuracy in the case of sEMG signal *** robust Predictive Control-oriented Machine learning(robust-MuscleNET)model can support volitional high-level myoelectric-based control of biomechatronic devices,such as exoskeletons,prostheses,and assistive/resistive *** work should study the application to prosthesis control as well as the repeatability of the high-level controll.r.with electrode *** low-level hierarchical controll.r.that manages the human–robot interaction,the assistance/resistance strategy,and the actuator coordination should also be studied.

Following our earlier work on tomographic reconstruction of the magnetosheath soft X-ray emissions with superposed epoch analysis of many images recorded from a single spacecraft we now expl.r. the instantaneous reconstruction of the magnetosheath and magnetopause using a few images recorded simultaneously from a few *** work is motivated by the prospect of possibly having two or three soft X-ray imagers in space in the coming years,and that many phenomena which occur at the magnetopause boundary,such as reconnection events and pressure pulse responses,do not lend themselves as well to superposed epoch *** the reconstruction is successful-which we demonstrate in this paper that it can be-this collection of imagers can be used to reconstruct the magnetosheath and magnetopause from a single image from each spacecraft,allowing for high time resolution *** this paper we expl.r. the reconstruction using,two,three,and four *** show that the location of the subsol.r.point of the magnetopause can be determined with just two satellites,and that volume emissions of soft X-rays,and the shape of the boundary,can be reconstructed using three or more satellites.

This research concentrates to model an efficient thyroid prediction approach,which is considered a baseline for significant problems faced by the women *** major research problem is the lack of automated model to attain earlier *** existing model fails to give better prediction ***,a novel clinical decision support system is framed to make the proper decision during a time of *** stages are followed in the proposed framework,which plays a substantial.r.le in thyroid *** steps include i)data acquisition,ii)outlier prediction,and iii)multi-stage weight-based ensemble learning process(MS-WEl).The weighted analysis of the base classifier and other classifier models helps bridge the gap encountered in one single classifier *** classifiers aremerged to handle the issues identified in others and intend to enhance the prediction *** proposed model provides superior outcomes and gives good quality prediction *** simulation is done in the MATlAB 2020a environment and establishes a better trade-off than various existing *** model gives a prediction accuracy of 97.28%accuracy compared to other models and shows a better trade than others.

Integrated CO_(2)capture and utilization(ICCU)technology requires dual functional materials(DFMs)to carry out the process in a single reaction *** influence of the calcination atmosphere on efficiency of 4%ru-8%Na_(2)CO_(3)-8%CaO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)DFM is *** adsorbent precursors are first co-impregnated onto alumina and calcined in ***,ru precursor is impregnated and four aliquotes are subjected to different calcination protocols:static air in muffle or under different mixtures(10%H_(2)/N_(2),50%H_(2)/N_(2)and N_(2))*** are characterized by XrD,N_(2)adsorption-desorption,H_(2)chemisorption,TEM,XPS,H_(2)-TPD,H_(2)-TPr,CO_(2)-TPD and *** catalytic behavior is evaluated,in cycles of CO_(2)adsorption and hydrogenation to CH_(4),and temporal evolution of reactants and products concentrations is *** calcination atmosphere influences the physicochemical properties and,ultimately,activity of *** data and catalytic performance discover the acccomodation of ru nanoparticles disposition and basic sites is mostly influencing the catalytic *** calcined under N_(2)flow(ruNaCa-N_(2))shows the highest CH_(4)production(449μmol/g at 370℃),because a well-controlled decomposition of precursors which favors the better accomodation of adsorbent and ru phases,maximizing the specific surface area,the ru-basic sites interface and the participation of different basic sites in the CO_(2)methanation ***,the calcination in a N_(2)flow is revealed as the optimal calcination protocol to achieve highly efficient DFM for integrated CO_(2)adsorption and hydrogenation applications.

We investigated ^(50,52-54)Cr-induced fusion reactions for the synthesis of the superheavy element in the 104≤Z≤122 *** cross sections produced in this investigation using ^(54)Cr projectiles were compared with those obtained in prior *** estimated cross sections from this analysis are consistent with the findings of prior *** the current study,the predicted cross section was found to be 42fb at 236 MeV for ^(53)Cr+^(243)Am,23.2 fb at 236 MeV for ^(54)Cr+^(247)Cm,95.6 fb at 240 MeV for ^(53)Cr+248Bk,and 1.33 fb at 242 MeV for ^(53)Cr+***,these projected cross sections with excitation energy and beam energy will be useful in future Cr-induced fusion reaction investigations.

Introduction:Morphea is an inflammatory skin disease characterized by skin thickening due to increased collagen deposition in the dermis or subcutaneous ***-U1rNP myositis is a newly described entity characterized by myositis,arthritis,interstitial lung disease,and raynaud *** present a case of a unique combination of deep morphea in a patient with anti-U1rNP *** presentation:A 64-year-old male with 5-year history of proximal muscle weakness,polyarthritis,raynaud phenomenon,and dyspnea on multiple immunosuppressives presented with localized infil.r.ted,tight,and hyperpigmented plaques over the posterior thighs and mid-to-lower back developing over the last 2 years and limiting his *** workup revealed a positive ANA,anti-U1rNP antibody,anti-Jo1 antibody,and anti-ro52 *** workup showed restrictive lung disease,kidney disease,and *** was diagnosed with anti-U1rNP *** biopsy of the back lesion showed deep ***:Association of deep morphea with anti-U1rNP myositis is not described prior in the *** of morphea is challenging since the patient is already on immunosuppressive *** patient failed methotrexate prior and is currently on Mycophenolate mofetil and Deflazacort which are reported as potential treatment for ***,physical therapy plus topical Tacrolimus were suggested as an initial measure to preserve the range of motion of his posterior thighs and *** is a case of progressive deep morphea developing in a patient with a unique autoimmune profile on immunosuppressive ***:Anti-U1rNP myositis is a challenging diagnosis and should be always thought of in patients with positive anti-U1rNP,myositis,interstitial lung disease,arthritis,kidney disease,and raynaud ***,deep morphea treatment in immunosuppressed patients is challenging and different measures should be considered.
